In the end, Aoki still hadn't given a precise answer. Rias and Sona Shitori were disappointed but also felt more relaxed.

As long as Aoki doesn't become dependent on someone else, they will still have a chance.

He don't know if it's due to some strange competitive desire among women or because of their master's mission; either way it was becoming increasingly excessive and if this continued like this Aoki felt he wouldn't be far from giving up.

Thanks to Shinra Tsubaki and Himejima Akeno no other girl dared flirt with Aoki these days. Even Hamazaki Reina's trio seemed interested but didn't dare say anything.

The two were flirting all the way until they reached the door of the student council room.

At the door of the student council room, Shinra Tsubaki stretched out her small tongue and gently licked the corner of Aoki's mouth while smiling: "Akeno hasn't kissed you yet right?"

"No…" replied Aoki as he lowered his face; he got angry when talking about this topic since these two were too high-ranking and could occasionally do things like rubbing against him.

But if they wanted to go further there really wasn't any chance at all.

After so many days he didn't even know if Shinra Tsubaki or Himejima Akeno had any talent for such things; being at an absolute disadvantage in terms of strength made it impossible for him to be assertive.

Just now he tried catching Shinra Tsubaki's small tongue but when he opened his mouth a slender finger touched his nose pushing him away instead.

Facing Aoki's pitiful act pretending innocence Shinra Tsubaki remained unmoved: "Uesugi-kun I can go out with you but only if you become my partner."

Shinra Tsubaki had no objections towards him; however saying that she liked him probably meant something akin to seeing him as her beloved toy. If she could get Aoki to become her fighting force she wouldn't mind having a more playful boyfriend who enjoyed teasing as well.

"Senpai Shinra can't we keep things simpler between us?" said Aoki feeling aggrieved.

Shinra Tsubaki pushed open the door entering into student council room; then turned around showing off a playful smile: "Dah ah~ (No)"

"Rustling sound…" Seeing that Shinra Tsubaki wasn't fooled at all,Aoki turned his head spitting softly:

"Uesugi-kun why are you standing at door? Come in quickly."

Inside he heard Sona Shitori's urgent voice:

"Remember to lock door."

"Hey hey hey~" said weakly as he closed door walking over towards Sona Shitori's desk.

Sona Shitori handed him a list of suspects: "Uesugi this is information on those three people do you have any impressions?"

Oida Daito: male; third-grade student; has monster blood and is good at hiding.

Shina Nemuna: female; third-grade student; junior magician skilled in spirit magic.

Tetsuya Hatada: male; first-grade student; has monster blood and excels in network technology.

There are two boys and one girl; except for Tetsuya Hatada who shares grades with him,Aoki had never heard about other two before now.

Casually putting down documents,Aoki said: "No idea now that it's confirmed why don't we just catch them all?"

Sona Shitori glared at him while putting away scattered documents: "The student council isn't a violent organization; our responsibility lies within spreading rumors—but if we arrest people directly without evidence we'll get into trouble later."

"These three aren't very strong right? Can't they just give up if we make our move?"

"You can't use your brain why do you always think about using force?" complained Shinra Tsubaki looking at handsome young man who appeared polite yet whose mind seemed filled only with thoughts about fighting or killing.
