My Reverse Life

Syena is back in her room, playing with her phone. Even though she sees hope in Yukari changing her attitude, she did not rejoice. Sometime it could be a false hope. That's how cruel her reality is. Pondering upon her past... her happiness is a brief yet precious moment for her. But ever since she got that dream, her life has been turning upside down. She vividly remembers the woman who claims to be a deity appearing in her dream.

"Syena Fiolera... I chose you like the child who bears the fate. It is you, it sure will be in good use. Your fate is as bright as the divine throne itself."

That was the last word she has heard from the deity. When she wakes up from her dream. Everything change.

"Bright like divine throne itself!!... Don't be joking with me... LIAR!!... TAKE YOUR POWER!! I DON"T NEED IT!!." Remembering that day make her emotionally unstable and start to rant.

Then a loud sound from the door suddenly appears. The door break upon impact.

"Shut up, can you!!... You useless filthy blood!!." Her cousin Yuya said that after kicking her door hard.

Syena who is in aguish suddenly snaps. She didn't say anything, but blood is running to her head. The humiliation she have been endure... She can't endure it anymore. She resigns from her life. Her weak self then rushes to Yuya and tries to attack him. Yuya surprises at Syena's sudden move, but that's about it. He dodges the clumsy attack effortlessly. Then he grab Syena's neck and slam her to the ground as hard as he could. 

"A filthy blood like you can't even use magic don't deserve to be Fiolera." Said Yuya then spit at Syena's face.

Magic?... Syena though. Is their magic in this world... makes sense since there is an esper, magic must exist too. Syena then stretches out her right hand seemingly trying to scratch Yuya's face.

"You still dare to do this clumsy attack, b*tch... You have a death wish or something." Said Yuya mockingly.

"WHY DON'T YOU JUST DIE!!." Said Syena full of resentment.

A bright light suddenly appears in Syena's hand blinding Yuya. Syena uses the chance to push Yuya away. She then tries to search for something to use as a weapon.

Yuya is really pissed off... He took a stick from her pocket that look like a wand.

"That's it... I'll kill you..." He pointed his wand toward Syena.

Just when he is about to chant an incantation. He feels someone grab his shoulder.

"Yuya Fiolera, there's an emergency. The city will be in lockdown. We need all personnel right now. Sorry for teleporting you without consent. Be prepared..." Said a man who suddenly appear behind him.

"Wait... I have..." His voice was then gone.

Yuya and the man are also gone. Syena's body is still tense... She didn't let her guard down. A minute passes, and there is still no sign of Yuya everywhere she looks. Realizing she is safe, she falls to her knee and then cries.

"What am I doing..." She said while sobbing.
