All Hokage in The Chat Group

Chapter 213: Chapter 213

After a brief moment of excitement, everyone fell silent, waiting for the final mission rewards to appear.

The notification from the chat group rang in their minds.

[Mission 3: Defeat the Hero Association!]

[Mission Status: Perfect Completion!]

[Reward Granted: 50,000 points per participant!]

Another 50,000 points!

Everyone was momentarily stunned. They hadn't expected the third mission to have the same reward as the second, each granting 50,000 points. Together, the rewards from these last two missions equaled the incredible 100,000-point payout of the first mission.

"That's unusual!" Naruto murmured, raising an eyebrow.

"Right?" Sasuke replied, a hint of curiosity in his tone.

"Judging by the points, it seems the strength of the heroes and monsters we faced was about equal," Tsunade pointed out thoughtfully.

"Exactly. That's why both tasks earned 50,000 points!" Kakashi chimed in.

"So… Saitama's power is even more terrifying than we thought!" Naruto exclaimed, his eyes wide with realization.

"Yeah! Just defeating him was worth as much as the combined rewards of the last two missions," Sasuke added, crossing his arms.

"It really means he could take on the whole world by himself," Tsunade said, her voice filled with awe as she considered the implications.

Their voices rose in excitement as they marveled at the scale of the rewards. The delivery method for the rewards was nothing short of explosive—an unexpected twist for everyone involved.

Yet, beneath the exhilaration, there was a shared understanding: while Saitama's power was immense, Ryan had proven capable of defeating him, underscoring just how formidable he truly was.

With the release of this task, everyone's rewards had now skyrocketed to an impressive 200,000 points. This remarkable achievement stood out, especially when they recalled that the last mission in the Shinigami world had netted them around 180,000 points, and the rewards from the first One Piece mission had been even lower.

Without a doubt, the One Punch Man world has yielded the highest rewards among the three. And most of that comes directly from Saitama!

Now that the points for all three missions have been distributed, everyone has received their 200,000 points. Compared to the previous missions, this is an increase of over 20,000 points!

"I can't believe the group rewards are this high!" Tobirama remarked, a hint of skepticism lacing his tone. "While it's impressive, we should remain cautious. High rewards often come with higher stakes. I wonder just how substantial the ranking rewards will be when the time comes." He crossed his arms, his sharp gaze reflecting both intrigue and wariness.

Everyone waited anxiously for the ranking rewards, a sense of anticipation hanging in the air as they speculated about how the rankings would unfold and what the rewards would entail.

After a brief discussion, they instinctively fell silent, their eyes drawn to the center of the conference room, where the announcement screen had yet to appear.

Hashirama shifted uncomfortably, a hint of worry crossing his features. "Tsuna, we spent a lot of time in casinos and on slot machines. What if this time… we don't fare quite well?"

"But if we lose, you're buying me sake until I forget about it." She smirked, but a flicker of seriousness flashed in her eyes. "Just… let's not hope we didn't mess this up, okay?"

Madara couldn't help but smirk, leaning back in his chair with an air of superiority. "You know, Hashirama, if you spent as much time collecting information and technology as you do chasing after those slot machines, maybe you wouldn't need to rely on luck."

Hashirama shot back, feigning innocence. "Oh, come on, Madara! You can't blame a guy for trying to unwind a little!"

Tobirama chimed in, crossing his arms and raising an eyebrow. "Unwind? Is that what you call blowing our resources on bad bets?"

Madara snickered, crossing his arms with a smug grin. "Honestly, it's still a mystery how you ended up with Mito. You'd have better odds surviving a fight with me than winning any kind of bet."

Hashirama scratched the back of his head sheepishly. "What can I say? I guess love's the only gamble I ever won."

Tsunade chuckled despite herself. "And look who's talking, Madara. You're the one who actually bets on Grandpa's bets. Now that's truly reckless!"

Madara waved her off dismissively, a sly grin tugging at his lips. "Please, I only bet on Hashirama so I won't feel bad when he loses alone. Someone has to keep him company in his misery."

Hashirama clutched his chest dramatically, feigning deep offense. "You're both so cruel! I thought we were supposed to support each other in these times of need!"

Ryan chuckled, nudging Tobirama. "Hey, what if you just invented a slot machine where only Hashirama and Tsunade can win? Might save us all a headache."

Tobirama raised an eyebrow, smirking slightly. "You know, that might actually keep them out of trouble for once. Though I don't think even I could design something foolproof enough for their gambling luck."

Hashirama gasped in mock offense. "You two have no faith! I'll have you know, one day I'll hit the jackpot fair and square!"

Tsunade crossed her arms, grinning. "And we'll be here to see it… if that day ever comes."

