Life for Liam and Robin continued as usual.

Robin would read books, practice Haki, and occasionally ponder the abilities of the Flower-Flower Fruit (Hana Hana no Mi).

Liam, of course, continued his training separately from B.I.B. He focused on physical strength while B.I.B. specialized in Haki.

The best way to train Haki is to break through in battles where both sides are evenly matched. To enhance the realism of the training, Liam would sometimes let B.I.B. leave the body for 1-2 sessions, creating a slight difference in strength from his own.

This way, they could have a real battle, honing their Haki and martial skills; after enjoying the sparring, they would return B.I.B. and absorb the experience…

Liam found joy in this kind of life.

After all, even if he slacked off one day, the training with the Stand would still be carried out meticulously, allowing Liam to feel his strength improving regardless of the situation.

However, he was concerned whether Robin would find this lifestyle boring.

Liam thought that directly asking Robin would feel like emotional blackmail, forcing her to say it wasn't boring…

How could Robin respond? Would she admit she found it dull and wanted to leave for the Grand Line? But Liam clearly didn't want to leave; he intended to continue training and developing.

Thus, he never asked such unnecessary questions.

Instead, he would try to find some fun during their training breaks. The Shiro Shiro no Mi (Castle-Castle Fruit) was a great asset; within the City fortress, as long as it wasn't a particularly intricate item, B.I.B. could directly materialize it.

This meant creating a deck of cards or something similar was a breeze. Liam even had B.I.B. establish a dedicated basketball court so they could play basketball in their spare time…

Time flowed steadily like this.

...

Bang! Bang!

The sound of basketball echoed in the Stand City fortress.

Hancock dribbled towards the hoop, her competitive spirit strong and her desire to score burning fiercely, especially since her points were far behind Giorno's on the scoreboard.

Suddenly, petals bloomed on her dribbling hand, growing another slender hand that gently flicked the basketball away.

Hancock exclaimed, "You actually used that ability?"

On the basketball court, five identical Robins stood together. After using her Flower-Flower Fruit (Hana Hana no Mi) to steal the ball from Hancock, one of them flicked it toward the hoop.

A circle of Robin's hands surrounded the hoop, enlarging it from a small opening into a giant funnel. The basketball rolled in with a gū lū lū, scoring effortlessly.

"That's cheating!" Hancock jumped in frustration.

Robin replied lightly, "You're so strong; without this method, how could I possibly win against you…"

"That's a fair point!" Hancock's temper came and went quickly. Naturally, this was in recognition of someone she found attractive, as she laughed heartily, "After all, I'm just that strong."

...

At Kuja City, the Boa house.

"Nee San, what is this?"

Sandersonia and Mari had prepared a set of 54 wooden cards at the Nee San's request, carving symbols and numbers onto them. There were 52 four-colored number cards, plus two snake cards.

Hancock said, "This is called Snake Battle; I'll teach you…"

"Hah! I'm the snake, and you two are Amazon warriors trying to defeat me?"

"Single six?"

"Watch me explode the snake! How can I lose this time?"

...

"How is that possible? How could you clear all seventeen cards at once?"

In the Stand City fortress, Hancock shouted angrily.

Robin, sipping tea, calmly started shuffling with arms created by her Flower-Flower Fruit (Hana Hana no Mi). Not a single card had been removed…

Liam said, "Luck, just luck."

"I'm done playing!" Hancock threw the cards aside, pointing angrily at Liam, "Let's fight!"

Liam remained calm, waving his hand. The small table and a set of snake cards in front of him turned into a white fluid and merged into the fortress floor. "Why don't you fight Jolyne? I'll be the referee."

"Do you look down on me?" Hancock exploded, especially sensitive since her previous loss to Giorno, "Do you think I can't be your opponent?"

"Yeah, I do look down on you," Liam began to speak sarcastically, "A defeated opponent, Saint Seiya looks down on you and won't fight again."

Watching Hancock dominate Robin in their Haki battle, forcing her to retreat steadily, Liam stroked his chin, secretly pondering how this girl's charm was growing stronger by the day.

If he didn't occasionally tease her, he might just end up falling for her… Furthermore, the next time they battled, with all that pent-up frustration, she should fight even harder, right? That would be just what he wanted!

