HOW TO NTR A NETORI PROTAGONIST

Chapter 5: Chapter 05

[ Alex Pov ]

Have you ever read one of those cliché scenes where someone's engagement gets broken in public? The hall filled with smug faces, the jeers, and the cruel laughter as the poor fool is humiliated in front of everyone? That was my day.

"I, Beatrice Nodara, hereby sever my engagement to Alex, Young Lord of the Gendal Barony," My fiancee voice rang sharp and resolute, a cruel edge curling at the corners of her lips.

I clenched my fists, forcing calm into my voice. "May I know the reason for this sudden decision, Lady Beatrice?"

She laughed—a harsh, dismissive sound.

"Hahha! Reason? Do you really need to ask? Very well, I'll humor you. You're useless, Alex. An embarrassment to me."

The words had landed like lashes, but I met her gaze. "Go on."

"You haven't even awakened your attributes? Abysmal. A man with no potential and even less ambition. What sort of future could I possibly have with someone like that?"

She stepped closer, her contempt palpable.

"My father agreed to this engagement out of pity, a charity case to appease your parents. But I refuse to waste my life shackled to someone so... mediocre"

"Trash."

"Richard, your stepbrother, is everything you're not. A three-star wizard. Strong. Talented. Reliable. The kind of man who could actually stand by my side and protect me. Unlike you."

Forcing a smirk, I tilted my head. "You'll regret this, bitch. Laugh now if you want. But when the tables turn, don't come crawling back on your knees."

She raised an eyebrow, unimpressed.

"Crawl back to you? Don't make me laugh. Guards, escort him out."

The guards moved toward me, but I held my ground for a moment longer, letting my smirk deepen.

"Remember, Beatrice. The bitch who mocked me today will be the one kneeling tomorrow."

Her eyes narrowed as the guards shoved me toward the doors, but I could still feel her gaze burning into my back.

Beatrice Nodara, that stuck-up noble bitch, had broken off our engagement. She did it with the grace of a snake, declaring in front of her family and staff that I was

"a worthless man with no magic."

To add insult to injury, she had cozied up to my stepbrother—already a three-star wizard.

Disgraced, humiliated, and fuming, I left the county estate. My only thoughts were of revenge. On Beatrice, my stepbrother, and everyone who had dared to look down on me.

Seven hours had passed since then, and I was already heading back home, realizing just how deeply I had sunk into this mess.

Just a few days ago, I was standing at a restaurant counter, paying the bill for my sister-in-law. The same sister-in-law whose thighs I'd been splitting apart for months, dragging her down into pleasures she wouldn't dare admit to anyone else.

Her husband, the pathetic fool, still played house, raising two kids who carried my blood, blissfully ignorant of the truth. Did I feel guilty? No. If anything, the thought of it, the lies, the humiliation, his life crumbling without him even knowing, made me hard.

In fact, I'd been thinking of taking it further. Her mother-in-law was attractive in a cold, refined way, and there was something irresistible about the idea of dominating both mother and daughter.

But just as I tapped "Pay," the world decided to shift beneath my feet.

There was no warning, no logic, just an intense silence before a light so blinding it erased everything in its path.

My body froze mid-swipe, my thoughts scattered, and the next thing I knew, I was drowning in darkness.

When I came to, my first thought was: Where the hell am I?

The room around me was grotesquely ornate, dripping in gold filigree and suffocating grandeur. Thick velvet curtains lined the walls, choking out the light, while the air pressed heavy against my skin.

My head pounded like a hammer on steel, a sharp, relentless rhythm I couldn't escape.

Then the pain started.

A whip lashed across my back, tearing through flesh with a crack that echoed in the room. I barely had time to react before another strike came, and another. My screams were caught in my throat, replaced by gasps of raw agony as the searing pain burned through me.

The one delivering the blows? My so-called stepmother, Elizabeth, her face was cold in fury, the whip a natural extension of her hand. She rained down strike after strike, her words venomous, though I could barely register them.

Something about being a failure, a disgrace. I didn't care. All I knew was that every crack of the whip etched her power over me deeper into my flesh.

