Multiversal Manifestation System

Chapter 45: Chapter 45 - Plans

After seeing that Feifei was following the card's directions, Wang Zi smiled.

He decided to leave Feifei to Hua'er, confident that she could handle the situation.

Hua'er knew his thoughts well enough and had full access to his memories. If Feifei was more interested in utility than combat, Hua'er could pitch her ideas like transformation jutsus, shadow clones, or other abilities that aligned with her bubbly personality. Wang Zi trusted her judgment completely.

Maybe even some abilities that were to come in the future, if nothing in the Naruto world interested her.

What preoccupied Wang Zi now was Demon Slayer. The world would synchronize in time with the real world the moment he entered, so he was weighing his options carefully on where and when to begin.

Since it was this way, he had to make sure he had free time to do whatever he wished to in that world, or he would have to travel to somewhere in the past and then speed up time with SP to get the plot to where he wanted.

He had other concerns aswell. It was time to get in touch with Lulu and figure out what his next steps were for transitioning to the Violet Tower.

He opened the virtual communication hub on his holo-watch and sent a call request to Lulu. It didn't take long for her to pick up. Her image appeared in front of him, lounging in a luxurious room filled with bookshelves... And interestingly enough, lots of girly stuff.

"Ah, Wang Zi." Lulu greeted with her signature charming smile.

"To what do I owe the pleasure? Missing me already?" she teased.

"Just trying to figure out the timeline here. When do classes begin at Violet Tower, and how do we get there?" Wang Zi dismissed her words.

Lulu's demeanor shifted to a more businesslike tone, though her smile remained.

"Right, let's cover the basics. Due to the Dome incident, this planet is being decommissioned. It's a newer colony world, so it lacks any teleportation hubs. The students from here will need to take a transport ship to the nearest colony with a hub to warp to their respective academies."

"How long is the trip?" Wang Zi asked, already calculating the logistics in his head.

"Three months," Lulu replied, her tone crisp.

"It's a standard transport ship, so don't expect much. No training facilities, no luxurious accommodations. It's a means to an end."

"Three months is a long time." Wang Zi frowned slightly.

"It is," Lulu agreed. "Some students spend the time acquainting themselves with the basic training methods their academies provide beforehand, but most choose cryosleep."

"Cryosleep?" Wang Zi raised an eyebrow.

"It's not a bad idea," Lulu said with a shrug. "For someone your age, three months of inactivity could be significant, especially if you're the type to train continuously. Cryosleep halts your body's processes completely, so there's no loss of potential during the journey. It's practical, especially since the ship's environment isn't suited for rigorous training."

Wang Zi considered this, leaning back in his chair.

"And those who don't choose cryosleep?"

"They're usually the social butterflies or those who can't sit still," Lulu explained.

"But even the restless types usually get bored after a while. The ship isn't built for long-term habitation, it's strictly for transport. You'd be better off spending that time resting your body and mind."

"And the Violet Tower itself? What should I expect?" Wang Zi stroked his chin thoughtfully.

Lulu's smile widened, and her purple eyes sparkled mischievously.

"Oh, you'll love it... Or hate it. The Violet Tower is a place for both study and competition. The stronger or more talented you are, the more freedom you'll have to pursue your own goals. But don't get comfortable. Weaklings are used as stepping stones, and the hierarchy is everything."

"Sounds fun. But I take it you're saving the details for when we get there?" Wang Zi chuckled.

"Of course," Lulu said, leaning forward with an air of mystery.

"I wouldn't want to spoil all the surprises. Just know that the Tower rewards strength and power above all. I'm sure you'll fit right in." She chuckled.

"Good to know," Wang Zi replied. "When do we leave?"

"The transports are scheduled to depart in a week," Lulu said. "Use that time wisely. And think about the cryosleep option, it's the most efficient way to handle the trip."

"I'll consider it," Wang Zi said.

"Thanks, Lulu."

"Anytime, dear student." Lulu said with a playful wink before ending the call.

As the connection closed, Wang Zi leaned back in his chair, deep in thought. Three months of nothingness, or three months of preparation?

Cryosleep was the last thing on his mind.

The very idea of being inactive for three months felt like a waste of precious time, especially with everything he had planned.

Sitting at his desk, he began drafting his goals, his thoughts running faster than he could put them into order. The Demon Slayer world, Naruto, his body, there was so much to do, and he was determined to make the most of it.

The Demon Slayer world presented a unique opportunity. Three months might not be enough to accomplish everything he wanted, especially since he wasn't planning to speed up time while inside. Time synchronization was crucial.

He wanted to mingle with his favorite characters, witness firsthand the reality behind the anime, and immerse himself in the world he admired so deeply.

This wasn't just about power, it was about experiencing the nuances, the little details that a screen or a page could never fully capture.

The thought of seeing the Hashira in person made him smile.

Even more exciting was the idea of studying their breathing techniques up close. All breathing methods stemmed from Sun Breathing, but Wang Zi had realized something important: Sun Breathing as it currently existed wasn't ideal for him.

"Its a good breathing method... But unfortunately too specialized for me." He sighed.

It drew in too much fire mana, which had been fine so far, but with Naruto on the horizon and his Rinnegan giving him affinity with all elements, relying solely on fire mana would cripple his potential.

He needed balance, and the only way to achieve that was to adapt or even improve Sun Breathing into a method uniquely suited to him. A hybrid breathing style that harmonized with his diverse affinities would set him apart.

"I need to see their techniques in action," he muttered to himself, leaning back in his chair.

