(BL) I just wanted to take a break, so why the script changed?!

Suzana was extremely happy. This time she found 2 more dogs she could communicate. She released them from the cages and let them became familiar with the others.

Klaye walked around slowly and became more and more confused. He saw bunnies, hamsters, birds, and other animals. Weren’t they went out to find dogs? Why were there so many different pets? Were there people with similar abilities as Suzana?

His guess was right. Not far from him there were a little girl with birds and an old man with hamsters. They looked around, hoping to find a new partner. The little girl happily jumped around when she found a beautiful blue bird. She released and introduced it to the other birds. The old man wasn’t that lucky. He sadly shook his head and walked away.

Seeing this, Klaye sighed. For a hamster to survive in this changing world was extremely hard. If it didn’t mutate it couldn’t break out from the cage and they just die after some days in the shops.

It was true for all the pets, so those ability users would have a hard time in the future.

Klaye looked around. He wanted to find someone to ask for the right to take away the cat. He was afraid someone would be faster. He knew if someone could communicate with it that person would have a higher priority, but the remaining animals would be handed out after it.

Suddenly Klaye’s eyes stopped on one of the cages. He squatted down in front of it and watched the dog in it. Its color and shape... something wasn’t right with it. Even if it was a mixed breed it couldn’t be so strange. Its appearance had problems. The more he looked at it the more he felt that it was similar to those monsters that were built up from different corpses. His body shook from the fright and looked into its eyes. The dog was nervous but it was alive. Klaye sighed and stood up. He thought too much. It just seemed to be awakened a special ability and couldn’t control it.

From the forest, they heard a wolf’s yowl. The animals in the cages and outside became frightened.

The soldiers around the gate grabbed their weapons and watched the forest with vigilance. They knew the wolves’ mutated in recent days, but they never attacked them so they lived without problems next to each other. They called some of the leaders and asked them what to do. There were around 30 wolves. They slowly walked towards the city’s gate but they didn’t seem to be to want to attack them.

After some minutes, a black car arrived. The door opened and Vincent stepped out. Without asking anything he went to the gate. Lex and the others followed him.

Around 30 meters away from the gate the wolves stopped. Their leader was as big as a horse and watched the humans coldly.

Vincent walked out and stopped 10 meters away from it. The wolf gave out some voice, but he didn’t reach. They were two different species, so the communication between them was doomed from the beginning.

The wolf was impatient and Vincent signed to his men to be ready for the fight.

„Wait! Don’t attack!” someone shouted and they stopped.

Hearing the familiar voice Vincent surprisedly looked back.

Klaye did his best to pull out a cage. He sweated a lot and was out of breath. After reaching the gate he opened the cage and the bizarre dog ran out from it.

It happily jumped around the wolves’ leader. The big wolf angrily kicked it. The dog lay on the ground and tried to sell meng. Seeing it didn’t work, it sadly sat up and its appearance turned back to a wolf.

Everyone watched it with disbelief. That ugly dog was originally a wolf.

„How do you know?” Vincent turned back and asked Klaye.

„I stood next to the cages. All the pets became frightened after the wolf’s yowl, but this one was excited. So I brought it out to see if they come for it or not.” Klaye said then turned back. He still wasn’t ready to face him so he just wanted to run away. Sadly he was too tired and stopped after 2 steps.

They heard barks and the bizarre dog ran around Klaye. It tried its best to sell meng, but its appearance was too dramatic.

Seeing it, Klaye laughed happily. „You still need to learn a lot.” he stretched out his hand and stroked its head. „Come back when you want and learn the other dogs’ appearance.”

The wolves’ leader angrily growled. The dog looked at it then turned back to Klaye. It suddenly stood on two legs and licked his face. It happily ran away and barked.

Klaye touched his face and looked after it. Somehow he felt that he was cheated. And it didn’t bark but laugh at him! He couldn’t believe some mutated animals’ IQ grew so fast!

Vincent passed by him with a dark face. „Let’s go back.”

Klaye nodded and followed him, but he stopped next to the car.

„I want to adopt a cat.” After he said it he wanted to slap himself. Why did it sound like he asked his husband’s permission?!

Vincent nodded and called over a soldier. He told him to help Klaye to register his pet and left.

Klaye looked after the car with complicated feelings. He thought that during this month he calmed down, but now everything went back to the way how it was before.

He went to get the cat, but there was already an old woman. She quarreled with some soldiers. She wanted to take home the cat, but it scratched her and it even bled.

The others were helpless. They told every time those pets weren’t the same as before, so they couldn’t force them if they didn’t want to go with them, but this woman didn’t listen.

The cat sat on top of the cage and watched everyone around her with disdain. When she saw Klaye, she jumped into his embrace.

Klaye caught her and looked into her angry eyes.

’You stupid slave! If you dare to run again I let you live as a eunuch!’

Klaye heard a young girl’s voice in his head and almost dropped the cat. He couldn’t believe the animals’ IQ really grew this fast? It’s already the second one! Something wasn’t right!

„Didn’t you say that this cat is wild?! Then why is it sitting so calmly in his hands?” the old woman pointed at Klaye.

„Um, as we told before, these animals sometimes choose their own master...” one of the soldiers tried to explain.

’I’m the master! We choose slaves! Stupid humans!’

„It didn’t even saw my grandchild, how can it know it will not like her?!”

’You dare to question this Queen’s eyes?! With your appearance, your grandchild can’t be a beauty! Only the most beautiful things can exist around me!’

Klaye was speechless. The cat’s mouth was so big! He looked around and was sure the others didn’t hear the cat’s voice.

The cat looked at him and smiled. ’With such smooth skin and beautiful appearance you are the most suitable to be my slave!’

He didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. He didn’t wanted this appearance at all. He didn’t understand why this cat was so addicted to beauties, but he was sure if he took her back to the villa it would be her kingdom in no time. Those guys were handsome, not to mention Howard! Klaye suddenly had an evil smile on his face. He wanted to see how he would handle this cat.

The soldiers successfully found a similar cat and the old woman finally calmed down. It was friendly, so she took it home.

Klaye went to register his cat. She was a Maine coon. Her fur was silver and brown. She was around half a year old, so Klaye didn’t understand when she learned to speak that way. After registering a veterinary checked her. He found a thin collar under her big fur. It was impossible to found her owner, but at least Klaye could see her name. When he saw the Queen word on it he wanted to throw it away and forget about the collar existence.

After the registration, he said goodbye to Suzana and walked back to the villa. On the way, he tried to find a good name for the cat, but it refused.

’My name is Queen! Why do I need another one?!’

„But that’s not a name just a title...”

’Title?’ she was confused. ’I’m the queen of the cats, so I’m Queen!’

„... You know it’s not working that easily. To become a queen you need to work hard and have a lot of followers. You need to establish a kingdom and other things...”

’Kingdom? Then this place will be enough! There are a lot of humans so I don’t need to run around to find followers!’

„You...” Klaye was speechless. He tried to change her way of thinking, but he remembered she was just half a year old and changed the subject. „Don’t you want to see your previous owner?”

’Who wants to see her?! She used me as her slave! I swore, once I can run away I will become the ruler of all the living being in this world! I let her realize how badly she treated me!’ she angrily snorted.

Klaye shook his head. He could imagine this silly cat owner was a girl who loved to watch those princess movies...
