"Then you have to pass our test first?" one of the men retorted.

Akira chuckled and sneered. "What? Just a few of you think you can block my way?"

Not to mention the eight people in front of him, even if they were all combined, they wouldn't stop Akira from reaching his goal.

The man who spoke before didn't back down. "Then try and see if you can get through."

Despite his strong words, it was clear that the man was only trying to keep up appearances. In terms of momentum, he wasn't inferior to Akira, but when it came to strength, he didn't stand a chance.

Akira shook his head and was about to make a move when the ground suddenly began to shake. A loud voice echoed through the area.

"You bastards are hiding pretty well!"

Without missing a beat, Bakugo Katsuki landed right in front of Akira. Without saying a word, he quickly jumped back into the air and took off.

The candidates who had been chasing Bakugo earlier came running toward Akira, panic clear in their voices.

"I won't take the exam anymore! I won't study at U.A. anymore!"

"I don't want to be a Hero anymore!"

"Someone help me, I don't want to die!"

"All Might, come save me!!!"

The cries echoed through the air, and moments later, dozens of men came running toward Akira.

It was obvious they were being chased by the 0-point imaginary enemy.

The group who had tried to block Akira's path earlier saw the situation unfolding and immediately fled. In an instant, they all disappeared, leaving Akira standing alone.

"Ding ding!"

The green-skinned machine locked onto Akira and announced, "Target locked, launching."

A beam of light shot towards him.

Akira reacted quickly, leaping into the air just as the light hit the ground, creating a massive explosion that left a gaping hole in the ground.

"Are you sure this is for exams and not for killing people?" Akira cursed, his mind racing as he realized just how dangerous the test had become.

The light wave hadn't seemed powerful at first, but its destructive power far exceeded his expectations.

"Ding! System failure! System failure!" The green-skinned machine began to malfunction, but it didn't stop firing light beams. The blasts continued, shattering the surrounding environment with each hit.

Akira landed back on solid ground, eyes narrowing in concentration. He quickly clapped his hands on the ground.

"Desert Cage!"

A massive ball of sand shot up from the earth and hit the green-skinned machine. In an instant, four large sand pillars formed around the machine, trapping it temporarily.

But Akira knew this wouldn't last long.

Focusing his energy, he coated his hands with Armament Haki and jumped into the air, his fist aimed directly at the red scanner on the machine's body.

"Boom!"

The scanner shattered under his powerful punch. Yet, the machine didn't stop. It only grew more aggressive, continuing to fire light waves in a desperate attempt to escape.

"System failure! System failure!" it repeated, but the green-skinned machine was clearly in a berserk state now.

Akira didn't waste any time. "We don't have much time. If we keep fighting, we'll have to retake the exam. Let's try that trick."

He slammed his hand into the ground once more.

"Desert Quicksand!"

The ground began to rumble as the earth transformed beneath their feet, turning into shifting sands. The buildings began to sink slowly, and the green-skinned machine found itself descending into the soft desert-like surface.

Just as Akira expected, the machine tried to bounce itself back up using multiple blowholes at the bottom, but it wasn't enough.

"Whoo!" A loud whistling noise echoed as the green-skinned machine tried to launch itself out of the sand, but Akira wasn't about to let it escape.

Just then, Bakugo Katsuki reappeared, crashing down from the sky with explosive force.

"Go to hell! Bastard!" Bakugo yelled, his hands crackling with energy as he aimed at the machine.

The blast hit the machine, sending it flying backward into the desert. The sand started swallowing it whole.

But the machine wasn't finished yet. It changed shape again, trying to propel itself back into the air, its blowholes ready to launch another attack.

Akira's eyes widened, but he reacted quickly. "Speed up the flow!"

With a flick of his wrist, a vortex formed in the center of the desert, and the green-skinned machine was sucked into it.

Seconds later, it vanished from sight, leaving behind only the swirling sands of the desert.

Back at the exercise venue, the principal sat uneasily in his chair, staring at the screen. The signal was lost, and he had no idea what was happening.

"Ding ding ding!"

The sound of a phone ringing broke his concentration. The principal answered it quickly.

A serious voice spoke on the other end. "He really didn't let us down. He did it."

The principal sighed in relief. "It's good to hear. How are the others?"

"No casualties, but one is seriously injured."

The principal nodded. "That's good. If this incident spreads, he will face serious consequences."

"Yes, but this candidate, Akira, is truly something else. His Quirk is powerful," the voice on the other end continued.

"Really? It seems that soon, we'll have another powerful professional Hero," the principal said, a slight smile tugging at his lips.

A thought flickered through his mind. **All Might, is this the heir you've been talking about?**