Robin silently groaned; why was it her who suffered because of Liam's big mouth…

However, practicing against a Haki master like Hancock, even Robin, who was essentially a Haki novice, could gain some experience…

...

That night, outside Kuja City, the dark battle armor sat quietly atop a tree.

Inside the City Fortress living room, Liam lay sprawled on the sofa, a book covering his face as he snoozed, a cup of flower milk tea empty on the coffee table beside him. On the adjacent small sofa, Robin, barefoot and curled up, was flipping through a comic book with a cover featuring a group of strangely posed muscle men…

...

In the Kuja Palace, inside the Snake Princess's chambers.

Hancock rubbed the increasingly round belly of the Snake Princess, marveling at the incredible transformation. How could such a small belly hold so much?

The Snake Princess gently cleared her throat, signaling Hancock to show some decorum.

Hancock turned to see the old woman, Suzuran, entering.

The Snake Princess spoke briefly with this regent, but Hancock didn't care to listen. She suddenly asked, "What name do you plan to give the little Princess, Snake Princess?"

"Hmm…" The Snake Princess pondered.

Suzuran scolded, "That's not something you should concern yourself with! Hancock."

Hancock, feeling anger rising, suppressed her emotions, putting on a pitiful look and biting her lip, "Sorry, I couldn't help it…"

Suzuran replied, "If you have a good name in mind… cough cough!"

The old woman quickly covered her mouth to avoid further embarrassing herself.

The Snake Princess lightly smiled and gently stroked Hancock's black hair, "How about you name her?"

"Really?" Hancock's pitiful expression vanished as she blinked her sparkling eyes, "No takebacks, okay?"

After Hancock left, satisfied,

Suzuran withdrew her flickering gaze and turned to the Snake Princess, speaking solemnly, "Tulip…"

Under the Snake Princess's calm gaze, Suzuran changed her tone, "Snake Princess…"

"Whatever the case, let's discuss it after I give birth to this child," the Snake Princess stated firmly.

Suzuran replied, "But…"

The Snake Princess interrupted, "There's no 'but'."

...

Inside the Stand City fortress, Liam and Hancock had a passionate battle that ended in a draw.

Robin added a note to the score log for both Liam and Hancock's battle.

Hancock was so exhausted that she couldn't move a single finger, lying flat on the ground in an ungraceful manner, panting as she stared blankly at the ceiling. Suddenly, she asked, "Giorno, when I left a year ago, did you do something strange to me?"

Robin was surprised; after thinking for a moment, she recalled that Hancock was probably referring to the time Liam had hypnotized her.

Could it be…

"When we set sail, there were three strange men who sneaked onto the ship…" Hancock lay there, reluctantly recounting the event, puzzled, "Just when I thought it was all over, my body started moving on its own… Did you do something, Giorno?"

Liam stood at ease, allowing B.I.B. to poke and prod him, and chuckled, "I'm surprised you held that in for so long before bringing it up?"

Hancock shot back angrily, "I just didn't want to say anything! What's it to you? If I don't want to talk about it, fine!"

"It was me," Liam replied, "Before you left, I hypnotized you. I planted a suggestion that would allow your body to fight on its own when you couldn't move."

"Oh…" Hancock lay there for a while.

She didn't ask why he did that, nor why he seemed to have predicted that something like that would happen…

This left Robin, who was watching, somewhat disappointed.

"Alright, I'll head back!" Hancock rested for a while until she regained some energy, crawled to the door of the City fortress, waved goodbye, and said, "See you tomorrow!"

However, the next day, she didn't show up.

The camouflage Den Den Mushi had been swaying around the base of the City wall for most of the day until dusk arrived, but the familiar flower-clad little beauty didn't appear as she usually did.

Liam remarked, "Is she feeling down? But if we let her win on purpose, she'd be even angrier, right?"

Robin replied, "Maybe she has other things going on…"

That night, Hancock didn't show up.

On the third day, Hancock still didn't appear.

At the Boa household, the two sisters discarded the snake cards, tears streaming down their faces in disbelief, "Nee San… how could this be?!"

The palace maid in front of them repeated with a heavy expression, "Tomorrow, the Snake Princess will publicly execute Hancock…"
