- Sera, will we...see each other again? - A handsome young man with blonde hair asked his girlfriend.
- Of course we will, Daniel. You can rest assured,' Seraphall Sitri said with a genuine smile, dressed in a short blue dress.
But her smile was fake. Daniel hadn't paid much attention to it then...
Daniel didn't dare, but only blushed and averted his gaze, but then Sitri's heiress had to take matters into her own hands and kiss her lover directly on the lips.
No one wanted to lose, so the wild battle of tongues continued until they ran out of air. A thin spit dripped from their lips, and they both pulled away from each other with flushed and excited faces.
- 'See you later,' Daniel bowed gracefully before raising his dark green eyes to the girl.
- Yes, see you later,' Seraphall said, looking at her partner with pink eyes.
They stood like that for several minutes. The wind fluttered the hair of either Seraphall or Danial. They had already started to approach each other again, as if Seraphall had been switched and she walked towards her castle.
Sitri turned towards her lover again and he still continued to stand there. Daniel looked after Seraphall with a warm smile and then Sitri, unable to contain herself, rushed out the door.
She leaned against the door and began to slowly roll down it. Tears began to form in her eyes as she heard the sounds of struggling and fighting.
- What, what are you doing!!! SERA!!! СЕРА-А-А-А-А-А-А-А-А! - Somewhere out there behind the door was Daniel shouting, fighting off the Sitri Servants.
But Seraphall did nothing but cover her eyes with her hands and started crying hard. Daniel continued to call out to her for five minutes, until the sounds of battle faded....
Seraphall only continued to cry into her lap, and all the memories with Daniel were replaying in her head...
How they ate ice cream, went to the demon forest. admired the waterfall and chatted about nothing. Not like a High with a Low, but like normal demons that wanted to spend more time together, not in politics...
How they hunted together for demonic chimeras that appeared in various corners of Hell after Lucifer's death...
But counterbalancing those words were images of her childhood...
The clan comes first.
We Sitri's care for every demon. No matter what class he is....
You are the future of the Sitri clan. You are the face of the clan. You are the heir. You can't go out with some inferior--
It's not allowed.
The Elders will not rest until you end this relationship...
If you cannot do that, then we will do it instead....
After a while, Seraphall broke down into a heartbreaking scream. Her crying and suffering was heard by everyone who even slept that night. No one dared to come and comfort the young beauty....
The confrontation of her own heart and what was 'right' stopped for a while...
One Demon dared to come...
A man, who looked to be fifty years old, slowly approached his daughter.
It was Lord Sitri.
His black and blue hair shimmered in the moonlight, and his slender but neat features with a modest beard made him look formidable, but not now....
- Daughter... - he started affectionately, but was abruptly cut short.
- Shut up... - a quiet but harsh voice came from Serafall, releasing her icy Aura, causing the living room to grow cold.
An entire ice kingdom made up of various forms of ice began to form around her, ready to descend upon her father at any moment.
- Listen to me, daughter-' Lord Sitri began confusedly, but again he didn't finish.
- W-O-O-O-O-N-N!!! - Lord Sitri instantly teleported away, for if he hadn't, the ice spears would have torn him to pieces.
The entire huge hall was covered in ice. Icicles and snowflakes appeared out of nowhere and a real blizzard began to gather.
But it immediately stopped when Seraphall fell down without strength, continuing to cry....
She once again broke down into a heartbreaking scream....
It happened on her eighteenth birthday...
Since then, she has wished to remove the boundaries between the Highs and the Lows, but....
Deep down, she realises that it's probably impossible...
People like her will suffer just because their lover is not of the noble class....
But she will try.
To do something for her goal...
On this day, the castle of Sitri did not sleep...
***
The capital of Hell, the centre of the Underworld, where Lucifer rose from the ashes and promised to avenge his father for his pride (as historians believe), was in flames...
Lucifard fell...
The descendants of the First Lords and their army retreated into the depths of Hell and one would have assumed that the war was won, but no...