But even as I crumbled under her assault, a thought burned through the haze: I will have my revenge. One day, I'll make her crawl, one day I'll impregnate her.

That was my first lesson in this world—a world where strength ruled, where magic was real, and the hierarchy was absolute.

As Alex, Young Lord of the Gendal Barony, I was supposed to be someone. But without awakened attributes and only basic magic to my name, I was nothing more than a stepping stone for others.

It wasn't long before the humiliation mounted. My engagement a carefully arranged political union meant to secure my position was shattered publicly.

In this world of nobles, where appearances were power, her rejection was a blade that sliced clean through my already tenuous hold on dignity.

But I didn't mourn the loss. She was irrelevant. What mattered wasn't love or honor it was power. Pure, undeniable power. And if this world was anything like my last, then power wasn't given it was taken, stolen, wrestled from the weak by those willing to claw their way to the top.

Now, I was traveling back to the Gendal Barony, passing through the Forest of Death, a dangerous but faster route. The carriage jolted over the rough forest path. Outside, the female rider kept her eyes on the road ahead, her dagger glinting on her hip.

Inside, a maid sat across from me—a petite, shy thing with chestnut hair tied in a neat braid.

She sat stiffly, her hands folded on her lap, her gaze fixed on the floor. The way her body tensed told me she was aware of my gaze. My eyes roamed over her modest dress, noting how the fabric hugged her curves. She was nervous—her fingers trembled slightly, and her chest rose and fell in shallow breaths.

Her trembling hands, her lowered gaze, the faint flush on her cheeks it all spoke of someone who understood her position in the world. Someone who knew she was beneath me.

The corner of my mouth twitched upward in a cold smile. If there was one thing I'd already learned here, it was this: the strong take what they want.

"Stop the carriage," I said abruptly.

The rider glanced back, her brow furrowed. "Young lord, we're in the middle of—"

"I said stop," I barked.

She muttered something under her breath but pulled the reins, bringing the horses to a halt.

I stepped out and turned toward the maid, gesturing sharply. "Out. Now."

Her head snapped up, her wide eyes filled with fear. "M-my lord?"

"Don't make me repeat myself."

Swallowing hard, she climbed out of the carriage, clutching her dress as if it might shield her.

"Over there." I pointed to a nearby tree. "Put your hands on it."

Her face went pale. "P-please, my lord… I-I've done nothing wrong—"

"Did I ask for excuses?" I snapped, stepping closer. "Do as you're told."

Tears welled up in her eyes as she stumbled toward the tree. She hesitated, her hands trembling before pressing them against the bark.

"Good," I muttered, stepping behind her. "Now lift your dress."

Her head shook frantically. "N-no, my lord… please, I beg you…"

"Begging won't save you." Grabbing her braid, I yanked her head back, forcing her to look at me. Her tear-streaked face only fed the twisted pleasure curling in my chest. "Do it."

She sobbed softly but obeyed, gripping the edges of her dress and pulling it up. The fabric rose, revealing her pale thighs, then the soft curve of her bare buttocks.

I couldn't stop myself. Her back was turned, her trembling fingers trying to hold onto the scraps of her dignity. I didn't give her a chance. With one sharp motion, I grabbed the back of her dress, fingers twisting into the thin fabric, and tore it straight down.

The sound was satisfying, rough, ripping, final. The dress fell in tatters at her feet, leaving her body bare.

She flinched, a quiet sob slipping past her lips, louder than the silent forest around us. Her body shook, tiny tremors that gave away her fear. I ran my eyes over her, taking my time.

Smooth, pale skin stretched over her frame, glinting faintly under the thin streaks of moonlight that broke through the trees. Her ass was perfect—round, firm, begging to be taken. The faint line of her asscheeks led to places I wanted to ruin.

Between her thighs, the heat of her cunt glistened. Wet, needy, dripping. The faint patch of dark curls there made me pause.

The things I don't like in this world were that women don't shave themselves. Only noblewomen might, so the fantasy about sucking a vagina was distant because it simply looked ugly to me.

