Just when I had said a good sentence...

Damn it, I can't die in peace either?!

Well, I have to calm down.

Apparently, the wounds I had healed. And I was able to get my missing leg back. Hello, leg.

But I don't have time to bother counting all this stuff, I got my [HP] and [SP] back. So I must get on with all this.

Without letting me rest, I narrowly avoid a [Salamander] that was looking to bite my head off.

Phew, its breath stinks.

I take this opportunity to stick my rudimentary knife with which I finished killing the first lizard in the eye of this one that made a lousy attempt at murder. It was a close call.

The lizard collapses to the ground from my sudden attack and is unable to do anything to stop me from drinking its blood to death.

[Skill "Vampirism Lvl. 1" has been successfully raised to Lvl. 2: Sucking speed increased by 17%.]

[+100HP - +140MP - +250SP have been acquired by drinking the blood of "Salamander"]

[The skills "Fire Immunity Lvl. 3", "Flaming Reinforcement Lvl. 4" and "Steel Claws Lvl. 1" have been acquired successfully]

[The skill "Fire Immunity Lvl. 3" has been appended to "Resistance to State Change Lvl. 1"]

Huh? That hasn't happened before.

Shouldn't I have gotten those things when I killed the first [Salamander]?

Wait for it, wait for it.

It might have something to do with leveling up [Vampirism], it's likely that unlocking its most broken characteristic required leveling up this skill. So I don't really have to worry about these things.

I turn on [Valuation] to see the stats of the rest of these monsters. They have more or less the same stats, adding to that there are eight targets missing.

After drinking the blood of the last [Salamander] I became twice as strong without needing to level up. That means I'm twice as strong as these lizards, but I don't necessarily have to be overconfident of my abilities.

I see that [Vampirism] is a lot more useful than it looked.

I take a bite of the reptile's flesh. It tastes a bit like chicken. And the best part is that I don't need to cook it since it's the meat of a fire monster.

I'm not as weak as I imagined, eh.

I stand up once more. Confident now from the discovery of my abilities to pounce on the other lizards that would be my enemies.

That's the summary of everything I acquired from killing the other eight lizards. Pretty crazy, but I can't deny that I was left with some trauma from doing all that. I think I used up a lot of my life killing them all.

Now I'm in a more formidable state than I was before. Which fills me more or less with pride.

I use [Valuation] on myself to check it once again.

Fuck...

So much description just because I've raised [Valuation] one level. I'm glad to be able to see these things about myself in detail... however...

[Dead Salamander]

- - -

This is what it shows when I try to analyse the [Salamander].

It seems that with no stats or skills this is all it shows. Uh-huh, but guess what?

It's not just with the [Salamander].

[Rock]

[Wall]

- - -

Yeah. That's all it shows when I want to analyse my surroundings. Totally useless, right?

I wasted 250 skill points on this?! Now I want to go back and select magic use!

Mm... Actually. I think my [Recreation] skill would go up faster if I had something to use magic with or to improve the quality of the imitations. I'd really like to get to Archer's level and make fakes that surpass real weapons but I think it'll take me too long to get to that point.

I also wonder if I were to learn some magic that controls space, I would be able to create my own [Unlimited Blade Works]. For all of you who know Fate, you know, a battlefield where there's nothing but swords, the place of my death and my highest point as a heroine.

Sounds great, doesn't it?

Because obviously, it is cool.

Well, I don't have time to be thinking about it at the moment. I must continue exploring the rest of the dungeon...

But first, thanks for the food!

I discovered that my [SP] is filled by consuming food. And as unpleasant as it sounds, I've been eating all the lizards I killed a while ago. Since I got the [Flaming Reinforcement] skill, I'm able to coat parts of my body with fire, at a cost of [2MP/minute].

To practice the functions of this skill, I've been cooking meat and it turns out that it's not as difficult as I expected.

Hm? I'm just saying this because I'm cooking using skills? Ha ha, shut up you jealous ape. I could compete against Yukihira-kun and Emiya-san if I put my mind to it!

Hah...

Who am I kidding?

I only know a few cooking techniques since I was paying attention to the cooking anime these two characters had, in fact, cooking is so intuitive that maybe I could have done this without watching them. It's just grilling meat and that's it.

Thanks to [Fire Immunity] I seem to have no problem eating hot meat this way, it's either that or because I don't have the usual pain receptors. It feels a bit sad not to feel the thrill of eating hot food, but I'm not saying it's not delicious either.

Although...

I'd really like to burn my tongue a bit while I'm eating.

Anyway, the score is fixed.
