"Chu Qin is right, it's over there!" Xi E pointed towards the east and declared.

"Xiao Qi!" Chu Qin said with a slight smile, and instantly, the proud and beautiful figure of the Dragon Blood Qilin appeared before everyone.

Following that, everyone mounted it.

Under the Dragon Blood Qilin's carry, they all headed eastward, and soon a towering peak appeared in front of them, reaching into the ninth heaven, an unbreakable mountain peak.

"Master, I'm fine, but there's something strange about this mountain," said the Dragon Blood Qilin, and after that, there was no more sound.

"She's fine," Chu Qin said with a smile, looking at the women, "but it seems we can't break through the mountain."

"This mountain is probably some sort of ancient taboo; despite an absence of any energy fluctuations, it can stop anything that tries to destroy it," Xi E said. "It must have been here since the dawn of the universe and cannot be easily broken."

"Right, I remember now, trying to force our way through the mountain is not viable," Yina said. "There should be a valley nearby."

"A valley?"

"Yes, a valley deep as an abyss, within it lives a mysterious elder, and we must break his formation to get inside."

"What formation?" Chu Qin pressed.

"I can't remember, it's been far too long," Yina replied.

Chu Qin nodded, his True Sight Eye opened wide, and he quickly found a crevice in Tian Kun Mountain—the valley—and led the women there.

This valley was unlike any other place; there was no mist, and all that met the eye was stone.

"There is indeed a formation here," said Chu Qin, "Everyone, stick close to me."

"Roar!"

As soon as Chu Qin finished speaking, a terrifying beastly roar echoed through the valley, and immediately after, a milky-white tiger-shaped ferocious beast charged out from within the valley, pouncing towards Chu Qin and the others.

This tiger-shaped ferocious beast, spanning ten thousand meters in length and several dozen meters in height, exuded a fearsome aura of a Supreme God, and was unmistakably a Supreme Emperor Beast.

"This damned place, I was just looking for somewhere to blow off some steam!"

"Elder, do you not remember me?" Yue Yina asked, "I am Yue Yina. You once saved my life, and this jade pendant was also given to me by you."

Upon hearing this, Chu Qin and the others were slightly shocked.

Hearing her words, the elder reached out his palm and drew Yue Yina's jade pendant into his hand, "So it is you. Having already ventured out, why wish to enter again?"

"It is we who wish to come," stated Chu Qin.

"And who might you be, daring to forcefully tear through the forbidden gateway and enter this place? This is a great taboo!"

Chu Qin glanced at Xi E, who nodded and then addressed the elder, "Is this the Life Forbidden Zone?"

"Indeed," he affirmed.

"Then do you perchance know of the Chu Yun Great Emperor?" asked Xi E.

"I have no such knowledge," the elder responded calmly.

"Fellow Daoist, since you do not know, please step aside and let us enter the Life Forbidden Zone on our own," Chu Qin proposed.

"Young brat with yellow hair, whence comes the courage to address me as a fellow Daoist?" the elder asked tranquilly.

"Elder," sensing the mood was off, Yue Yina hurriedly spoke up, "Is it possible for us to merely brave the Formation in the valley to enter the Life Forbidden Zone?"

"That would normally be the case, but since you have forcefully breached the forbidden passageway, you must defeat me to pass," the elder replied.

"Elder, is there truly no other way?" Yue Yina inquired.

"Our fated association has come to an end, no need to address me as elder. If you wish to enter the Forbidden Zone, make your move," the elder said, nodding.

Hearing this, Chu Qin looked at Yue Yina, who nodded back, then turned to the elder with a smile, "Fellow Daoist, please forgive the offense!"

"Let it be known, if none of you can defeat me, don't expect to leave Tian Kun Mountain in this lifetime," the elder continued.

"Chu Qin, let me," said Xi E just as Chu Qin was about to make a move.

"Xiao'e?" Chu Qin questioned in slight confusion.

"Having arrived at the doorstep of the Life Forbidden Zone, how can I let you make a move," Xi E said with a smile. Then, in a lowered voice, she continued, "Moreover, I sense a familiar power emanating from this elder."

Chu Qin's pupils shifted slightly as he smiled and said, "Alright then, you go."

With that, Chu Qin and the others stepped back, and Xi E stepped forward, "Fellow Daoist, please enlighten me."

"Very well, but do not blame me for bullying the young," said the elder. As his voice fell, he waved his horsetail whisk, and the fierce tiger which he was seated on pounced towards Xi E.

Originally, this tiger-shaped ferocious beast had only the strength of a First Calamity Supreme God, yet, it seemed due to the elder's Daoist enchantment, the power the fierce tiger unleashed at that moment was in no way inferior to that of a Three Calamities Supreme Deity.

Even so, when the Three Calamities Supreme Deity-level tiger beast faced Xi E, it proved no match and was sent flying with a single slap from her.