And maybe that was why I felt my cock stiffen painfully at the sight.

I couldn't resist. My hand moved to her, sliding over the softness of her ass, fingers pressing into her skin like I wanted to mark her. Slowly, I spread her legs, my thumb grazing closer to her wet slit. My chest rose and fell, breath shallow as her scent hit me.

"You're more obedient than I thought," I said, my voice barely a whisper, low and deadly. She tensed when I leaned in closer, feeling the heat of her skin against mine.

My tongue slid up the curve of her neck, tasting the salt of her sweat and her helplessness. She shuddered, a whimper breaking free.

"P-please…my lord. I have a fiancé." Her words barely left her mouth, a desperate plea whispered like it might save her.

I laughed, sharp and cold. "Silence," I snapped. "That even better."

My hand gripped her hip as I freed myself, letting my trousers fall. The cool air hit my cock, already stiff and burning with need, as I guided it to her wet cunt. She stiffened, trembling beneath me. With one brutal thrust, I drove into her, burying myself to the hilt in one go.

She screamed. It ripped from her throat, high and raw, as blood slicked down her thighs, mixing with the juices that clung to me. Her virgin walls clenched around me, trying to fight me off, but I was stronger.

I yanked her by her braided hair, pulling her head back so I could see the tears spilling down her cheeks.

Grinning, I slammed her forward, pressing her chest into the rough bark of the tree. She clawed at it desperately, her nails scratching into the wood as I drove into her again, and again, and again. The sharp smack of flesh against flesh echoed in the still night.

Yes, this is power. This is what I want.

She sobbed, her cries breaking, her breath coming in ragged, uneven gasps. "It hurts…" she choked out, trembling beneath me. "My lord, please… it's my first time. Have mercy."

Her voice fed me, her weakness pouring into me like fuel on a fire.

"Haha! Don't worry, I'll make you a slut soon enough," I growled, leaning in so my breath brushed her ear. "You'll learn to enjoy it."

I thrust harder, deeper, the tree scraping her skin raw as her cries softened into broken whimpers. She stopped clawing, stopped resisting. All that was left was her body helpless and mine to destroy.

From the front of the carriage, the rider clicked her tongue. "Young lord's as vile as the rumors say," she muttered under her breath.

Her words amused me, but I didn't care. My focus was entirely on the maid—the way her tightness gripped me, the way her sobs mixed with ragged breaths. My hips moved faster, each thrust making her shudder.

But then, a cold sensation washed over me, cutting through my pleasure. My body stiffened, and an uneasy chill crept up my spine.

I pulled out abruptly, turning around. "What the—"

Before I could finish, blood splattered across my face. I stared in shock as the maid crumpled to the ground, a dagger buried in her neck. Her lifeless eyes stared up at me, frozen in fear and betrayal.

"Damn it!" I hissed, stumbling back. My chest heaved as I scanned the forest, dagger drawn.

Five figures emerged from the shadows, their black robes blending with the dark surroundings. Halos of light flickered behind their heads, casting eerie shadows across their faces.

The leader stepped forward, his voice cold and detached. "Baroness Elizabeth sends her regards."

Anger surged through me. That bitch. Of course, she couldn't just poison me—she had to send assassins too.

"Come on, then," I snarled, tightening my grip on my blade.

They didn't hesitate, lunging at me all at once.

The decision to head into the Death Forest wasn't as foolish as it seemed at first.

While I'd been flipping through the book "How to NTR a Hero in the Academy," it had mentioned something about Alex obtaining his hypnosis power right after entering a strange mansion.

A mansion that was hidden, "invisible" to most, only the protagonist could find it.

And now, with him being ambushed by assassins, it was almost time for the story's plot to kick off.

I perched on a low branch, hidden in the shadows of the Death Forest, watching the scene unfold below.

The "young lord," Alex, stood just as I'd remembered, arrogant, petty, and utterly pathetic.

[Critical Task]

[Level - D]

[Objective: Prevent Alex from gaining the power of absolute control and hypnosis.]

[Penalty: Watch your sister-in-law get fucked by Alex and then killed.]

