I suddenly became the villain and I liked it

Considering my plans

It was the next day when I opened my eyes. My maid has not yet arrived so I seem to have woken up a bit early. Am I looking forward to doing whatever I want with that woman tonight? With this time that I have seem to have given myself, there were new ideas that come to mind. For one reason or another, my maid is completely subservient to me. A notion that surprises me. It felt too easy. Was this always the case? In the game, even if you cleared her route. There was no romance. So, putting the two together. It could mean that my maid did not intend to betray me but did so because of her actions.

“How curious.”

That leaves only one thing. She intended to betray my father. But what about now? My father does not think that I would betray him. A simple order for my maid and he will be dead within the day. A notion I do find so amusing. But let us think about the result of that action. We cannot make a perfect crime. My maid will be found out and I will undoubtably side with my maid. She is mine, after all. I do not like throwing away my things. Hmm, the one who will destroy us would ultimately be the royal family. A notion I find so incredibly dull. Not interesting enough for me to pursue.

“Good morning, Mistress.”

My maid arrives in the room and assists me in getting dressed for the day. So, what if I proceed to kill the protagonists? The male protagonist is the prince so ultimately those actions will just result in the same scenario as I did in killing my father. But if I killed the female protagonist then that is just one less beauty for me to play with. Both notions seem to be incredibly boring. Wait, what if I died?

“Sylvia, what would you do if I order you to kill me?”

She stops as I stare at her through the mirror. Her mouth opens and closes, her indecision appears on her face. After a few moments, her ultimate answer is silence. She hangs her head down. My oh my, this will not do at all.

“Go on, be honest. What would you do?”

“I-I don’t know, mistress.”

How disappointing. I would have been happy with either answer. If I were to die, nothing would change. My father will only lose a pawn and the world will continue as it did with no change whatsoever. Oh well, let us stick to the current course of action.

“Then, if I was not around. What would you do?”

“I will go to find you, mistress.”

“If I ordered you to leave me alone?”

“I will wait for you to call me back, mistress.”

Ah, how disappointing.

“Then, what if I told you to leave me alone and do what you want?”

“I will wait for you.”

Ah, how disappointing.

“Kneel.”

My maid kneeled beside me and I slapped her. My maid remained composed as she had gotten used to this treatment.

“Answer with something else.”

“What do you mean, mistress?”

“What do you want to do?”

“Wait for you.”

Another slap.

“I will ask the question again.”

“Wait for you.”

Another slap.

“Then, kill me right now.”

She stops. I wait for her action but nothing happens. Ah, how infuriating. Another slap and then I grab her chin and force her to look at me.

“Do you remember what I dislike?”

“You dislike playing with dolls, mistress.”

“That is correct and what are you?”

“I am your maid, mistress.”

I slap her again.

“No. What are you?”

She stops and thinks before answering.

“I am your tool, mistress.”

I slap her again,

“No. What are you?”

She thinks again.

“I am your item, mistress.”

I slap her again.

“No. What are you?”

She racks her brain as she tries to find another answer.

“Am I your doll, mistress?”

I smile at her. She shivers.

“That is right. That is what you are right now.”

Her eyes widen in realization.

“Does that mean you dislike me, mistress?”

A sad expression as a tear flows from her eye. Ah, how delightful. I wipe her tear and suck it. Ah, such a delicacy.

“What do you think?”

“Please tell me what I need to do.”

“No.”

I slap her again for fun and grab her chin again.

“This is something that you must think about. How can you be my maid, my tool, my item but not my doll.”

Utter confusion and bewilderment appear on her face. Ah, how exquisite.

“Now then, let us go. We cannot keep father waiting.”

I stand up and walk towards the door. I look back but my maid stays still from where she was.

“Do you intend to stay in my room?”

She suddenly looks up and scrambles towards me.

“No, mistress. Please do not throw me away.”

“That will depend on your performance, Sylvia.”

Using her name for such case elicits such a wonderful reaction. I do look forward to how you change, my maid. The prospects of your change do excite me.

“Athena.”

After the meal, father speaks my name. It is something that he rarely does.

“When you spend time with your mother tonight, know the limits.”

Oh? Does my father suspect something of me?

“What do you mean, father?”

“Due to some changes in the schedule, we will be leaving tomorrow. I need her to not be disposed.”

“I understand father. I shall listen to your words.”

“Good. Take proper care of your mother tonight.”

“Do not worry father. I shall be in my best behavior.”

I do not see nor care about the reaction of that woman. This night will be the first step to the change that I seek. I shall judge if she is worthy of it. We walk back to my room after the meal as I waste the day until it was night.

“Let us go, my maid.”

Ah, how I love being a villain.
