Chapter 32- Night Party

Prima was stunned, but she didn't think so. "No, I know my friend very well. If she really has a boyfriend, she should have told us before."

Luna, who had finally come back to herself, heard them talking about her having a relationship. She interjected, "I don't have a boyfriend."

Film thought Luna was just saying that to avoid being misunderstood by Namtan. Another misunderstanding had happened.

"Are you okay now?" Prima asked, knowing Luna finally came back to herself

"I'm okay," Luna replied.

"Who were you talking to earlier then?" Film asked again, not believing Luna wasn't in a relationship. "I saw you blush earlier while talking on the phone, and you looked so shy."

Luna felt embarrassed being asked something personal, but at the same time, she knew the other person wanted to dig into her personal life. Her mood quickly shifted to indifference. "Ms. Film, forgive me for being rude, but whoever I was talking to is none of your business, I don't have an obligation to explain about my personal matter."

Namtan didn't know what was going on, but she could feel the tension in the air. "Alright, alright, since Luna is fine now, we should continue the party," she said then she look at Prima," You should also join us since you're already here,"

"Senior, I may have to leave now," Luna quickly rejected Namtan

"So soon?" Namtan asked.

"Well," Luna started, but Namtan interrupted her with a playful tone.

"Don't tell me it's really your boyfriend who asked you to go home early," Namtan said jokingly.

Luna didn't feel offended by Namtan's words, unlike Film, so she didn't get angry, but she only replies briefly," No"

She didn't have a boyfriend, but Mira had asked her to go home soon. And she felt that she should do what she said, she looked at her phone and saw a message from Mira.

"Then you should stay a little longer," Namtan insisted.

Luna sent a reply to Mira before answering. "I'm sorry, Senior."

Prima gave Luna a thumbs up in her heart. She hadn't seen an intern reject her senior manager twice.

Before Namtan could answer, Luna's phone rang. It was Mira. Prima who was standing beside Luna saw the name and was shocked.

Luna quickly answered the phone. "Why did you call again?" she asked calmly, but her heart was thumping faster with expectation forgetting that there's people around her

"You're still not going home yet?" Mira asked although what she wanted to is different ' I want to ask her if she's mad about earlier but how can I ask if it's too noisy on her side '

"No, no, I'm about to go," Luna replied quickly

"Is your senior giving you a hard time?" Mira asked.

"No, of course not," Luna assured her.

"Your supervisor then?" Mira pressed.

"Not either," Luna answered.

"... " Mira didn't know why she was so concerned about Luna, but she thought maybe it was natural because Luna was a girl and might be drunk too.

Luna waited while Prima, Namtan, and Film watched Luna become from getting flustered, shy, and smiley. Film smirked at Luna while observing Namtan.

"Don't hang up the phone until you get home," Mira instructed, ' I'm just worried because she's a girl, if something really happened, I have a recording as evidence and can also call someone quickly for help just in case ' she excuse to herself

Luna lightly bit her lower lip. "Okay," she said, then lowered her phone and continued to talk to Namtan

"Senior," Luna was about to convince Namtan when Namtan raised her hand to stop her with a knowing look.

"I understand, Luna. It's a girlfriend, isn't it?" Namtan said with a knowing smile.

Both Prima and Luna got flustered, especially Luna. "W-what?" she stammered.

"Look, hahaha, isn't it?" Namtan teased.

"N-no," Luna denied, but her face was blushing so much that Prima was amazed by Luna's huge reaction.

"Luna, you and Mira?" Prima asked slowly, with disbelief.

"No!" Luna was so embarrassed that she quickly said goodbye and ran away without looking back.

Film, who was watching, widened her eyes. She was familiar with the way Luna acted. It was obvious that she was interested in the person she was talking to, but it seemed that the feelings weren't clear yet. She thought Luna was interested in Namtan because the way she's so comfortable with Namtan makes her think too much, but it seemed she had gotten it wrong. Her dislike for Luna turned to nothing, and she had some thoughts of helping Luna.

Namtan and Film watched Luna and Prima disappear into the noisy crowd, the music loud and the lights flashing. There was something in the air, a feeling that made Namtan's cheeks flush. Film saw it, and she took Namtan's hand, leading her away from the party.

Without a word, Film grabbed Namtan's hand, pulling her towards a secluded room. The door clicked shut behind them. She pushed Namtan against the wall, her eyes burning with a look that made Namtan's heart race.

"You still want Luna to stay?" Film asked, her voice low and husky.

Before Namtan could answer, Film's lips were on hers, a deep kiss that demanded a response. Namtan quivered as her body reacted instinctively to the heat of Film's touch. She wrapped her arms around Film's waist, pulling her closer, then she moved her hand to hold Film's head, her fingers tangling in her hair. She returned the kiss with an intensity that matched Film's.

Their tongues danced, a desperate exploration of forbidden territory. Namtan's head swam with the intoxicating mix of desire and confusion. She wanted to lose herself in the kiss, to forget everything but the feeling of Film's lips against hers.

But Film pulled away, her eyes glittering with a mischievous glint. "Not so fast," she murmured, her lips brushing against Namtan's ear. "I like to see you beg for it."

The air crackled with unspoken desire, and Namtan knew this night was going to be anything but ordinary.

...

Prima drove her car on the way to Luna's house quietly while listening to Luna talking to Mira on the phone. Although she was curious about the status of these two, she reluctantly held back her curiosity.

"You're with Prima?" Mira asked, although she felt embarrassed earlier about what she had heard.

Luna glanced at Prima. "Yeah," she replied.

Mira finally relaxed. She looked at the remaining paperwork. "I see. Then you should take a rest after getting home."

"Yeah, are you busy now?" Luna asked.

Mira paused for a moment. " No, I can wait until you get home," she said.

Luna wanted to talk more to Mira, but she also knew that Mira was already giving her so much time and couldn't demand more, she knew Mira quite a bit now and knew that Mira is really busy. She didn't know why she was always like this, but even so, every time she asked, Mira would indulge her as if anything she requested or demanded Mira would give her. It gave her an illusion that they were closer than anyone around them.

"It's okay. Prima is with me now. You should do what you should be doing. Sorry for the trouble," Luna said reluctantly

"No trouble. I'll wait until you get home," Mira replied.

"Okay," Luna closed her eyes. 'Mira, you can't be like this, or else... I might really think I'm special to you.'