The descendants continued the war as they were unwilling to put up with the insolents who had overthrown them from their rightful place. Sazex, along with Seraphall, had already killed one of the descendants of the First Ones, Damaidos Zereikel Asmodeus. Though Gremory had not participated in that battle, but merely watched from afar as his mate trampled the arrogant Demon into the ground.
Nearly a third of Hell's capital was destroyed and even the evacuation of the inhabitants through the back door that the Resistance had organised didn't help. Countless innocent victims remained in the streets under the rubble of their homes.
Serafall didn't know how to support her friend who was looking towards the fallen capital. Yes, the battle is won. Yes, the Resistance is united, just as they wanted. Many of the High Ones have supported and sent out their armies to block the march of the descendants of the First's forces. But...perhaps Sazex's hopes for the Demons were in vain....
She could use some support herself....
Too often in her dreams, she was disturbed.
One demon.
Sitri was wearing a revealing pink dress that showed off all her round bulges. Her neck, shoulders, flat tummy and beautiful legs were exposed and on display to anyone who would look at the young beauty.
Sera finally made up her mind and approached her mate:
- 'It was inevitable, Sasex. You must realise that,' she said to Gremory, who kept his blue eyes on the huge smoke billowing upwards.
- Yes,' Sasex replied faintly, 'But...I didn't think it would be this bad and confusing mentally.
- You must also realise that we are only figures for the High Ones. We are soldiers capable of destroying thousands of demons with a single attack. You just single-handedly destroyed an entire army and you weren't particularly tired. And yet, despite that, you keep going forward, involving us as well...
- I believe that this is the last war, which will completely change the worldview of the Demons - highlighted the word 'last' Sazex - I do not know where we should go, and in what direction to move. We - Demons - go our own way of life almost forever, wandering in intrigue and power, but do not think about others, except for our family. And then not always, as happened to Ajuka, when his family, spitting on everything, awakened in him the Gift of Kin...
- Even though your choir mates were killed, you continue to fight. Whether it's revenge or justice, only you know. And I'm more inclined to believe that you wish to avenge all the descendants of the First for what they have done to Hell over the years,' Serafall continued as if not paying attention to Sazex's words.
Sazex answered nothing.
- Even after the war is over, all the lawlessness among the Highs will persist and be passed down through the generations. It would be easier to kill them all and put others in their place,' Sera shook her head.
- No,' Gremory shook his head, 'We will be crushed or even destroyed by other Factions, taking advantage of our weakness. We'll have to deal with them,' Sazex sighed, 'I should have realised that and made sure the outsiders stayed out of Hell's territory, but ...
- We didn't have much time,' Sitri interrupted him, 'If we had stayed a few more years, Rizevim might have attracted Lucifer's House-Servants, who are hiding somewhere in Hell.
- Perhaps,' Sazex didn't deny it, 'But if they were loyal to Lucifer's family, why didn't they come to him immediately after Rizevim ascended to the throne of the Underworld?
Serafall pondered for a moment, then made her suggestion:
- The Dark Throne,' she whispered faintly, causing goosebumps to run across her skin.
- I think so,' Sazex nodded, 'They will only swear allegiance to whoever takes the Dark Throne. Perhaps those were Lucifer's last words before he went into his final battle.
- Zekram told you?
- Yes.
The wind blew Seraphall's black, braided hair, while Sazex's long red hair swayed only slightly in time with the wind. Two Demons capable of creating a real cataclysm on the battlefield were at a slight loss. Even though it had only been a few months since the Civil War had started, they had changed a lot.
Sasex was no longer the cheerful and somewhat carefree boy who believed in some unbelievable ideals. He still had them, though.
Seraphall spewed all her feelings and emotions at her enemies, instantly destroying them. The Ice Queen of Death - so she was nicknamed in one of the battles with the army of the descendants of the First.
