DND Realms: The Rise of the Titan-Dragon Prodigy

Chapter 451: Chapter 451: The Loli Ascends the Throne

The cloud islands collected by the Wind King Eagle were all quite large, with some of the largest being comparable in size to Muria's Taiji Island. These were essentially small floating continents.

Transforming all the cloud islands was equivalent to constructing 132 cities, a monumental task that heavily burdened the Lokman Kingdom.

"I've been very merciful," Muria suddenly said as he gazed at the vast expanse of sky before him. "Mia, imagine what would have happened to the Lokman Kingdom after the demon disaster if I hadn't been here."

"Destruction," Mia said after a brief silence. Following Muria, she was privy to many secret pieces of information.

For example, after this demon disaster, many countries on the Nokian continent were barely holding on. The endless onslaught of demons had left these nations almost devoid of people, with devastation that could hardly be described.

A country's legends are its pillars, but what use are pillars without the populace to support them? The nations where the legends still lived had a chance of revival, but those whose legends had fallen were essentially doomed with no room for debate.

"Mia, since I became the regent grand duke of Lokman, I've been giving without asking for anything in return," Muria said calmly. "I'm not a saint; I can't give selflessly without expecting something back."

Hearing Muria's words, Mia, standing behind him, widened her eyes in disbelief. She felt that Muria's conduct had become more like that of his previous master, the legendary Golden Dragon Atris. Such shameless remarks were something the previous Muria wouldn't have said.

What did he mean by not taking any returns? Look at the half-plane he controls, filled with various auxiliary profession geniuses he had gathered. How was that not taking returns?

Mia looked at Muria with an extremely helpless expression, remaining silent. This was her master, and no matter how dissatisfied she was, she couldn't change that.

"Without my protection, the Lokman Kingdom might have already fallen apart. There wouldn't be a chance for reconstruction and recovery like now," Muria said calmly, recounting his achievements.

As far as he knew, the country he controlled had preserved its strength the best on the Nokian continent. The other two kingdoms on this continent had suffered severe damage, with one even showing signs of splitting apart.

"When the former king of Lokman entrusted this country to me, he mentioned no reward," Muria continued without turning his head. "Do you know what that means?"

"In the metallic dragon clan, even asking for help from the same clan requires payment, let alone from another race," Muria continued before Mia could speak. "This is well-known, and Belladine knew it too. The kingdom he entrusted to me was his payment to me."

"Do you understand?" Muria turned to his maid. "These are all things I deserve. Moreover, I haven't overly oppressed the people of Lokman. The main force for the cloud island transformation is my giants and drow elves. Lokman only needs to provide the materials for the transformation. I haven't demanded too much. I can confidently say I haven't oppressed any Lokman citizen."

...

"Remilia, how was your nationwide tour? What did you learn?" Muria, dressed in loose robes, stood at the floating ship port in the palace, welcoming the loli princess who had visited every city in the Lokman Kingdom.

"Not good. There are too many things in Lokman that I am dissatisfied with," said Remilia, who seemed more mature. She excitedly came to Muria's side after disembarking from the floating ship, hugging his waist and looking up at him with her chin resting on his chest.

"Well, how do you plan to deal with these dissatisfactions?" Muria asked, patting Remilia's little head with a hint of gratification. Two years had passed, but this loli's appearance hadn't changed, as if time had lost its effect on her.

"Kill them all!" Remilia confidently stated her method.

"Hmm?" Muria's eyebrows slightly furrowed, and a subtle expression appeared on his face. Such a murderous statement didn't seem like something a sheltered loli princess would say.

"Kill everyone who opposes my will and questions my orders. Then, those left will be obedient. Kill all the nobles who harm my country, and the remaining ones will be beneficial to the country."

"Miles!" Muria's mouth twitched as he looked at the middle-aged gentleman who faithfully followed the loli princess. "Did you teach her this?"

"Lord Muria, as per your orders, I did not interfere with or influence Remilia's thoughts and actions. I simply executed her every command," the devil, who had already broken through to the legend level, quickly clarified.

"Then tell me, why does my pure and innocent princess have these thoughts?" Muria reflected on his usual behavior and found no tyrannical tendencies. So it wasn't his fault; it was Miles' fault.

"Lord, this has nothing to do with me," the devil quickly denied responsibility. "Remilia's thoughts might be influenced by your mother, Lady Atris."

"Who taught you these ideas?" Muria asked.

"Atris sister," Remilia answered without hesitation. "I tested the governing knowledge Atris sister taught me during my tour, and it really works."

Hearing the term "sister," Muria's expression remained calm. This was typical of the Golden Dragon mother. "Miles, tell me about your experiences over the past two years."

...

"Prepare to ascend the throne, Remilia." After quietly listening to Miles' brief account, Muria looked at the loli princess still hugging him. Having accepted the Golden Dragon mother's "kill all dissenters" ideology and put it into practice, Remilia was already a qualified tyrant.

"When I ascend the throne, will you leave, Muria brother?"

"I won't leave until all those cloud islands can move," Muria replied.
