How Kurama Leads Naruto Astray

Chapter 132: Chapter 132: Kurama Didn’t Deceive Me

Naruto completely ignored Kurama's antics.

It was clear that Sandayu was very naïve. He had no idea that the two "crazy" people from his memories were actually the righteous-looking youths in front of him, but it didn't matter because he would never know.

Naruto, full of righteousness, turned to Sasuke:

"Sasuke, you go help Sandayu-sama find the perverted sage. I'll go complete the mission."

This was mainly because his shadow clone was following Fujikaze Yukie, making it easier to find her.

Although Naruto thought this way, to Sandayu, it showed how responsible this young man was. After all, their initial mission was to protect the princess.

Sandayu was deeply moved.

"Then I'll leave it to you, Naruto-sama."

"This is what we should do." Naruto patted his chest confidently.

"Don't worry, I'll find the target and make sure she's protected. She won't be hurt in the slightest."

Sandayu was about to cry but still had something to say:

"Princess Yukie runs very far whenever she escapes, it might take a lot of time. I'm so sorry for troubling you like this!"

"This is the duty of a ninja!" Naruto said with a serious expression.

To be honest, Sasuke could barely watch anymore. His usual cold demeanor was being completely overshadowed by Naruto's overly righteous performance. It wasn't just awkward, it was really awkward!

Sasuke decided that when they returned, he would tell Hinata everything Naruto had done.

Making up his mind, Sasuke nodded quietly and then took over Naruto's words:

"No matter how much time or energy it takes, we will complete the client's mission. That's just how Konohagakure does things."

He said it with his usual cold look, but to Sandayu, it sounded incredibly sincere.

He wiped his tearful eyes and looked at Naruto and Sasuke with great emotion:

"Thank you so much for your help..."

He knew that Fujikaze Yukie always ran far when she escaped, and even ninjas would take a long time to catch up. It would be easier for sensory ninjas or those with special tracking ninjutsu.

Now, he could only silently wish that Naruto would find her before morning because they would board the ship to the Land of Snow the next day.

Sandayu watched Naruto's retreating figure with hope in his heart.

In less than ten minutes, Naruto found Fujikaze Yukie in a bar.

Thanks to his shadow clone acting as a guide, Naruto didn't waste any extra time. He even managed to buy a lottery ticket along the way, and ended up winning. His frog wallet was now full, and his mood improved.

Inside the bar, Fujikaze Yukie, still shaken, was sipping on her drink. She had already changed out of her princess attire and was now in casual clothes, but with sunglasses and a hat that hid her face.

If it weren't for Naruto's shadow clone keeping an eye on her, Naruto might not have recognized her as the woman who had escaped earlier.

After dispelling his shadow clone, Naruto walked over and sat next to Fujikaze Yukie. The bartender, being very diligent, asked Naruto what he wanted to drink, and kindly reminded him that this was a bar.

Naruto waved his hand, indicating that he knew the place. It wasn't his first time here—after all, he'd gone into brothels with the perverted sage. A bar was nothing, so he simply ordered a glass of milk and then turned his attention to Fujikaze Yukie, who was twitching her eyes in discomfort.

Taking a sip, he found it pretty cute.

"Damn, I actually think this little brat is kind of cute." Fujikaze Yukie glanced at Naruto with disgust, then turned away to almost hug her drink, taking a sip.

"Hey..." Naruto set down his glass of milk and smiled contentedly, his eyes squinting happily.

"Fujikaze Yukie, I think milk is better than alcohol. I really don't understand why you all like alcohol so much."

Fujikaze Yukie jumped in surprise, instinctively pushing herself back from the seat. She looked at Naruto with surprise.

"Who are you?"

Naruto turned to her, flashing a sunny smile.

"Hello. I'm Uzumaki Naruto, a genin from Konohagakure. I was sent by Sandayu to bring you back."

Fujikaze Yukie's face darkened.

Naruto raised a finger.

"By the way, Sandayu said that if you resist too strongly, he allows me to knock you out first and then take you back."

Sandayu had indeed said that because he understood Fujikaze Yukie's personality. She wouldn't give in easily.

Fujikaze Yukie narrowed her eyes as she looked at Naruto.

She could tell from his tone that he was serious. She didn't immediately say anything, as she was just an ordinary person, and Naruto was a ninja. If he really decided to use force, she wouldn't be able to escape easily.

After a moment, a glimmer of intelligence flashed in her eyes.

The next second, she smiled seductively and gracefully moved back to her seat, leaning lazily against the table.

She rested her chin on her right hand, gently caressing her glass with her left, exuding an almost magical charm.

"Naruto... right? Don't you want to know why I ran away?"

Naruto instinctively stiffened. His smile faded a bit, replaced by some curiosity.

"Why?"

Fujikaze Yukie smiled alluringly and extended her left hand, her fingernails painted with nail polish, lightly beckoning him.

"Come closer, I'll only tell you."

Naruto's face flushed slightly, and he cleared his throat before turning his head.

"Yukie, please behave yourself."

"Ha..." Fujikaze Yukie laughed, removing her glasses. The seductive expression and the tempting tone made Naruto involuntarily feel a little drawn in.

There was a hint of disdain in her eyes, but she still kept up her tempting smile.

"I'm not going to do anything to you, little brat. I just want to tell you the answer. Aren't you even a little curious?"

A famous movie star in the ninja world, repeatedly escaping from her assistant—was it a twist of human nature or moral decay? Naruto was indeed curious.

Seemingly unguarded, Naruto leaned in with a face full of curiosity.

"Why? Can you really say it?"

"What's wrong with that?" Fujikaze Yukie's voice softened, her whisper even more alluring.

"You can come a little closer, it's fine~" She lightly bit her lip, her face flushing, whether from shyness or the alcohol.

"Glug..." Naruto swallowed, staring at the young woman's face right in front of him. Her delicate features and seductive expression, combined with the unique scent of her, made him feel more drawn in. He could even see the beautiful pendant hanging from her ear.

"Isn't this close enough?"