Their banter lightened the atmosphere slightly, but they all remained tense, waiting for the ranking results and the distribution of rewards. The weight of their past experiences lingered in the air, but at least for a moment, the camaraderie shone through.

"Who do you think will take the first prize this time?" Tsunade asked with interest. This mission from the Hero world was different from the others, and the ranking criteria for rewards should reflect that. Since no one knew how the chat group ranks its participants, their curiosity was piqued.

Here's a revised version incorporating Obito, Kakashi, Minato, and Tsunade into the discussion:

Everyone began to guess amongst themselves, the atmosphere thick with speculation.

"I don't know!" Obito exclaimed, scratching his head in confusion. "What do you think the rankings are based on this time?"

"Yeah," Kakashi chimed in, his eye narrowing thoughtfully. "It used to be all about the spoils of war. Now it feels different."

Minato nodded, his expression serious. "This time, it has nothing to do with that. It's got to be something else."

"Then it should relate to our combat performance," Tsunade interjected, crossing her arms. "I just hope our efforts are reflected in the rankings."

Obito smirked, a playful glint in his eye. "Well, considering how many times I had to save Kakashi's butt, I'd say I deserve a high ranking!"

Kakashi chuckled, shaking his head. "You know, Obito, I could've saved a lot of time if you had just stayed behind and let me handle it."

Tsunade rolled her eyes. "Yeah, right! Like you could've managed without me or Minato-sensei!"

Minato grinned, stepping in to diffuse the tension. "Let's just hope that all our hard work pays off. I'm curious to see where we all land."

Obito leaned back, arms behind his head. "As long as I'm not at the bottom, I'm good! Who knew being a hero came with so much pressure?"

As they discussed their potential performance, confidence surged among them. After all, each of them had easily defeated the strange alien enemies they faced. Even in battles against S-Class heroes, they had performed admirably.

With that in mind, excitement filled the room as everyone looked forward to the results.

It turns out that I've never placed in the top three, let alone first. I'm especially looking forward to what might happen this time. Could I finally achieve something improbable?

Many eyes were on Ryan, who had previously taken first place with ease. Would he be able to do it again? If he did, it would be truly extraordinary.

After discussing for a while, the voice of the chat group suddenly chimed in, capturing everyone's attention.

[Ding! All rewards have been selected. Next, we will announce the leaderboard rewards!]

Upon hearing this, expressions of anticipation lit up the faces of everyone present. Finally, the most crucial part of the entire reward process was upon them! Everyone eagerly awaited the new rankings. Who would claim first place? Would they manage to make it into the top three?

Excitement buzzed in the air as everyone hoped for a favorable outcome. It didn't matter whether they secured first place or simply a spot in the top three; the rewards were substantial enough for them to exchange for something worthwhile.

As everyone anticipated, the voice of the chat group chimed in once more, outlining the rules for this round of rewards.

[Please Note!]

[This reward is calculated based on the number and strength of Monsters and Heroes defeated, as well as their rankings.]

[Top three participants will receive bonus rewards!]

[First place will earn exclusive additional prizes!]

After hearing this announcement, excitement rippled through the group.

"Sure enough, it's tied to our opponents!" Tsunade exclaimed a spark of realization in his eyes.

"It seems that the stronger the defeated opponent, the higher the ranking!" Minato added, nodding in agreement.

Several of the Hokages exchanged looks of anticipation, believing that since their opponents had been formidable, they stood a good chance of making the top three.

However, the others wore expressions of regret. They had faced relatively weak opponents in this battle, particularly those few heroes at the bottom of the S-level. If the rankings were based on the strength of their defeated foes, wouldn't they end up at a disadvantage?

Worry and apprehension filled the air as everyone braced themselves for the chat group's announcement. Then, the voice echoed once more, declaring the reward rankings.

[Selection Completed!]

[First Place: Ryan the Fourth Hokage!]

Upon hearing the ranking, surprise washed over everyone's faces.

"It is him!" Hashirama exclaimed, shaking his head in disbelief.

"That's exactly what I guessed!" Tobirama chimed in, crossing his arms with a knowing smirk.

"Of course! His opponents were undoubtedly the two most powerful foes!" Madara added, his tone laced with mock admiration.

"Exactly! Poros and Saitama—no one else could compete with such opponents," Tobirama remarked, rolling his eyes at the thought.

"It seems we can only aim for the top three," Hashirama said, a hint of disappointment creeping into his voice.

"I hope I can snag third place!" Hashirama said with a competitive glint in his eye, looking at Madara.

Tobirama smirked, leaning back in his chair. "Good luck with that, brother. You might need it against the rest of us!"

"Just remember, no amount of luck can replace skill. I fought poros longer than you, Hashirama so I will be second." Madara reminded them, chuckling lightly at the Senju sibling banter.
