Having Reincarnated a Million Times I Won’t Let My Guard Down Even in a Peaceful World

chapter 10

10 Rebellious Towards the Nursery Teachers

As time passed, the seniors graduated from the nursery.

This time, I did not cry, so the graduation ceremony from the nursery was not engulfed in chaos, and everyone left with smiles.

Considering the even stricter brainwashing education awaiting them, I couldn’t bring myself to laugh so carelessly, but I have no power to save anyone. I’m barely able to live my own life to its natural end. I could only hope for happiness in the future of those being brainwashed.

But I’m already three years old.

In another year, I will move on to kindergarten.

The separation from Milim is drawing near. Once I graduate from the nursery, I can only meet Milim in private. She visits often.

Will I be able to endure that separation?

Now, at three years old (soon to graduate from the nursery at the end of this year), I would usually be entrusted with the care of new students under one year old.

However, having taken care of Milim a year earlier, I was exempt from one-on-one care and instead given the responsibility of supervising the entire group of two-year-olds.

It seems I have successfully convinced the nursery teachers that “Rex is an obedient pawn.”

I will continue to play the obedient role, and when the time comes to rebel in this cruel world, I will surely surprise them…

But before that, it is necessary to assess the nursery teachers’ capacity for surprise.

I decided to carry out a certain plan with the two-year-olds.

I am now in a position to supervise and manage the two-year-olds on behalf of the nursery teachers. The two-year-olds follow me as if they were following the nursery teachers.

Moreover, I am already a three-year-old big brother. What a three-year-old says is absolute. The number of words I can speak at once is completely different from that of a two-year-old. If I unleash my vocabulary, the two-year-olds can only nod in agreement.

I started the “preparation” using the two-year-olds.

From that day on, we prepared in secret, using a large amount of construction paper, hidden from the nursery teachers.

The preparation involved dangerous work—after all, it involved using “scissors.”

Scissors are… a cutting tool.

Despite being safety-conscious and designed not to cut fingers, one wrong step… or maybe three or four or five wrong steps, and some unfortunate accident could occur, possibly leading to loss of life. Like a meteorite falling while using scissors.

Of course, the nursery teachers were monitoring us, but with only two of them overseeing a class of twenty-three, it was possible to create an opportunity using the two-year-olds.

We continued to hide and steadily progress with the “preparation”… there was some urgency. Timing was crucial for this plan, and if we didn’t make it in time, the “surprise effect” would be more than halved.

And so… we finally finished our preparation, and the day arrived.

We waited for lunchtime. We believed that if we didn’t act when all the nursery children were quiet, the effect would also be greatly diminished.

Watching the nursery teacher unknowingly prepare the meal, it was difficult for me to contain my laughter.

You are about to encounter something completely unexpected from the foolish nursery school children who were supposed to be under your watchful eye… Will you cry? Will you scream? Will you despair? I can’t wait to find out.

When all the nursery school children took their seats, we finally put our plan into action!

“Teacher, happy birthday!”

We simultaneously unfolded the paper decorations we had prepared and presented the origami we had prepared.

When I handed over the letter that summarized everyone’s statements, the oldest nursery teacher was left speechless.

It seems that this teacher, who is retiring this year due to marriage, forgot her words for a while and then expressed her gratitude with tears in her eyes.

Feel free to cry all you want…

Teacher, thank you for everything…