The Scarlet-haired Prince of Destruction - Sazex Gremory, he earned this nickname when he single-handedly destroyed the largest fort near Lucifard with the Power of Destruction. As well as the rest of the eight-thousand-strong army of descendants of the First...
They would have stood there, talking about their own thoughts, if it hadn't been for Serafall...
- As Falbium had hoped, we were able to overrun Beelzebub's army. It's in a vise and only Rod Lamperouge is there,' Serafall said calmly, without her usual kind smile.
- So? - Sazex asked, not understanding what his friend was getting at.
- The Lamperouge clan, like Bael, are conservatives who put Power and Title first. And I think it's just a front. Do you really think Lamperouge is helping us for nothing? This is the perfect time to finish him off once and for all, not to come up with another strategy to take over his House,' Serafall continued with the same tone.
- You may be right. But he is important to the Resistance right now. My grandfather's policy of Containment will hopefully help. But I also have a trump card that will force Lamperouge to submit to us, at the very least,' Sazex smiled with the edge of his lips.
- Zekram? - Sitri arched an eyebrow, 'That might not work. I don't think Lamperouge is stupid and weak enough not to resist. - Serafall said.
- Maybe,' Sazex shrugged and turned straight to his friend, 'If we can't force it with stealth, we can force it with the Force. - Sazex continued to smile.
- Don't overestimate our abilities, Sazex,' Serafall warned, "Our Fi..." began Serafall as she was interrupted by a huge stream of Force from the teleportation circle with the crest of Bezebub that had appeared not far from them.
There was a deafening and ear-slashing roar. A huge chimera flew out of the circle, as if it had been drugged with some kind of substance, causing it to increase in size many times over. A huge five metre long carcass that had a small head and demonic wings. Its eyes were filled with blood, and its entire body was as if it was covered in yellow cracks on the chimera's black carcass.
- SASE-E-E-E-X! - came a loud and terrifying voice emanating from the chimera - I'm going to crush you, BLEEP!!!! AND AFTERWARDS YOU WILL PAY FOR TAKING AWAY MY RIGHTFUL PLACE!!!!!
- Is that... Bidlade? - Sazex asked in amazement as he took a closer look at the chimera, 'Is turning into monsters an ability of the Beelzebub Rod?
- No,' Serafall frowned as she felt the mana surge from the First Beelzebub's descendant, 'He's clearly had help. And I know of only one who could do such a thing...
- Azazel...' Sazex finished for his friend, 'Perhaps, but I don't think he would go against us so openly. Even if it was through his...experiment,' Gremory spat out the last word with a grimace of disgust.
- DIE-EE-EE-EE-EE!!! - Bileid exclaimed, heading straight for Sazex and Seraphall, creating a defence of flies around him.
Sazex flashed an Aura of Destruction Force, then concentrated a multitude of arrows from the Force and fired them straight at Beelzebub. The Force of Destruction struck directly into the fly barrier that was an impenetrable dome around Bidlade.
- Beelzebub's ancestral ability was to command insects. The flies he had summoned seemed to have antimagic powers, so the Power of Destruction had no effect on him. A terrifying and inconvenient ability for those who rely only on their pure Power - like me,' Sazex reasoned to himself as he sent another charge of Destruction Power at Beelzebub, hoping to break through the barriers.
Serafall, creating a few dozen magic circles, sent a whole wave towards Bidlade.
- 'Antimagic doesn't work against cold, so I need to concentrate on controlling my energy and turn that into ice, creating an icy cocoon of cold around Bidlade so Sazex can break through his barrier,' Serafall pondered with a frown on her face, concentrating on the battle.
But suddenly, Bildade pulled out some kind of stone from his spatial pocket and with a mad grin where the chimera's pointed teeth showed, threw it in the direction of Serafall's attack. As soon as the stone made contact with the water, it immediately disappeared and Beelzebub saw the shocked faces of some of the strongest Demons in Hell.
- What is this? - Sazex was puzzled, but he was not allowed to speculate much longer, as Biddlehead appeared in front of him at great speed, and even Serafall was not in time to save her friend by sending ice arrows in his direction.
