Permanent Population Boom - Allow the population to be increased depending on the number of Lairs present in the system space. The population increases will depend on the number and quality of the Lairs, and if the Lairs are empty or not.
If the lair is half empty, the population increase will double, while if it is truly empty, the population increase would be 5 time increased. The increase will be slightly less compared to Population Boom gained during war time. >
As to be expected, the increase in number had been cut, which is about a quarter of what the Population Boom perk during the war.
"Well, it's to be expected really. The only reason it reach that high is because of all the Lairs being emptied beforehand." Alros said to himself. He had emptied it when he could get the perk.
It allow her to move many soldiers as well as his captives without overpopulating the system space.
"Well then, I think it's time for me to have my fun. Don't worry my God, I will properly devote my fucking too you."

After making sure the male members of the Holy Church would be 'properly' treated, Alros first walked to the residential area. He had spent countless LP to turn the system space into a more habitable area, with towns, orchards, gardens, forests and many more new features.
Of course, the main attraction would be his home, which had turn into a large mansion that half the size of the town. Considering the number of people living there, which almost about 10 000 people, the size is appropriate.
It also has a very appropriate name in the form of Palace of Debauchery. Considering what happened inside almost all the time, it is rather apt.
Of course, it will likely expend along with the town if he could increase the population in the future. He hope he could do that because it would mean he could put all of the women inside the system space.
He then head inside before heading towards the Dungeon Section of the Palace. The Dungeon Section did not build underground understandably but it still work as a proper Dungeon. And now he will spend the time torturing and fucking several people of interest.
As he opened the door, he laid his eyes on the group of women inside, naked as the day they are born as they are chained to the walls, forced to stand with their legs spread.
