Isn’t the wannabe Villain too cute?

Marriage Ring!

“It’s surprising.”

It was after dinner when Celeria borrowed Luna for tonight from Austin since she wanted to have a peaceful chat with her granddaughter.

After returning to the dorm Celeria and Luna took a bath and after changing into nightwear Luna had in her wardrobe, the pair sat on the bed with Luna’s head resting on her grandma’s lap.

Hearing her grandma’s words Luna glanced upward with a confused look.

“What is?”

Celeria ran her finger through Luna’s hair as she responded with a smile, “ That you are willing to share Austin with that girl, Saya.”

Luna blinked in astonishment since she wasn’t the one who suggested Saya to be alone with Austin in the first place but still Luna wanted to give Saya some space so she can express her feelings for Austin.

But as Luna could expect from her grandma, she saw through her without Luna even saying anything about it.

“If anyone can love Austin to the point where I can no longer keep them separated from him, then it’s her, grandma. “

Gazing at nothing particular, Luna expressed her genuine thoughts in a soft tone. For Luna, Saya can be the only one who has the right to love Austin and get reciprocated since that girl is the one who has taken care of Austin at times when Luna was not a part of his life.

Luna has witnessed the immense feelings Saya carries for her brother to the point where she could sacrifice herself on the drop of a hat. Saya also preserves a peculiar admiration for her brother which Luna was never able to understand, but she didn’t dislike how Saya sees her brother.

Luna might love Austin more than anyone but if there could be any second person below her, it could be only Saya.

“You are not afraid that she might snatch him away?”

Hearing her grandma’s voice, Luna forced herself out of her daze as she rested her eyes on the old lady before replying in a more certain tone.

“I believe in Austin and to a certain extent, I trust Saya as well. And even so, if she really tries to take him away, I have my ways to pull the string and bring Austin back to where he belongs~”

Celeria was elated to see how brilliantly her granddaughter has grown up to and how Luna had control over things that she holds dear. Nothing less to be expected from her~

“Ah, about your marriage, Luna. I have the ring for you.”

Luna’s straightened her back instantly upon hearing the word ‘marriage’ as she looked at her grandmother with sparkly eyes.

Celeria chuckled at Luna’s enthusiasm before she pulled out something from her spatial storage.

It was a violet small box which Luna carefully took from her grandmother and hastily lifted the upper case.

There rested a centimeter and half thick ring which was golden in color and a blue tear-like small gem embedded at its center. It looked beautiful and nothing extravagant in nature which Austin would probably like.

But knowing her grandma, Luna was expecting some mana-imbued special ring however Luna could perceive there was no signature of mana on the ring at all.

Finding the slight frown on her granddaughter’s brows, Celeria sighed as she patted her shoulder and extinguished the little one’s doubts.

“It’s not some ordinary ring, Luna. Actually, it will….”

Austin was in a dilemma on how he should respond to his sister’s sudden request to be held by him.

In the past he never found any trouble hugging or cuddling with her since he always thought of her as a kid sister on whom he doted and pampered wholeheartedly.

But the current Saya was different. Let’s not talk about her physical appearance but her fragrance and aura were something that brought Austin on the edge.

He never took a notice of how Saya could blush so vehemently like she was suffering from either sickness or it was her embarrassment she was experiencing to be in front of him.

But why she would feel shy in front of him when he was her big brother?

Austin didn’t know and this situation was overwhelming enough for him to get dizzy.

“Come here.”

He inched forward and wrapped his arms around the girl as Saya trembled slightly feeling the foreign sensation enveloping her frame and caging her in such a stronghold.

She was stiff for a brief moment after she presented the selfish desire to be held by her big brother. She was extremely nervous upon the thought that what if her brother gets disgusted by her behavior or worst case scenario starts to dislike her?

But when he calmly gathered her in his embrace then she relaxed herself and let go of all her anxiety in a swift moment.

She had already decided to not hold back tonight which was why she didn’t remain passive and also snuggled as close she can to her brother. His manly scent actively wafted and made her enshrouded with his presence.

He was everything she can see or feel at the moment and it was the same for Austin as well, who strangely felt somewhat comfort and exhilaration at the moment when he had his sister in his arms. He might reprimand himself for such vulgar thoughts but at the moment he wanted to enjoy the moment with her.

That night none of them talked much after their short moment, however, there was a lot of things changed in their relationship and Austin was aware of those changes.

Even if he want to, the instant he thought of Saya as a potential partner would never fade from his memories. And when he would look back in past, he would never feel regretful about this day at all.

A/N:- That brings a sweet closure to their relationship for this first half. Now Austin is at least aware of Saya.
