Ariana is running as fast as she could. She has to meet Syena as soon as possible.
"Syena..."
Ariana said under her breath as she jump from the ground. Her feet conjure fire to boost her jump, making her jump exceptionally high. As she was about to fall back to the ground, she slows her fall the same way she boosts her jump. She repeat the process several times making her movement fast.
"Syena... ah Syena..."
All she could think of is Syena.
There are several monsters attacking her while she was in the air. Ariana kills the monster effortlessly.
"DON'T GET IN THE WAY!!." Said Ariana in rage.
Although she kills the monster effortlessly. The monster attack still lands on her. Even so, she ignores the pain. The pain she receives is not important to her. What important right now is Syena.
No matter how many monsters attack her. She just ignores the pain and kills them.
When she arrived at the Fiolera house. She could see the house guarded well by Fiolera's subordinate. The Fiolera house, or the more correct way to say it mansion already becomes one of the safe havens for ordinary people. Ariana could see many people pushing each other here and there. They are competing for a place for safety. Ariana could see a child being separated from her parent. The old lady is trampled by the crowd. And a middle-aged man just casually pushes a pregnant woman to the ground. This is the reality people face in danger. There is almost no trace of morality and every one of them is selfish. But if they are not selfish, they would die. Is it wrong for wanting to live?. That's their logic. Selfless one always dies first, why would they want to be selfless?.
Ariana wants to assume Syena is already in a safe place. But considering how she heard Syena have been treated by the Fiolera. That's probably not the case. She was not able to find Syena until the last room in the corner. The door is broken and there a girl sobbing could be heard from the inside. Ariana recognizes that sobbing voice.

The girl is laying on her bed. Hugging her pillow while crying. She heard the voice and look at the source.
"Syena why are you still here?." Said Ariana.
"Ana?... Why are you here?..." Said Syena.
She quickly wakes up and sits on her bed. She wipe her tear and pretend she was never crying.
"Did you not hear the loud alarm and announcement about the total lockdown?." Ask Ariana while frowning.
Syena hearing that is confused, what alarm?. Syena is lucky that there is yet a dimensional crack open near her. But her luck was bound to run out. A dimensional crack appears just behind her. On that dimensional crack, a black hand that looks like a shadow then grabs Syena in the neck and tries to drag her into the crack. Ariana quickly moves to save Syena. She swiftly cut the shadow's hand in half and pull Syena close to her. She gently embraces Syena and says.
"Don't be afraid, I will bring you to a save place."
