In the Apocalypse with a Godly system

Leaving the gymnasium Klaus and his group began walking toward the other side of the school where the cafeteria was located.

As they walked through the front of the school they only ran into the monster corpses that Klaus had fought earlier. 

"You really killed all these monsters yourself?" Damian asked looking at the piles of bodies

"You should have seen him he was so fast when dealing with them," Jessica praised

While Damian was praising Klaus for his accomplishment a goblin holding a small dagger walked out from the corner at the end of the school.

"I-It's a Goblin!" Johnson said taking a step back in fear

"Damian you're up," Klaus said spotting the goblin

"Y...yeah...I got this," Damian said trying to gain his composer

"Don't worry I'm here if anything happens, you're my brother," Klaus said placing a hand on his shoulder

Taking a deep breath Damian looked at the goblin and held his sword out. As the goblin screamed and began running at Damina he clenched his blade and readied himself.

Once the goblin got close, it jumped at Damian, but with a calm look, he dodged the goblin's way. Turning around he slashed down on the fallen goblin cutting it in half with a single slash.

Seeing a notification pop up informing him that he killed the goblin Damina sighed a breath of relief.

"See I told you nothing to worry about when it's one of them. Only when in a group should you run or work in a group," Kalus repeated

Seeing how easily Damina killed the goblin the rest of the group highly relaxed and had smiles on their faces. 

Continuing to the cafeteria the group continued to take turns killing single goblins that were wandering around. As they killed move they all relaxed more and began talking to each other. Seeing this Klaus sighed and told Damian and Jessica to keep their guards up.

After ten minutes they arrived at the cafeteria. Walking up to the door one of the teachers opened it and was stopped in his tracks by what he saw. A group of at least twenty goblins walking around collecting students and staff.

Seeing the teacher and the group walk in the goblins had a sinister grin on their faces as they charged at the group.

"Jessica your turn stop them, freeze them," Klaus said

"Right," Jessica said standing before the group

As she focused her mana to freeze the goblins in Ice they kept getting closer. Trying to forget the scenes of slaughter in the school she tried to activate her spell but failed. Once the goblins got a few feet from her Jessica fell to the floor and the group began falling apart as they ran in fear.

Dash before Jessica Klaus grabbed his spear and charged at the goblins. With a single slash, he cut four goblins in half dropping them to the floor. At the same time, Damian appeared next to him and cut down a goblin that tried to sneak attack him. 

While the two cut down the goblins the others could only look in amazement and disappointment in themselves, especially Jessica who still was on the floor in fear.

(I...I froze...I almost got everyone killed...If Klaus and Damian weren't here if...) Jessica thought looking at the two walking back

"The sword it getting easier to swing. I even leveled up from that," Damian said wiping blood from his blade.

"It should and with your current skill you probably could have taken on the whole group of your own," Klaus replied

"I don't know about that..." Damian laughed

Walking up to Jessica Klaus kneeled and her his hand out. 

"You okay...I'm sorry I shouldn't have put you before such a large group," Klaus said clenching his other hand

"I froze...I'm sorry," Jessica said still looking at the floor

"Hey, it's okay it's normal to freeze. You have nothing to apologize for. I already said I would protect you didn't I," Klaus said putting on a smile and grabbing her hands

Putting on a small smile she stood up and Klaus gave the group a few moments to recover their nerves.

"See this is why you can't relax. Anything could happen at any moment always be ready," Klaus said walking into the cafeteria 

Giving him a small nod the group walked into the cafeteria and began filling their bag with food and a few traded out their baseball bats for knives and cleavers.

While he and Damian watched the door Klaus looked out to the tree in the middle of the city.

"So...you really mean to head to that tree?" Damian asked

"Yeah...I have to...I feel like I will get answered on something that has been on my mind," 

"Is it why your body changed because I have been wondering that," 

"...I guess that part of it,"

"Klaus we filled our bags we are ready to go," Jessica said walking out with a book bag of food

"Alright let's get going before something happens," Klaus said to the group

With their bags filled with food and supplies, the group left the cafeteria and made their way to the gymnasium again this time not running into any goblins only corpses.

Reaching the gymnasium they walked inside to find the rest of the students and teachers holding weapons in the distance, and like before Mark was on the floor in a bloody state.

Seeing that it was Klaus and the others they released a sigh of refile and lowered their weapons. 

As the groups began talking and organizing supplies Klaus walked up to Mark and took a basic healing potion out of his inventory.

Lifting up Mark's head he poured the potion down his mouth. Within a seconds his face began glowing a green light and began healing. It only took a few moments for his body to be fully healed.

After a few more seconds Mark opened his eyes and began looking around. When his eyes cleared and he saw Klaus he looked at him with anger and fear which kept him from acting.

"Look I'm not going to kill you but cause problems. Leave anyone for dead again and I will break both your legs and leave you for dead you fucking pig!" Klaus whispered to him before standing up and walking away

"What did you say to him? Damian asked 

"Nothing just gave him a small warning," Klaus replied

Sitting on the floor defeated and filled with fear from the look in Klaus's eyes Mark could only hold in his anger and wait.

As time passed the sun began to set on the first day of this new world. While the others ate dinner and relaxed Klaus sat outside and stared at the moon While leaning on the pillow form of chastiefol