- DIE, DIRTY PREDATE... - no sooner had Beelzebub touched Sazex than he was thrown far away several dozen kilometres towards Lucifard.
Sazex looked at Serafall, thinking she was the one who had saved him, but judging by the confused look on her face, it wasn't Sitri.
- Then what was it? - Confused Sazex looked around until he felt a suffocating Aura over him.
The guest was definitely a Demon, as he had twelve demonic wings behind his back.
- 'Supreme...what a powerful Aura...' Sazex thought, looking only at his recent saviour as Serafall did.
He was wearing armour similar to the Overlord's armour, but only in purple hues. The translucent armour, composed of the element of air, covered all parts of his body, including his wings.
The Demon's face could not be seen, as the helmet was completely covered, but if you looked closely, you could see that the left eye was burning red. Though the armour was made up of wind, there were blue lightning bolts glinting in some places.
- 'Sazex,' came a muffled voice from beneath the armour, and Gremory recognised what kind of Demon had come to his rescue.
- Lord Lamperouge! - Sazex asked in amazement. Serafall had the same reaction.
- I'll take care of Beelzebub's descendant, and you should regroup your army towards Falbuim and Fenex,' the unknown man didn't answer Sazex's question, 'Falbuim has trapped himself in a trap he wanted to create for his enemies. Fenex's strike force is holding back the enemy so that Falbium can retreat, but they need support.
- Abyss! - Sazex scolded and was about to turn around when- -Thank you!
Sazex flew towards the commanders of his army without listening to anyone. Serafall did not move from her seat, but continued to sizzle the Demon with her pink eyes.
- How do you know this? And how did you get here if you and your army were supposed to be covering Falbium? - Sitri asked coldly, already preparing for battle.
- I asked Falbium if I could take my forces to Cocytus. He said yes. And how I found out about it...everyone has their secrets, girl,' the Demon said in the same tone as Serafall.
Sitri only frowned harder at that and was about to object, but she was cut short.
- Besides, your subordinate will come and report to you now,' Demon said, still in the air, but already turning towards Bidlade.
A Sitri teleportation circle lit up near Serafall and a High Class Demon emerged from there, immediately bowing when he saw his young Mistress.
- 'Mistress, Master Falbium has fallen into a trap. He is requesting support,' said the Sitri Servant, standing on one knee.
- Sazex has already gone to help,' Serafall grimaced slightly, not wanting to admit that Lamperuj was right, "Lord Lamperuj..." began Serafall, but she could no longer see anyone behind her.
- Mistress, we need...
- I did not give you the word, dog of the Elder Sitri,' Serafall spat out coldly, glaring at the Servant, and her gaze immediately silenced the Demon.
After a few dozen seconds of thought, Serafall spoke.
- Have the legions of Agares cover our retreat. Bael will cover the capital,' Serafoll ordered, and then with her head held high she started down the slope.
- Yes, Mistress! I will inform the liaisons at once!

Lelouch was now hovering above Beelzebub Bidlade, who with just one use of Gias was no longer able to continue the fight. But Lamperouge was mistaken in his miscalculations, as the chimera's regeneration was much faster than he had expected.
Biddlehead began to rise and as soon as he spotted Lelouch, he uttered:
- Who the hell are you, plebe...
- Punch!
- KHA-A! - Bidlade had no sooner finished than he was hit in the face again, but with what - unknown. Beelzebub noticed no movement, no teleportation, absolutely nothing!
- I've had enough of you, you fake Beelzebub,' Lelouch said coldly, and then a tornado began to form around him, growing taller and taller.
Bidlade watched in horror at the huge grey tornado that was heading towards the sky and when it reached the clouds, lightning began to appear in the swirl of wind. The lightning bolts coming from the tornado struck the ground, destroying everything around them, blocking the view of anyone who would look in the direction of the pair of Demons.