"The system store is too vast, I probably missed tons of techniques that could help me. I'll have to be more thorough this time."

While drafting his plans, Wang Zi glanced at the mirror across the room.

His massive frame stared back at him. At 2.2 meters tall, he already towered over most of his peers. His broad shoulders were starting to take shape beneath the layers of fat he had deliberately accumulated.

He turned sideways, flexing slightly. The fat was serving its purpose, giving his body the raw material to convert into muscle.

"It's time to cut," he thought, smiling.

His idol from his past life, Broly, had inspired him to push his physical limits, and now was the time to make good on that ambition. His martial arts experience from his past life, Karate, Muay Thai, Boxing, and MMA, meant he didn't need anyone to teach him.

He knew what worked, and now, with the futuristic supplements and technology of this world, his progress would be faster than ever.

"I'll bring a few weights and machines through my inventory skill," he decided, mentally listing what he would need.

"Two months should be enough to turn all this fat into muscle. Once I'm shredded, just my presence alone will make people think twice, just like Broly's did." He grinned.

Satisfied with his physical goals, Wang Zi turned his attention to his creative endeavors.

Demon Slayer was already a massive hit, but now he had Naruto on the horizon. The thought made his heart race. Naruto had always been one of his favorite worlds, and he knew its impact would be even greater than Demon Slayer's.

But he needed to get ahead.

"Three months is a long time," he thought.

"If I can get Naruto into Shippuden before I start releasing episodes, I'll dominate the SP game once the Virtual Brain is connected to the federation's main framework."

That last thought made him grin.

Since this planet was still a developing colony, its Virtual Brain wasn't connected to the federation's intergalactic network.

This meant that when it finally was, the floodgates would open. His works, which had only been available to this planet, would suddenly be accessible to the entire human federation.

The sheer number of people who would see and react to his works would skyrocket his SP earnings... If he could get them to watch his works.

"I'll need to draft Naruto carefully," he muttered.

"The story, the fights, the characters... everything has to be perfect. I'll also have to cut off most of the fillers. If I play this right, I can lay the foundation for a franchise even bigger than Demon Slayer."

"Its the first of the big 3 I'll bring to the future, I can't fuck it up." Wang Zi was confident, but still concerned.

He had big plans for his Rinnegan and future abilities. His thoughts drifted back to the Violet Tower and the connections he could exploit there.

Lulu's mention of competition made him smile, he wasn't one to sit quiet. Fighting was in his blood, his soul. It was one of the few things that made him feel alive.

"Connections, power, and influence," Wang Zi thought to himself. "The Violet Tower will be my stepping stone, and Naruto will be my masterpiece."

With a determined look, he finalized his plans for the next three months. Between building his body, perfecting Sun Breathing, and advancing Naruto, he had his work cut out for him. But Wang Zi wasn't one to shy away from hard work. He thrived on it.

"I remember some people called this the grind huh." he said aloud, standing up and stretching.

"System, show me my status."

Wang Zi leaned back in his chair as the system displayed his updated status. His gaze landed on the number of System Points first - 48 million.

His eyebrows shot up in mild surprise. The cost of fully unlocking the Rinnegan had been steep, nearly draining his reserves, but as he reflected, a small smirk tugged at the corner of his lips.

"Totally worth it," he muttered to himself, the faint purple glow of his Rinnegan flickering in his reflection.

With the system churning SP from reactions to his works, the number would stop being a problem soon enough. Especially with Naruto in the pipeline and his expanding influence.

Next, his eyes drifted to his stats.

His Intelligence and Wisdom were monstrous now, the effects of the Rinnegan's upgrades and the countless souls he had absorbed.

The huge soul orb he'd "eaten" in the pyramid seemed to have propelled his mana-based stats into an entirely different league. His INT was now 520, and WIS had climbed to 412, numbers he would've struggled to imagine a few weeks ago.

"I wonder if the Violet Tower has a way to measure damage in units or something like that. I really wonder the damage I could cause with a fully powered Shinra Tensei, compared to let's say a mage at my age. I should look into that..." Wang ZI couldn't help but have a shit-eating grin on his face.

Anyways, what really caught his attention was the comparison with his physical stats: Strength, Agility, and Stamina.

Although they had improved, they still felt dwarfed in comparison to his mana-focused capabilities. Wang Zi frowned slightly as he thought about it.

He always envisioned himself as a frontline fighter, dominating with sheer physical prowess like his idol Broly, but with the Rinnegan's perks, it was clear he had become something entirely different, a hybrid.

"This works, though," he said, his smirk returning. "If I can hit hard enough and keep the Rinnegan as my trump card, it'll be enough. No need to show all my cards right away."

"Playing a pig to eat a tiger, or something like that wasn't it? Hehe."

The thought of his future classmates at the Violet Tower made him chuckle. If his stats were even close to theirs now, he'd be able to make a solid impression as the newbie with a rare class.

More importantly, nobody would expect him to be hiding a an ability capable of bending the laws of the universe. That was his ace.

He tapped his fingers on the table, lost in thought.

"Still... I need to close the gap. If I want to dominate physically, I can't just rely on my past life's training. This fat's got to go, and fast. I also need to see if I can unlock the demon slayer mark and total concentration breathing, since I somehow didn't find them in the system store."

"Keeping those two permanently active shouldn'y be a problem, and soon I'll have to see if I can get the Eight Inner Gates, and if possible keep them permanently active aswell..."

"So much to do... Sigh."