[Reward: Invincible Mana Heart.]

Two days. It had been two days since the system gave me the task, and my mind had already steeled itself for what was necessary.

If I didn't get this done, I would lose everything. After all, two predators can't live on the same mountain.

One has to fall, and between me and Alex, I wasn't much better.

The difference? I had a bit more control.

Nonetheless, I would like to fuck his mother until she get pregnant.

Soon, A grin twisted at my lips as Alex staggered back, clutching his blood-streaked dagger.

His once-all-knowing confidence was crumbling under the weight of panic, even though the maid he'd just ravaged lay motionless behind him.

Not that I could do much to help her it was beyond my strength to intervene.

Surrounding Alex were five cloaked assassins, their dark halos casting an eerie glow among the twisted trees.

The carriage was stained with blood, and the maid's lifeless body crumpled in a pitiful heap.

"Baroness Elizabeth sends her regards," the leader of the assassins called out, voice flat, almost bored.

Alex's response was exactly what I expected: childish, desperate. He snarled at the assassins, swinging his dagger clumsily, all flash and no skill.

His movements were nothing more than a display he was an angry child with a toy in his hand, striking at shadows.

The assassins closed in, calculated and ruthless like wolves tearing into a dying deer.

Pathetic.

I leaned back against the trunk, crossing my arms, and observed from the shadows.

This was the so-called protagonist of the story? The one chosen by fate?

How amusing to watch him squirm. The more I saw him choke on his own hubris, the more satisfying it became.

Then... I felt it.

A sudden shift in the air, something dark and oppressive. The hairs on the back of my neck stood up.

First, a soft hum almost imperceptible. Then, the hum grew into a low, guttural vibration, vibrating through my chest. The assassins hesitated, their graceful, confident motions now betraying signs of unease.

Even Alex looked around wildly, as if searching for the source of this unseen force.

And then, it happened.

Mana. Violent, destructive mana burst from Alex's body in a tidal wave of crimson energy.

The air became suffocating, the weight of it pressing down like a tangible force.

The assassins were flung backward with brutal speed, their screams slicing through the forest.

I gripped the tree branch tighter, eyes narrowed, my breath coming sharp. The mana was powerful it was chaotic.

It tore through the assassins as if they were paper, their bodies reduced to a mix of charred flesh and scattered bones.

Even the carriage drivera nameless woman who'd sat in silent observation was no match. In the blink of an eye, her body vanished in a burst of flame.

Alex stood at the center of the carnage, his body shaking.

He was surrounded by the devastation of his own power power he didn't yet understand. His head was tilted back, mouth open in a silent, almost pathetic scream, as if the red energy coursing through him was both a force and a curse.

The very ground under him cracked and crumbled as his power continued to rage.

And then, it was gone.

The silence that followed was deafening. The clearing, now desecrated with the remains of the assassins and the carriage driver, was still, as though the world held its breath.

Alex fell to his knees, his arrogance wiped clean. His once-dependable smirk had twisted into wide, terrified eyes. His breath came in ragged gasps, no longer that of a confident young lord, but that of a scared child who'd just realized how deep in over his head he truly was.

"Interesting," I said, almost amused. "It's almost time... if I'm going to stop this, I need to follow him. Get to the mansion first."

That mansion the hidden palace of the Crimson Emperor was where he would learn to harness this chaotic power, where the tide would turn in his favor.

I glanced one last time at the corpses of the maid and the carriage driver. For just a moment, there was something like pity in my chest. But then, it was gone, buried under a stone resolve. There was no room for that here. No room for feelings.

"Alex is the protagonist. He'll see me soon enough, I can't befriend him either, a man like him, who could fuck his friend's mother and laugh about it, doesn't deserve an such things."

I stepped back into the shadows, letting the story unfold as I watched from the side.

"The next day will be the last if I fail. If I survive, there will only be endless struggle and pain awaiting me and I am... too weak to face what lies ahead."

A minute later, I watched Alex regain his footing, too slow, too weak to stop what was coming.

I waited. Patient. Determined. Ready.
