Max Peter Sonia and squigly were in a car the driver is a member of e.x.o corp to drop the team in the location of the mission currently max was using his phone to see what was the mission that they were assigned.

Max: it says here that people have been going missing in a mansion at night about 9 people went missing.

Squigly: I thought you said that people with no knowledge of spiritual energy can't get through a territory.

Max: I did that doesn't mean there save if a lost soul in the territory is feeling like hunting they drag their victims into it and eat them alive.

Peter: anything else?

Max: it says that the mansion used to belong to a family of in the 19s but during the 2004 there was a robbery and the family was killed and they had there valuables stolen now people see it as a house and this has been happening for a week.

Sonia: you think that the family mark the that place as there territory?

Max: it's possible I mean spirits aren't bound to were they died so it could them causing the disappearances or it could be someone else.

Squigly: so what's the plan?

Max: when we get there we stick together no splitting up.

Peter: I like that idea splitting up never ends well.

Leviathan: but when we enter they will know that we are in.

Max: that's why we aren't splitting up they could take advantage of that and kill us of one by one.

Sonia: so we stick together got it.

The car stopped at a running down mansion and the group can see that this whole place screams horror but the focused on the field of spiritual energy surrounding the place.

Sonia: yup this place has a field around it and it's strong too.

Squigly: so aside from taking out the lost souls what else are we going to do?

Max: if we find survivors we take them out but if they are dead they leave them behind.

Squigly: isn't that-

Max: I know it sounds heartless but if we just bring a dead body with us it would slow us down and I'm not risking anyone on of us to get dragged into the menu.

Leviathan: unfortunately he is right if they are already dead there is now point in bringing the body.

Peter: well should we just walk right through?

Max: we can't exactly sneak in so yeah just walk right in it is.

They walked towards the building and to the outside they just disappeared into thin air

but to them the sky turned to night and the mansion looked more like a horror house.

Peter: oh fuck me.

Sonia: we are literally going through a whole horror movie phase!?

Max: come on this is nothing.

Sonia and Peter looked at each other with face that said they didn't want to go in but they didn't have a choice.

Max open one of the doors and opened a small gap to see inside and so far nothing was in the maintenance.

Max: it's clear for now at least.

They entered the building and it was creepy as all hell max was on guard in case anything tries to get the jump on them Peter and Sonia were terrified but they swallowed there fear and keeped their head in the game.

As for squigly she wasn't any better she wasn't a fan of horror but being in a situation like this was uncomfortable but she like three exorcist keeped her in the game.

Max: remember we stick together no one wonders off.

Peter: oh trust me now I definitely don't want to be alone in this place.

Squigly: so we're should we go?

Sonia: there are stairs that lead upstairs and two hallways to the left and right.

Max: let's go upstairs then we will check the hallways

They went up stairs and they were walking in a hallway with scratch up paintings and doors when they reached the end there were double doors.

Peter: you think this is were the ruler is?

Max: maybe.

Sonia: Peter open the door.

Peter: oh hell no! you do it.

Sonia: okay let's put it to a vote.

Max/sonia: Peter.

Peter: traitor!!

Max: what? you think I want to open that door! Now way.

Peter: just a few minutes you we're acting like our leader.

Max: who the hell said that I was the leader!?I'm more of a planner.

Squigly saw how the three were arguing about who is going open the door she decided to just open it herself

And when she did she saw a familiar site.

Squigly: guys

They didn't hear her.

Squigly: guys!

Squigly had enough and she raised her voice.

Squigly: GUYS!!

M.P.S: WHAT!!?

They trio stopped arguing and looked at the door and they saw that it was back to were they entered.

Max: what the hell?

Peter: great it's one of those kinds of houses.

Sonia: so how do we solve this problem?

Max had an idea.

Max: squigly close the door and open it again.

Squigly close the door and opened it and it the door lead to the garden.

Max: I get it so these doors leads to different places when we opened them.

Peter: so how exactly do we get out of this?

Max: let's try and go back to the beginning.

But when they turned a banging sound was heard through the hallway and it got more louder.

They the group got out there weapons and max summoned moline in case things get ugly.

But it stopped all the sudden this just made them too raise up their guard.

All the sudden black sludge came out from the doors gathering in the ground and max didn't take any chances he jumped into the sealing and made whips and spider legs to stick himself in the sealing and get his partners off that sludge while moline just floated up and turned small to wrap around Max's neck

Max: you guys okay?