- Farewell, Bidlade,' Lelouch said and no sooner had Beelzebub summoned his insects than a huge bolt of lightning struck him, leaving no ashes behind.
Lelouch exhaled and the huge tornado began to fade away.
Maintaining wind and lightning armour consumes an incredible amount of mana. That said, when I perform this technique, I summon elemental lightning, so the payoff from the depletion is enormous. Even now, I can barely stand on my feet even though I've already absorbed two magic ore stones. But I've learnt that it's not a good idea to absorb more than five, because our own source will just explode inside of us, as shown by the experience on the Nether in Cedrio's lab....
Could I have killed him with Gias? Sure, but it took the external factors of my victory over one of the descendants of the First...
Lamperouge looked in the opposite direction from Lucifard. And there, somewhere in the distance among the underground tunnels, a single Demon was running...
Zaoroma Nebiros - the head of House Nebiros, one of the House-Servants of Lucifer...
Lelouch, with the help of his Gias, saw him coming out of the tunnel and was about to teleport, but...
- Teleport!
Lelouch found himself right in front of Zaoroma and Aura made him bow down in front of him. Nebiros slammed his entire body into the ground and was unable to get up or counter in any way, as Lelouch's Aura was so dense that it travelled straight through his body.
He could have been useful, considering the experiment he had pulled off with the son of the First Beelzebub, but...
Zaoroma was in tattered nobleman's robes, his black hair turning brown from dirt. There were numerous stains on his face from chemical solutions, and his clothes were stitched up with rags of various colours.
- They said hello to you, Zaorom,' Lelouch said and Nebiros raised his head, followed by goosebumps running through his body, 'Obey!
Zaorom's black eyes turned red for a moment and after a few seconds Nebiros was about to turn to his new Lord when his head suddenly went blank.
Blood splattered Lelouch's armour, and cold lilac eyes stared blankly at the Demon's corpse.
- 'Greetings from Kimimaro Kaguya,' Lelouch finished his sentence, then turned towards the dungeon.
I found out everything I needed to know, Zaoroma...''
He then took out a leaflet with the House of Lamperouge's crest on it. On the white paper was drawn a bright lilac crest of the Holy British Empire from the past world. Lelouch poured mana into it and, without removing his armour, began to wait for a response. Not five seconds later, a Demon who had only recently turned twenty-nine years old appeared before him.
He was dressed in modest but elegant nobleman's robes. A purple shirt over which he wore a white camisole with gold piping on the long collar and sleeves.
His hair was long and white as snow, tied in a bun at the back of his head, and his grey eyes were beneath the panes of ordinary round glasses. But the image of a perfectly dressed Supreme was shattered by black and dirty sports trousers and the same colour trainers...
Again he was working in the laboratory and only at the last moment he started to change his clothes...
And on the beautiful young face there was not a single wrinkle - incredibly perfect skin.
- Cedrio Dantalion,' Lelouch nodded to the Demon.
- My Lord,' he immediately knelt before his Lord, 'It's good to see you safe and...almost unharmed. - Cedrio chuckled as he saw the blood on Lamperouge's armour.
- It's good that you're in a good mood,' Lamperouge grinned, 'Then I'll make you even happier. - Pointing his hand towards the dark tunnel, Lelouch said.
- Is that...is that...is that the one? - Cedrio's grey eyes lit up with happy stars.
- 'Yes, you have a few hours before Bael or Rizevim come to town,' Lelouch began to summarise, 'Take the papers and samples. Anything else he's cooked up in there, leave it.
- Yes, My Lord,' Cedrio said almost crying, 'Thank you. Thank you!
- You're welcome, Cedrio,' Lelouch smiled, 'Come on, you don't have much time!
- Yes!' said Cedrio and immediately went into the tunnel, passing through numerous barriers.
Well done. Nebiros is killed, the memories are read, and when Cedrio has transferred everything to his lab, then it will be possible to hopefully finish the Frieden project...
Will it be necessary to use those atomic weapons in Hell...?
