Heaven Destroyer

As Ayaan neared to the gate, he saw a few engravings on the door. When his gaze fell on the inscriptions, he felt as if he was looking at the living peoples, not some images engraved on the door.

He saw the images engraved on the door. Engravings were looking like humans but he wasn't certain because he couldn't see those inscriptions in detail. However, at this moment his mind was sucked inside the inscriptions. Eventually, he found himself standing on the platform.

Afterwards, he looked in front of him, a stunned expression appeared on his face. In front of him was a video playing, many scenes could be seen. Only then he realised that the people in the video were none other than the engravings on the door.

Inside the video, he saw the whole new civilization. Though people looked the same as humans, they weren't human. They had beautiful blue eyes, blue hair; their skin was as soft as a newborn baby. Every woman in that race was like an embodiment of a goddess. 

After looking for some time, Ayaan realised that they were practising breathing skills. It was just like the breathing skills images practised. The scene gradually changed, however. In the next scene, two people were fighting. Both of them were holding a sword.

Ayaan was surprised when he saw the swords in their hands. In the world of magic, your spells were your weapon. Though there were some magic artefacts, they were as rare as the dragon's scale and phoenix's feather. No ordinary weapon could withstand the power of spells. They would break eventually.

However, when the people in the video started to fight, a gobsmacked expression appeared on his face. Both of the people were flying!

Furthermore, they didn't use any spell. They were just using their swords. Every time they would swing their swords, powerful energy waves would release from them. Booming sound was produced due to the collision of the swords.

It was first the time, Ayaan had seen this kind of energy. After observing for some time he realised that the energy didn't belong to any element he knew. It was something completely foreign to him. He couldn't tell what type of energy that was.

Gradually, the scene changed. He saw the injured man who was moaning in agony. His hand was completely severed from his body and there was no sign of the severed limb. In front of the man was a beautiful woman. He placed her hand on the wound of the man and green energy released from her hand. 

Slowly, the painful expression eased on the man's face. He started to look much better. But afterwards, something happened which shocked Ayaan to his core. The lost limb of the man started to grow. In just a few minutes a new arm grew out of the man's body.

Ayaan couldn't believe his eyes. He thought as if he was under someone's spell. That must be the case, he didn't believe that anyone could grow limbs like that. There might be some medicines or potions who could grow limbs. Even then, it would take a few years. Even the life element won't be able to do that easily.

Though confused, he didn't have anyone to ask the questions. Therefore, he continued to watch the video. And the scene again changed.

This time he didn't see any person but something else — in front of him was standing a pagoda. It wasn't very big, about two stories tall. Few letters were engraved in a strange language which Ayaan never saw. But strangely, somehow, he was able to read what was written. It was a single word — Elementless. 

In front of the pagoda was a stone in the shape of an egg. It was producing a pure white light. Time to time, the light would change the colour but eventually it would again become pure white. 

There were many people standing in front of the stone. Every time one man or woman would come near the stone and would cover the stone with their energy. When everyone was done, there still wasn't any change in the stone. Everyone looked at the egg-like stone and sighed dispiritedly.

"If you can't get its approval why don't you let others do it on your behalf," suddenly, the cackle resounded in the surrounding.

When people turned around they saw a huge white dog as big as a colossal mountain standing in the air without any support. However, after looking at the dog, everyone's face turned pale. Everyone knew who this dog-like creature was.

"Heaven destroyer! Do you think, now our ancestors are missing, you can do whatever you like?" A powerful man looked at the dog with a furious expression. Everyone knew what this dog was doing there. He didn't have any good intention. So they didn't need to be polite with him.

"Kekeke! Everyone knows that this pagoda and that egg-like stone was discovered by the joint effort of many powerful warriors. However, your ancestors tricked everyone and took the pagoda for himself. And see no one in his race could gain its approval, not even your ancestor was able to do it. So you better hand the pagoda to me." The heaven destroyer looked at the man and mocked.

"Don't talk nonsense! It is the hard work of our ancestors. You weren't even present at the ruins of the elementless when he discovered it. Now you are saying it was the joint effort of many people. Bullshit!" the man rebuked, he wasn't ready to take any step back or their race would lose the treasure, their ancestor had to take so many risks to get.

"It doesn't matter if you agree or not. Today I am going to get that pagoda no matter what." the dog sadi and moved towards the pagoda.

Looking at the dog, everyone started to feel anxious. They knew that no one would be able to defeat the beast. He was as powerful as their ancestors. Though he wouldn't dare to attack them when their ancestor was present, now he was missing.

Just when the heaven destroyer was about to take the pagoda inside his mouth, a punch descended upon him from above. He didn't dare to neglect the attack. Suddenly, the tyrannical aura released from his body and smashed his head in the descending punch.

The punch was completely destroyed when it clashed with the dog's sturdy head and disappeared. It was visible to see the attacker was much weaker than the heaven destroyer.

Everyone looked at the man who was standing in the air; he had blue hair, blue eyes and he was extremely handsome. When people looked at the man, they screamed, "Patriarch!"

Hearing the shout of the people, a surprised expression appeared on the dog's face. He said, "You are the son of that old bastard?"

"How dare you, dog!" the man heard Heaven Destroyer and an enraged expression appeared on his face. In his fury, he punched. Gradually, the whole sky was covered by the punch.

The Heaven Destroyer looked at the descending punch and complemented, "Not bad. Your Punch intent has reached such a high level. Alas, you won't be able to practice it any further or you might become something amazing in the future."

"Roar!"

Suddenly, the dog roared towards the man. Everyone felt as if their head was about to explode. However, they still gathered their courage and looked at their leader in the sky. But when they looked at the man, they couldn't help but scream with full of remorse.

Though the man was still standing in the air, his punch was pointing towards the Heaven Destroyer. However, there was no skin left on the man. He was nothing but a skeleton!

Looking at the skeleton, tears started to fall from the eyes of the people. They knew it would be hard to fight the Heaven Destroyer, but they never realised that he could kill their leader with just a single roar. It was a really fearful realisation.

The dog looked at the people and walked towards the pagoda. Afterwards, he opened his mouth and devoured the whole pagoda. The egg-like stone as well entered inside the dog. 

However, before he could rejoice in his victory, the space around him started to tremble. Subsequently, a huge hole appeared in the sky and devoured him. No matter how much the dog struggled but to no avail. Eventually, he was sucked into the hole and disappeared.

Gradually, the scene in front of Ayaan faded and he again found himself standing in front of the gate with the ladies. He looked at the door but there was no engraving on the gate present now, however. 

He turned towards the girls and asked in a confused voice, 'Did you see any engravings on the door?"

"What engraving?'' The girls looked at him in confusion. Because none of them saw any engraving on the door.

Looking at their confused faces, Ayaan knew that he was the only one who saw the inscriptions on the door. But what was that pagoda? What was that egg-like stone? Are we inside the pagoda? Then where is that egg-like stone? And what happened to the Heaven Destroyer dog after he was sucked in that hole? What kind of energy do those people practice? What was the meaning of elementless?

Hundreds of unanswered questions were roaming inside his head. But there was no one to answer. It looked like this place was the key to his questions. He looked at the door and walked towards it.
