Aries: Tale of the octagon

I was so impressed. I could guess that Nex's magical ability was to turn non living things into dark creatures, with some kind of feather. He was ready for action and ready for anything.

Nex's beast attacked Venomia several times but she kept dodging. The beast was about to hit a powerful blow, when Venomia released something weird. Some kind of greenish gas that made the whole environment misty. I couldn't see anything and Nex couldn't see anything either.

"Hahahaha, did you really think you'd beat me" Venomia said, trying to intimidate us. I covered my nose trying to avoid inhaling the gas. I could hear Nex coughing hardly. The way he was coughing, I knew he'd be losing blood. "Nex, Nex, Nex" I yelled trying to locate him. But it was of no use. My next plan was to do something I had never done before. "In this confusion, I'll kill Mr nobody and then I'll take this cute princess to the master" said Venomia. Still in fear, I reached into my little waist bag and grabbed a golden key "I won't let you win, I don't know how this works but....Liril I summon you" I yelled. Immediately I said that, there was a burst of bright light. The place was so bright that the mist cleared and Venomia fell flat on the ground. Nex de-transformed and his creature disappeared, and on the same scene Venomia's body started to fade. It was obvious that I defeated her.

"How did you get that key" Nex asked getting up from the ground shirtless. He was so cute, but I still found him mysterious. "My dad gave it to me, it and three others". He was really surprised. "The eight universe keys, they're eight in number" he explained. "My dad gave them to me, he said that when the time came I would be able to use it" I said. "Which ones do you posess" he asked. "Liris: the light key, Gate: the teleportation key, Invisibilis: the key of illusion, and Tempus: the time key".
