THE YOUNG BOY HAVE NEVER FELT SO EXCITED, in his short 10 years- no, 11 years of life he has never felt so emotional before; a feeling he is all too familiar yet not at the same time, a mix of both, or not at all — what a weird feeling. [ "I-I'm really a Wizard." ]
[ "That you are, Felix." ] The Matron spoke for the first time since forever, the 40s something looking dark haired woman with little to no white hairs smiles at him; the grandmotherly smile of her's being something that Felix is all too familiar with.
The mesmerizing dark eyes of her's then shifting to the other person in the living room, as Felix too looks at where she's looking. [ "Now, when can we show the boy Diagon Alley?" ] [ "Diagon wh-what?" ] The said boy repeated, stammering, trying to imagine what that would look like.
[ "Diagon Alley, that's where we'll be buying your school supplies see." ] The Matron pointed at the other paper Felix is holding, at the one which he hadn't read yet which made him put the first page to the side, and read the second page in interest — questions in his head being paused for now.

A mouthful, disorganizing, dizzyfull, array of both unfamiliar and familiar words mix together written in cursive, in black ink filled the inside of Felix's head; the poor young boy wasn't able to do anything as he continues reading, questioning the said unfamiliar words at the same time.
Who names children in that way? Wizardry culture is already unfamiliar, and fantastic in Felix's eyes — the naming convention of theirs is the same as him: Newt Scammander, Peerson Pascal, Felix Harp, see, the young boy's name fits right in.
[ "Weird... people, weird names... W-wow, I love you guys already." ] Felix's eccentric personality didn't waver, as he instead becomes more happy. Happy that he is accepted at something, thankfully.
The said happiness of his reaching a boiling point as it radiates out of his body, oozing out unbeknowst to him, at the point that the paper he is holding burnt into ashes in rapid succession. [ "..." ] The flames being noticed by Felix, by McGonagall, and by the Matron, as all of them watched the well-written paper destroy bit-by-bit.
Felix who was too stunned wasn't able to let go, as he insteads just watches with his dimple readen face the cherished second page of paper of his be burnt into ashes... Again, but thankfully this time it was only the second page and not everything. [ "..." ] [ "..." ] [ "..." ]
[ "That was... Interesting to say the least." ] Professor McGonagall was the first one to break the awkward silence as she sternly watches the small pile of dust on the ground. [ "N-not again..." ] In the eyes of Felix this might be another case of, something burnt again for no apparent logical reason, but in the eyes of McGonagall and the Matron this is something miraculous.
[ "Accidental Magic! Yes! I told you Minerva, I told you!" ] The once restraint and chill Matron practically leaped up in joy, but not really as she sat by her chair, clenching both of her fist in excitement as she smiles to her old friend, then at Felix who she cares of for 11 years.
[ "I told you Minerva, the boy is gifted, he once accidentally burnt my prized antique cups." ] [ "And you didn't got mad?" ] [ "Dear merlins, no! Am I really that evil in your eyes, Marvs?" ] [ "That's a stupid nickname, and yes, I believe so." ] [ "Is not." ] [ "It is!" ] [ ... ]
The Transfiguration Professor and the Matron of the Shelby Orphanage; two old friends who know each other too well, who gossip with each other, who bickers with one another, who trust one another chat and get along. The voices of theirs being far-away in the ears of Felix who kept staring at the dust on the floor as he looks at it, amazed, [ T-this is Magic. I-I can do Magic. ]
The amazement of Felix, of the young boy turned the piece of well-written magical paper into ashes. He can turn things into ashes! Which explains many unexplainable scenes that have happened throughout his life — the boy began recalling scenes he could remember:
When he was but a child he kept hearing about him burning down his crib from others, then at one scene when a tree mystically went up to flames, then plates, then the ugly clothes he doesn't want, and then to now after knowing Magic... Weirdly enough, the Matron was always supportive, which now explains this.
[ ... ] [ "-h don't be like that Minerva, you knew that experience was cool. I mean, we met a Fairy!" ] [ "A killing type of Fairy, and no, I did not love that experience. Amanda." ] [ "It did! How about that time when he got caught by Professor Flitwick throwing dugbombs on those Slytherin boy-" ] [ "Correction, it was you who did it. And yes, I don't support it." ]
The Matron named Amanda Roosevelt was about to retort; her memory remembering that yes, it was her at first but when McGonagall was hit it was all her. But before she could do that the voice inside her throat was suddenly stopped by her noticing one weird anomaly — [ "M-minerva?" ] the furniture around the room, like the sofa is floating in a circling manner, like inside a whirlwind.
Minerva McGonagall on the other hand who have noticed a strange fluctuation of Magic around her; and most importantly behind her turned around. Her green stern, but caring eyes widened in shock as she noticed the items around the room floating ever so slowly, but floating nonetheless being guided by the wind around one Felix Harp.
[ What a strange, young man. ] She thought her gaze never leaving the young boy's face who's also looking at his surroundings, as confused as the Matron, and as mesmerized as McGonagall. [ "WOOOH! MAGIC!" ]

[ Fun Fact (Pottermore-Lore): "In the Lore of the Pottermore; for both Harry Potter Franchise, and Fantastic Beast Franchise one of the reasons why Students are enrolled when they are 11 years old is because the Magic of theirs needs to be known and controlled; especially for those Wizards who don't know they are one, they might turn into an Obscurial without them knowing. One of the most famous case of Obscurial is Credence Barebone, a very powerful Wizard that can control his form, and the destruction that comes alongside it — not all is gifted like him though." ]
