I no longer want to be a part of this triangle

[Kohana's POV:]

It's been ten days since we began dating. These past ten days have been so eventful and memorable for me that if I had a chance, I would relive those days once again. No, maybe...three more times....or maybe more?

Regardless, what I am certain about is that Senpai doesn't get bored in my company, a major possibility about which I have been quite bothered initially.

Together, we share various emotions. He always teases me for things that easily make me embarrassed and later, makes up for it if he goes a little overboard. I sometimes even pretend to be sulking to get pampered by my Senpai.

That...doesn't make me evil right?

In these few days, I got to know a lot of things about Senpai which, as a stalker, I failed to notice. Like, Senpai likes to wear warm socks when he goes to sleep; after the bath, he doesn't like to comb his hair; he has a habit of checking his phone every seven minutes, and he lacks iron in his body, which is why he often gets dizzy after stretching.

These things made me feel more connected to Senpai...like I am closer to him. And not as a stalker, but as his girlfriend.

'Kanojo huh...' Looking at the sky, I heaved a sigh. Only nineteen days remain for the trial period to conclude. Although I have a feeling that we might continue this relationship....the fact Senpai would resume schooling in two days makes me scared.

Although he has been avoiding getting in contact with Nanase-senpai and Asuzawa-senpai, he will surely meet them once he rejoins school. And after reuniting with other people, he might think that getting tied to a girl like me is a drag.

*Shake* *Shake* *Shake*

I shouldn't be thinking so negatively. I have seen genuine emotions in Senpai's eyes and he never had been such a shallow person.

'Yosh! I should buy some ingredients and prepare steak for Senpai today!' Pumping my fist, I entered the convenience store. I had planned to go to his house after this. Senpai mostly remains indoors, so he asks me to return as soon as I can.

Thinking about those puppy eyes, he shows when I return home melts my heart and urges me to finish the shopping as fast as I can.

"Ah!" Suddenly, I bumped into someone who was wearing the same uniform as me.

"Ah, Kohana-chan. Shopping here?" He was my classmate...whose name I don't remember. Actually, I don't even know the names of my desk neighbors. I seldom talk to people other than the only friend I have from my class.

Nodding politely, I walked away, intending to take the ingredients and leave as soon as I could.

'Meat, sauce, pepper...hmm...' I remembered that I had to pick salt as well since Senpai hadn't restocked his monthly groceries yet.

However, the shelf on which the salt was stored was quite high.

I extended my hand but barely could touch it—when suddenly, the same guy appeared beside me and picked up the saltbox.

"Here," Smiling with his eyes closed, he handed me the box, which I absentmindedly took.

"Thank you." After thanking him, I was about to move away and get my items scanned, when suddenly he called out,

"Anno, Kohana-chan." Turning towards him, I found him still smiling as he asked, "I heard from people...that you are quite open-minded...y'know, having a living relationship and all with Kazuki-senpai...so I was wondering why don't you give me a chance as well?"

I frowned and, without a second thought, swung my hand to slap him, only to get my hand caught since it seemed the bastard was expecting it.

He grasped my hand in a tight grip, making me wince as, in a disgusting tone, he whispered, "I swear mine would be bigger than his...what do you say? Wanna come with me-khuk!"

Suddenly, much to my elation, someone slapped the guy from behind and he instantly released my hand.

It was a familiar person—Asuzawa Kohta-senpai.

The scumbag turned with his fist pumped, but the other person grabbed the scumbag with his face and grimly uttered, "Harassing a girl and trying to hit your senior, eh? Aren't you a bit too rude to be alive?!"

He pushed the scumbag, making the latter crash into the shelf and all the tomato cans fell over him.

Asuzawa-senpai looked at me before saying, "Leave before the shopkeeper arrives."

I nodded and instantly went to the counter. After paying for the items I exited the shop and called Senpai immediately,

[Where?!]

He asked, and I told him.

Maybe it was just near his apartment, it only took two minutes for Senpai to reach the supermarket. Well, it was still too fast for him, and considering his state, it seems he ran all the way.

He held my hand and looked all over me anxiously, "Where did he touch you? Are you hurt? Let's go to a hospital, now!"

"Oi, aren't you panicking a lot?" Before I could have answered the familiar voice of Asuzawa-senpai reached from behind.

Senpai stood straight, seeing him, and his eyes turned narrow. Oh no, this is bad.

"It has nothing to do with you," Kazu-senpai retorted before he held my hand and urged me, "Let's go Kohana."

I nodded before walking alongside him.

I can feel Asuzawa-senpai's eyes on Senpai but Kazu-senpai never turned to look back, rather he asked,

"Was it the first time or are you getting bullied regularly?"

I instantly shook my head, "It was the first time! And that person was rumored to be involved in some of the nastiest things. You know, drugs and all..."

Senpai hummed but didn't look convinced. He was still quite anxious—making me a little regretful for telling him everything on the phone. I should have returned home first.

We became silent after that. I didn't know what I should say...and truth be told, I was feeling a little nervous. Kazu-senpai have never seemed this serious before...not even at that time when Katori-senpai accused him.

Suddenly once we entered the elevator, Kazu-senpai said,

"Kohana...let's make our relationship public."

"Huh?"

A/N:- Redemption or not, I don't know, but Kohta isn't a bad guy at heart. Well, let's see where this goes.
