"Boy, you just want to show off, don't you?"
The brown-haired boy snorted coldly.
His eyes flickered slightly as his Sharingan activated, revealing a single Magatama identical to Yuma's.
"But you have chosen the wrong opponent. I am the genius of my clan, Uchiha Inabi!"
The two locked eyes, sharingan meeting sharingan.
At that moment, Yuma had no time to pay attention to anything else.
His focus was sharp, fuelled by the determination of his entry through the system.
Buzz...
The two figures vanished instantly.
Within a few minutes, there were more than ten physical collisions in the small training area.
"What?! Wasn't that guy a mediocre student who was sent to the ninja academy?"
Uchiha Inabi was completely shocked. The boy in front of her demonstrated flawless use of the Sharingan and flawless Taijutsu techniques.
No, he was not only flawless, he might even be stronger than Inabi.
"I need to create some distance and use ninjutsu!" Inabi thought, strategising.
But Yuma would not allow that.
The line in the entry - 'Coping ability increases beyond limits' - activated his potential.
Even if [Uchiha Style (White)] and the other entries were mediocre, the gold entry, combined with his tactics, could bring Inabi down.
With his left hand, Yuma quickly took out a smoke grenade from the pouch at his waist and threw it forward.
Boom!
The area was instantly covered in thick smoke.
The battle had taken place in less than ten seconds.
The observing Uchiha Fugaku finally reacted.
As he raised his hand to interfere, his expression darkened. "Enough is enough! This..."
"Fugaku-kun, take your time. It's time to let them prove themselves," Uchiha Setsuna interrupted and prevented Fugaku from finishing the fight.
The battle went as Setsuna had hoped. Yuma, previously thought to be mediocre, gave a surprising performance. Still, Setsuna believed that Inabi's superior fundamentals would prevail, teaching Yuma a lesson and forcing him to retreat.
But Fugaku was not convinced. His anger grew. "This is going too far...", he muttered to himself.
Suddenly, the field changed.
A second Yuma appeared behind Inabi, a steel wire wrapped tightly around his hand.
The end of the wire was wrapped around Inabi's neck.
The Yuma's right hand formed the final seal for the Fire Style Jutsu. "Senior Inabi, I think I won," Yuma said with a grin.
Inabi's face twisted in disbelief. "A transformation jutsu... and a shadow clone?! You cheated! If you're so great, fight me properly!"
Yuma's grin widened. "Senior, we are ninjas. Cheating is part of the game. Besides," he added, his voice sharp, "making excuses only exposes your weakness."
"Yuma, you're amazing!" Obito cheered from the sidelines.
He had watched the entire fight. As soon as smoke filled the air, Yuma threw a kunai to distract Inabi. After Inabi had dodged, Yuma's shadow clone had manoeuvred behind him, using an Uchiha technique to trap his opponent.
"Old Setsuna has nothing to say now!" Fugaku's expression changed, her former gloom giving way to a slight smile.
"Hmph! Useless garbage! Let's go!"
Uchiha Setsuna barked angrily and turned around with her subordinates. As she passed Yuma, her cold gaze remained.
"That boy... He's not on the same side as me. Has he chosen Fugaku or Konoha?" Setsuna thought bitterly. Watching Yuma's development made her uncomfortable.
"After I awakened the Sharingan, her ability has increased so much. If she continues to defy me..."
She didn't finish her thought, but grabbed the upset Inabi and left Fugaku's house.
After leaving, Fugaku sighed deeply and looked proudly at Yuma.
"The awakening of the Sharingan has truly changed you, Yuma-kun. Now that your talent has been nurtured by the Sharingan, you will achieve great things."
"Yuma-kun, is awakening Sharingan really that great?"
Obito asked, his eyes sparkling with curiosity. Like Yuma before him, Obito had yet to awaken his own Sharingan and was often considered the weakest of the clan.
Yuma smiled warmly. "Yes, Obito-san! When you awaken your Sharingan, you will be even stronger than I am!"
This was not just a compliment. Yuma had noticed something remarkable in Obito.
The faint red glow in Obito's eyes hinted at his future potential - [Kamui].
The system hummed in Yuma's mind, providing information about Obito's abilities:
[Eyes of the Divine Realm (Red)]:
"This is proof that the Uchiha bloodline is connected to the essence of the Sacred Tree, transcending cause and effect. When activated, it grants powerful divine arts".
The explanation stunned Yuma. Kamui was no ordinary Mangekyō Sharingan ability; It was a technique that surpassed even Rinnegan's powers.
Yuma realized that Obito's future potential was far superior to that of an ordinary Uchiha.
As the two boys talked, Fugaku watched them with satisfaction.
"Come in," he said and gestured to Yuma and Obito.
"Both of you are now under the command of Minato. I have prepared something to help you on your journey."
