Standing on top of the destruction he created, Issei simply sighed and began to realize what he had done. That was when he watched as a large dragon appeared in front of him. The dragon in question looked gigantic compared to him.

However, when checking his stats, Issei simply outclassed him in the very stats that Dragons are feared for. The only beings that are stronger than Issei at this point are only the deities.

"Did you do this?"

Staring at him with his hammer at his side, Issei responded, "Intruders showed up and I did the clean-up."

"I sensed multiple energy signatures here."

"The Chaos Brigade showed themselves again."

"I still sense two powers. I'm guessing the white-haired cat is one of them."

Turning to look at Issei with a stern gaze, Tannin huffed before turning to the sky, "I should have known that intruders would have shown themselves. It would only make sense for them to do so now. Having all the superpowers from the factions within the same building was the perfect place to infiltrate."

Issei turned around and began walking away. His job here was done, even if it resulted in a good portion of the forest turning into rubble. Noticing a leg sticking out of the ground, Issei grabbed the dangling leg and pulled the person out of the ground. Wouldn't you know it, a wild Rias popped out of the ground and landed on her back with a loud thud. Breathing heavily, the crimson-haired princess looked at the brute in front of her with a little frown. "There was no need to do that!"

"Do what? The huge attack? Yeah, I could have avoided doing that, but I just wanted to end the fight as fast as I could."

"Look at the forest? Look at everything you destroyed."

"Isn't your family a trillionaire? You basically could buy an entire forest to replace this section that is rubble."

Rias simply pouted before turning away to see Koneko staring off into the distance where her sister's broken body used to lay. Walking up to Koneko, she caressed her head before speaking, "You shouldn't have been that brutal with fighting."

Shaking his head, Issei continued walking off. "If I didn't give her the beating she got, I would have been softer and more willing to hesitate in my approach. What's the chances of her doing something that could hurt me?"

"I understand that but look at all this destruction. Now we have to fix this place. You're lucky that my family can afford this easily." Rias pouted before carrying the slightly beaten Koneko in her arms. "Poor Koneko..."

Before long, Issei was already gone from the area. For what he was needed, he had completed. This entire month with doing nothing but grinding within the dungeons and fighting against these multitude of monsters and spending time with a possessive Goddess was taking its toll on him. Not really physically, but rather it was exhausting him mentally. Turning to see the huge Dragon King staring at the main building for some reason, Issei simply ignored it and started to stretch his body.

"Man, what will I do now?" And that was when he felt another presence appearing within the main hall where all the nobles, leaders, and deities were holding their peace treaty. "Tanin, do you feel that?"

The old Dragon King turned to Issei and nodded before expressing his annoyance, "There are always the people that go against peace for the pettiest reasons. I wonder who this time is there."

Issei grabbed his hammer and leapt towards the main hall. "There is only one way this could be resolved, and it involves my hammer!"

"That child is very powerful. For him to level this field and eliminate an intruder of that level within seconds." Tanin could only smile slightly, "Not only that, but I sensed Ddraig within that boy. This Red Dragon Emperor is probably already the most powerful in history."

Speaking of what was happening between the leaders, Loki had decided to give his surprise introduction to all of the other leaders and expressed his opinions on Odin joining the alliance. Summoning his son, Fafnir, and beginning to wage a battle against the others, he was quickly subdued for the time being by Ajuka who sealed him.

Sooner or later, Issei landed into the middle of the ball room with his hammer in hand and with the glass that he shattered through, from the ceiling, surrounding him. Snapping his head up to assess his surroundings, he blinked a couple of times noticing that the threat was already dealt with. "What?"

Sirzechs noticing Issei appearing chuckled, "A little late to the party Issei. Where were you?"

Staring back with a blank face, Issei shrugged his shoulders, and it earned him a chuckle from some of the leaders. "Let's say that I was handling business outside." Issei sent his hammer back into his inventory and leapt up to the same floor that Sirzechs and the other leaders were on.

Ajuka quickly interrupted before any further conversation could be had, "The seal is able to keep Loki trapped for 24 hours. After that, he will be released and be needed to be subdued."

Odin growled before stroking his beard to calm himself. "I should have known that my son would have disagreed, but I thought he would be mature enough to keep his distaste for all of you in himself." Shaking his head like a father would when being disappointed, Odin summoned his staff and looked down at his son with solemn eyes.

"Now we have to deal with him." Sirzechs mentioned before eyeing Issei. "Issei, I know I have asked a lot from you, but could you help with fighting against Loki?"

Knowing that this was going to be asked, Issei nodded. He knew that this type of quest would be heavily rewarding. This is also the first type of quest where Issei will be bringing in a special little friend. She would be very excited with Issei asking her to help him plus it would bring her worry for him down for her to know that Issei is competent enough to ask for help. Artemis was going to be a very happy woman by the end of this battle.

"But now we have to be careful with who we ask to bring. Any of the high-class youngsters will not do and will just be sent into the battle to die."

Sirzechs nodded knowing that the governor of the Fallen was right. "As much as I would love to believe in my sister's abilities, Rias would just be a liability against Loki and will end up dying in the process. I will not allow that to happen. I'll send in Tanin to help."

Michael nodded to Sirzechs's word and turned to Issei with what he was going to say, "And I will be sending in Gabriel. She has been itching to fight alongside you, Issei."

Odin sighed before pointing his staff at Loki, "I will be sending in my son... Thor." Everyone widened their eyes when hearing that. Thor, the legendary God of Thunder, was being sent down to fight. "Loki isn't a small threat. He has allusions and manipulation that none of your said beings would be able to handle. Since this was a fault from my side, I will be sending in my eldest son to end this battle."

Being curious, Issei was wondering what the God of Thunder looked like in person. Was he as powerful as the stories had said he was? Was he more powerful than Zeus himself? That was when silence overcame the entire room while everyone was waiting for someone to break the silence.

"Issei, are you old enough to drink yet?" Azazel asked the boy while holding a bottle of some whine. "Sirzechs, Michael, and I are going to go to the bar nearby and drink away our exhaustion. Want to join?"

The abrupt question had taken everyone by surprise as Michael frowned slightly.

Sirzechs spoke up before Michael could even respond, "What? Azazel!"

Azazel chuckled before responding, "Oh relax Sirzechs. A simple drink wouldn't hurt him. Plus, this kid has already fought against enemies on the level of some of us leaders. A simple drink wouldn't kill him. Plus, I'm buying the highest quality of drinks there are for everyone."

"I'm only 17."

"Shit... I mean, we don't need to let anyone know. Plus, you look like you're already in your early thirties. And what do they say? Age is just a number."

Before Issei could answer, Grayfia grabbed the Fallen's shoulder and began crushing it. "And jail is just a home. Issei is not old enough yet and he will not be going anywhere near the bar. Sirzechs, make sure to keep Issei away from Azazel's influence."

Azazel begin grunting in pain, "Alright! Alright! It was just a joke. I swear some of you baby these kids too much."

Grayfia simply lifted the leader up and chucked him far away. "Issei, don't even think about drinking or I will tell your mother of what you have been doing!"

Issei nodded quickly before turning to Sirzechs, "So... uhhh... Do you have any chocolate milk?"
