The situation had escalated far beyond The Jade Emperor's expectations, especially since Lord Laozi of the Great Monad's gold elixirs had also been stolen—it was perfectly timed! No matter who did it, the blame would inevitably fall on Sun Wukong, but who could have stolen the Queen Mother of the West’s Peach Trees?

When The Jade Emperor first heard this news, even he was taken aback—it was incredibly shocking! As soon as the news spread, all the heavenly deities and Buddhas fell silent, and even Lord Laozi of the Great Monad, whose elixirs were stolen, kept quiet.

Everyone understood that, although Lord Laozi's elixirs were very precious, they couldn’t compare to the entire Peach Garden of the Queen Mother of the West—they were invaluable. Though it would have been easy to blame the monkey Sun Wukong, even The Jade Emperor didn’t believe he was behind both thefts. However, the most suspicious figure emerged—Perfected Taiyi, who had been captured by the Queen Mother of the West! This realization darkened The Jade Emperor's countenance because everyone knew Perfected Taiyi was his staunch supporter. The unexpected connection to himself was something The Jade Emperor hadn’t foreseen.

Finally, a few major deities stepped in to manage the situation. Lord Laozi of the Great Monad, after some contemplation, suggested, "Since that monkey disrupted the Empress's birthday celebration, perhaps The Heavenly Court should send soldiers to capture him. We might learn the truth from him."

Buddha Tathagata solemnly nodded in agreement, saying, "That is a wise course."

Perfected Taiyi, under a three-court judgment, quickly added, "Indeed, Empress, please believe me; I would never dare meddle with the Empress’s Peach Garden."

Perfected Taiyi, embarrassed by the public trial amid so many heavenly figures, couldn’t contain his growing anger towards Sun Wukong. He urgently continued, "The Empress should know that Sun Wukong has a twin brother, Shi Yue, whose abilities rival, if not surpass, Sun Wukong’s. Though he is lesser-known, I can attest that this same Shi Yue once clubbed to death the Buddhist Pusa Pilanp! The Rainbow Princess can confirm this."

"Although there is no evidence for this Peach Garden incident, given that Shi Yue once dared to breach the Hall of Miraculous Mist, undertaking such a reckless and heinous act is entirely possible. Moreover, that monkey harbors no respect for the Empress. Considering the Empress's status and influence, who in the three realms would dare steal her Peach Trees? I surely wouldn’t."

No sooner had Perfected Taiyi finished than exclamations arose, and even among the Buddhists, some Bodhisattvas couldn’t help but gasp, "What a ferocious monkey!"

Indeed, the mysterious disappearance of Pusa Pilanp had gone unexplained, until now. To learn that Sun Wukong’s less famous brother could kill such a powerful being was astonishing; Pusa Pilanp had been a renowned Taiyi Golden Immortal for countless years. The presence of several Taiyi Golden Immortals only heightened their shock, with varied expressions across their faces.

The South Sea Guanyin noticeably furrowed her brows briefly but made no comment.

The renowned Zhenyuan Daxian maintained an appearance of meditative detachment, seemingly unfazed throughout the event.

Buddha Tathagata’s eyes moved subtly.

Her position was clear: as the primary suspect, if the trees couldn’t be recovered, Perfected Taiyi alone would bear the consequences. If he couldn’t return them, his master would have to exchange them for a primordial treasure, or Perfected Taiyi would pay with his life.

Everyone present understood that if the Peach Trees were not recovered and the sages were indifferent, the Queen Mother might really execute Perfected Taiyi. Since replacing a supremely valuable innate treasure like the Peach Trees with Perfected Taiyi’s life would still leave the Queen Mother shortchanged, she had no qualms. With the Peach Garden incident temporarily set aside, the Queen Mother's birthday Peach Banquet was confirmed by the True Immortal Elder's testimony as the work of Sun Wukong. A celestial officer from The Heavenly Court stepped forward immediately, petitioning The Jade Emperor to march once more on Flower Fruit Mountain and apprehend the two demon brothers.

Upon hearing this, The Jade Emperor's spirits lifted, and he ordered with vigor, "Then let Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly King Li Jing, alongside the Four Heavenly Kings, summon the Twenty-Eight Mansions, Nine Luminaries Star Officers, Twelve Celestial Stems, Five Directional Revealing Truths, Four Duty Attendants, Eastern and Western Astral Deities, Southern and Northern Deities, Five Sacred Mountains and Four Rivers, and the Celestial Star Deities of the Universe. Lead three hundred thousand celestial soldiers, deploy eighteen heavenly nets to the mortal realm, and encircle Flower Fruit Mountain. Capture those two demon brothers and the myriad demons of Flower Fruit Mountain who have plunged the world into chaos for justice."

As The Jade Emperor called out each name with a commanding shout, corresponding heavenly generals appeared from afar in streaks of light. As soon as the command for three hundred thousand celestial soldiers was issued, the sky filled with a forest of banners and spears. This spectacle made Erlang Shen, Yang Jian's eyes gleam with anticipation.

Once the troops were assembled, The Jade Emperor, with a slight frown, glanced at Lord Laozi of the Great Monad and Buddha Tathagata, saying, "Since both demon brothers are exceptionally skilled, and with Sun Wukong having previously slain the Great Deity of the Three Altars, Ne Zha, and Shi Yue having defeated Pusa Pilanpo, I fear that even now, our strength may be insufficient."

Lord Laozi of the Great Monad nodded slightly and said, "I, Laozi, will accompany and observe."

A slight smile appeared on the South Sea Guanyin's exquisitely beautiful face, comparable to the Queen Mother's, "This humble monk recommends someone who can surely surpass the demon monkey Sun Wukong; none other than Erlang Shen, the Illustrious True Lord."

Yang Jian, right there, instantly felt elated, thinking he could use this chance to duel with Sun Wukong and forge a connection, showing no intent to aid The Heavenly Court.

The Jade Emperor still frowned, "But there is also Shi Yue..."

South Sea Guanyin smiled gently, "It seems Your Majesty already has plans."