Peter: yeah thanks for the save.

Sonia: what is that stuff?

Max: don't know and do not want to know.

Max used his makeshift spider legs and made it to the entrance and the whole place had the sludge surrounding it and the furniture was sinking.

Moline: I'm not gonna this is new.

Squigly: what do we do?

Max looked at the sealing and had an idea.

Max: we go on top.

He enhanced his spider legs with spiritual energy and jumped into the sealing and moline gave them a ride so that max doesn't waste his energy.

When they busted through the roof they saw how the outside was surrounded by black sludge and it was being stuck in the middle of the sea.

Peter: okay we are on the roof so what do we do now?

Before anyone can say anything the seemed to be gathering in one place and out of it came a giant black sludge monster with 3 heads one looked like a middle aged man another was a middle aged woman and the middle was a young boy.

Lost family: you are not leaving this place alive.

Squigly: what is that!?

Max: that's the family that owned this mansion looks like there souls fused into one being and if I had to take a guess.

Max looked at the sludge and he saw take the form of a human but all life drained from there bodies.

Max: looks like they have the ability to feed on vitality form both human and spirits.

Sonia: alright freak show your going down.

Squigly: can we take that thing on?

Peter: when it comes to folks from the 19s

A red glow appeared on Peter's hands and red daggers appeared in his hands

Peter: they don't have much in fighting experience.

Lost family: when I'm done with you your vitality will be mine!

The giant lost soul was about to swing it arm and the team scattered and Peter jumped on its hand and started to run onto it's arm he made to 4 clones 2 of the got on their backs with their legs in the air and Peter and the other clones stepped on there feet giving them a boost.

The lost soul made tendrils in its face to throw off Peter but thanks to his agility him and the clones managed to get to the middle aged man's head and stabbed him in the eye and the clone stabbed the other eye.

And when it tried to get Peter of him he climbed his way all the way to the head and he started to slashing the lost soul to distract it form the others

Sonia: max give me a boost too.

Max: Roger.

Max made a platform with tendrils with his black arm's Sonia got on it and max threw her at the lost soul was too busy getting Peter of it like a mosquito and Sonia took at vantage of this

She put a lot of spiritual energy in her Wodden kanabo and she swung in the middle age woman's face and it blew of half of her face.

Sonia landed on its shoulder and she was holding on for dear life.

Sonia: max moline hit this thing with your best attack now that it's distracted!!

Max: got it squigly give me a hand.

Squigly: huh?

Max: Monica told me before we left that you have leviathan's fire right so let's put that to use.

Squigly: but I don't know if I can do this.

Max: just trust me beside three attacks is better than one.

Max walked over to moline.

Max: shall we?

Moline: gladly.

Max: squigly just put as much power as you can that's all I'm asking.

Squigly saw the lost soul before her trying to get Peter and Sonia off of it but like mosquitoes they are not stopping and when she looked at that monster all she saw was the skull heart.

Squigly: leviathan.

Leviathan: yes?

Squigly: lend me your power.

Leviathan: with pleasure.

Max moline and squigly were charging up there own attacks and this got the attention of the lost soul who tried to stop it but 2 Peter dove into its hand at fast speeds cutting up its arm.

And Sonia bashed the head of the child off falling into the sea of black sludge.

Max hold his sword over his head and when he felt his output reach its limit he swung it down at the same time a blast of spiritual energy and pink fire was released form squigly and moline hitting the lost soul directly and Sonia and Peter took this as a sign to get out of the way.

The lost soul tried absorbing the energy blast but all it did was digging its grave because since it absorbed max's energy slash it was draining all the vitality from it's body and thanks to that all the build up energy exploded killing the corrupted family.

And when the lost soul died the black sky started to disappear along with black sludge and all that it was left was 4 teens in a roof with a crater.

Peter: woooh!! hell yeah it's like you never left man!

Sonia: yeah you sure did get rusty.

Max: of course not besides I-

Max: turned and he saw squigly was on her knees breathing heavily he rushed to see if she is okay.

Max: hey you okay?

Squigly: I'm fine….I just feel exhausted.

Sonia: yeah that's the backlash from out putting on your spiritual energy.

max: yeah but you did great for your first mission.

Squigly: thanks.

Squigly's vision turned blurry and she passed out from exhaustion but she felt like this was more of a victory than anything else.
