"How is it? Is it fast?" Ryo Akira asked, a smirk on his face as he lowered his fist.

The little angel stared at him, still processing the speed of his punch. Of course, Akira knew better than to strike her again. A hit to the temples could cause serious injury, and if the little angel were harmed in any way, who would he turn to for help?

"Hm, that was really fast! How did you do it?" the little angel asked, genuinely curious.

Akira smiled. "It all starts with your body's explosive power. The punch isn't just about strength; it requires preparation. You have to charge up before you release it. Notice how when I inhale and contract my abdomen, I've already completed the charge—quietly and effectively. Your body will shift slightly as you do this, which is the moment that counts."

He paused, watching her carefully. "Muscle reactions aren't instant. They depend on nerve transmission. The closer to the brain, the faster the muscle response. While muscles themselves can be hard to observe, joints are much more visible. You can learn a lot just by watching how someone moves their joints. This can give you clues about their next move."

The little angel listened intently, hanging on to every word. Akira's instructions were precise, and she could sense how much experience he had. He instructed her to try it herself.

She stepped forward, full of enthusiasm, but quickly noticed something wasn't right. Her movements didn't match his. It felt like she couldn't reach the same speed or precision.

"Don't worry," Akira reassured her, his tone calm. "Everyone's body is different. You don't need to match my exact standards. Start by aiming for a simpler goal, something more suited to your build."

"But why can Mikasa do it so easily?" she asked, her eyes shifting to Mikasa, who stood off to the side.

Akira hesitated. Mikasa was no ordinary person, after all.

"Mikasa is stronger, and not everyone can reach her level. You shouldn't use her as your benchmark. Instead, look at Sasha as a reference. Her build is closer to yours, and she's much more relatable."

At that, Sasha, who had been quietly listening, immediately perked up, crossing her arms and narrowing her eyes.

"What? Are you saying I'm weak?" Sasha demanded, clearly offended.

Akira paused, taken aback. "No, no, I mean, you're actually a great reference for Krista," he quickly backtracked, trying to smooth things over.

Sasha softened at the compliment. "Well, as long as you're not calling me weak," she said, now in a much better mood.

Akira smiled to himself. Sasha was easy to please, but even he couldn't deny her talent—at least, in comparison to Krista, who, despite her efforts, still lagged behind in overall strength.

As the training continued, Akira pushed Krista to her limits. He guided her through specific drills, focusing on improving her reaction speed and physical strength. To help her build resilience, he sparred with her directly. Krista couldn't hold her own against him, but Akira made sure not to push too far—he didn't want to cause permanent harm. A few bumps and bruises were fine, but nothing more serious.

After the sparring session, Akira handed Krista off to Ymir, who would continue her training. He then turned his attention to a new spectacle: Mikasa and Annie were about to clash.

"Mikasa, don't interfere. This is between me and Annie," Eren called out, clearly concerned as Mikasa's anger flared.

Mikasa, her gaze sharp and intense, ignored Eren's plea. She was focused entirely on Annie. "Annie, you said strength alone isn't enough to defeat skill. Do you think you can challenge my strength?"

Annie's lips curled into a slight smirk. "Oh? You want to challenge me?"

The tension between them thickened. Mikasa and Annie were both exceptional, but now, the question was no longer about their strengths individually—it was about which one was better. Would Mikasa's raw power match up to Annie's skill?

Akira watched the two women, intrigued by the impending fight. There was no telling who would win, but it was sure to be an interesting battle.
