Douluo: Starting with the Signing in of Goddess Xiaowu

Chu Qin took the leaf from the Tree of Life given to him by Yuè Yīnà and returned to his room.

Chu Qin felt that to pinpoint the exact location of the Tree of Life, the most intuitive approach was to start with the patterns on the leaf of the Tree of Life.

However, no matter how Chu Qin searched, the patterns on it always appeared irregular.

Chu Qin was astonished to find that the fourth dot was located at the universe's southwest corner and coincided with the position of the Douluo Star System!

"Haven't you heard, 'Dragons are seen in their heads but not in their tails?' That's me!" Azure Dragon said with a proud smile.

"Where have you been? You've been gone for almost a month, haven't you?" Chu Qin asked.

"It's a secret, I won't tell you." Azure Dragon replied with a smile.

"Never mind then. Azure Dragon, please take a look at this leaf and this map, see if there's any mystery to them?" Chu Qin asked hastily.

"You guessed correctly," Azure Dragon explained, "This map, in fact, depicts the locations of the strongest forces of the major races at the birth of the universe."

"These four largest dots represent the locations of the various secret realms," saying this, Azure Dragon pointed at the Life Forbidden Zone, Emperor Beast Star Domain, Extreme Evil World, and Douluo Star System, "They are the Ancient God Mystic Realm, Nether Mystic Realm, Immortal Heaven and Sacred Beast Secret Realm, respectively."

"The Sacred Beast Secret Realm is really within the Douluo Star System?" Chu Qin asked in surprise.

"No," replied Azure Dragon, "This painting is radiating; can't you see? Each one of these dots only represents the central point of its respective region, and this universe has two layers. Your universe is on the first layer while the four major races are on the second layer. Of course, the territories of the four major races are not so vast; their lands are only these remaining small dots, and moreover, they do not connect to each other. Besides this, the second layer consists entirely of voids, do you get what I mean now!"

"I understand, that means these races are all located above the first layer of the universe, but the upper universe only consists of island types, disconnected from each other!" Chu Qin said with a smile in reply.

"Hmm!" The Azure Dragon nodded.

"Then why are these places not connected?" Chu Qin asked.

"Because the universe originally had only one layer. However, some Ancestral Level Beings who reached the pinnacle of their realms discovered that the energy in the second layer was even more concentrated. Thus, these Floating Island worlds were created by higher-ranking species. The worlds created are inevitably determined by the energy of these creators; even with their own might, it's limited, and they can only create a small portion of the worlds."

"In other words, this little spot represents the location of a supremely powerful Ancestral Level Being!"

"Got it completely!" Chu Qin nodded and said, "Then how does Tian Qiang Elder know the locations of these secret realms? What is his purpose for studying them?"

"I don't know his purpose, but those who know these secret realms are all supreme beings with incredible power, whose Divine Sense covers the entire universe. This Tian Qiang Elder, like me, should be an incarnation of some Ancestral Level Being, but as to who, I don't know." The Azure Dragon replied,

"So, they're all invaders, huh!" Chu Qin said with a slight smile.

"If they were invaders, the Life Progenitor Emperor would have killed them long ago. The Life Progenitor Emperor, one of the Nine Great Origin Emperors and a supreme being of the Material Clan, intentionally left the Tian Qian, allowing entry. She must have permitted Zhurong and the others to enter, which is why the Nether Beasts, Ancient God Tribe, and Human Race can thrive here."

"Then back to the main point, where is this Life Progenitor Emperor?" Chu Qin asked next.

"That, I do not know. You must have noticed that Divine Sense is restricted here; she's responsible for that. In her world, she is the lord of all, and unless the original body itself arrives, almost no one can find her in this world." The Azure Dragon replied.

"Then this leaf is utterly useless!"

"Not at all!"

"Not at all?" Chu Qin expressed his mild confusion.

"Not at all." The Azure Dragon said with a flirtatiously slight nod.

"Could it be that there is some mystery hidden within?" Chu Qin frowned and said, "But why can't I sense even the slightest hint of it?"

"It's normal for others not to notice," The Azure Dragon replied, "but Chu Qin, you shouldn't be like them."

"Why not?" Chu Qin raised an eyebrow.

"Because you're different from the rest; you have cultivated The Twelve Character Supreme Secret Technique." The Azure Dragon said with a light smile.

"Are you saying that The Twelve Character Supreme Secret Technique is related to the Tree of Life?" Chu Qin looked at the leaf in his hand in surprise.

"In fact, The Twelve Character Supreme Secret Technique wasn't created by the original body." The Azure Dragon replied, "It was obtained by the original body, and no one knows where it came from. The Twelve Character Supreme Secret Technique contains the source of power for the entire universe, and of course, the Tree of Life is no exception."

"Then tell me, what should I do!" Chu Qin asked excitedly.

"It's simple. The Tree of Life represents wood, so why don't you try transforming into wood and then close your eyes to sense this leaf from the Tree of Life?"
