My Younger Sister Was My First Love

chapter 99

99. 100 Points of Love

The steam was rising slowly!

In the wooden hot tub, reminiscent of a Japanese onsen, the water was slowly filling up.

“It’ll take a while to fill up the water, right?”

The swimsuit I wore at the beach was still damp and packed in a vinyl bag.

Unlike me, who took out the vinyl bag I had used before, Jihee took out a new swimsuit she had prepared from the start and went into the bathroom.

I thought she would change and come out, but…

“Oppa.”

“Huh?”

My younger sibling poked their head out of the bathroom door.

Their tied-up hair also fell down towards the floor.

“Do you want to change together?”

“Is it possible?”

“Are you still shy even after coming this far? Really?”

“Stop joking and hurry up and change.”

“Heh.”

Even if I assumed I had shown Jihee my naked body 100 times, I didn’t know if I could do it a second time.

‘Changing clothes with a 20-year-old younger sister’ was something I couldn’t do even if I was 10 years younger.

Jihee and I changed into our swimsuits in the bathroom and stepped into the tub.

“Oh, it’s hot.”

“You’re the one who got the hot water.”

“But why is the air conditioner blowing so cool, and only the water is warm?”

It was truly a luxurious feast!

It was a lavish scene created by the overwhelming wealth of our father.

“That’s true.”

The inside of the tub wasn’t that wide.

If two people got in, there was room to spare.

If three people got in, it would be a tight squeeze.

Since it was a rectangular shape, we sat facing each other along the long side.

“Why are you sitting there? Why not sit right next to me?”

“I think this is more comfortable.”

“You can’t even do peo.”

“Instead, you can take a selfie with me.”

Jihee seemed to be annoyed, but she didn’t bother to get up.

As expected, this expensive suite had an ocean view.

We could even enjoy the blue sea from the bathtub.

“Shall we take a photo here?”

“Why? Do you want to take a photo with your oppa?”

“Just in case I don’t get to come to a place like this again.”

Jihee got up, took out her phone from behind, and held it above me.

“Okay, let’s take a photo.”

“If you’re going to sit like that, why not sit next to me? There’s plenty of space.”

“Can’t we just be consistent in our actions? Mr. Lee Joon-ho? If you’re going to push, push. If you’re going to accept, accept.”

The teacher didn’t even wait for an answer to the question.

Instead, on the phone screen…

Anyone could see that we looked like lovers.

“Okay, let’s take a photo. One, two, three?”

Jihee gave a happy wink, as if she was thrilled.

Just looking at the photo, anyone would think that the cute girlfriend was being affectionate to her boyfriend.

If I were a normal couple, I could’ve posted this on SNS, boasting about our summer trip.

But rumors would spread if people saw us like this… Ugh.

“Don’t post this anywhere, it’s private. You know that, right?”

“Got it. So, can I print it out and put it in a frame at home?”

It was a tricky question.

If I strictly categorized the photo we just took, it’s a family photo.

I couldn’t say anything about her putting a family photo in her own home.

“Even if you put it somewhere in your house, can’t you choose a more decent one?”

“What I’m saying is, if you’re going to judge me for this, you’re being too conservative, oppa.”

Jihee’s words might be right.

It’s too old-fashioned to criticize young people for wearing swimsuits and saying, “Oh, these young people…”

But we weren’t a normal sibling duo.

At least, not right now.

Jihee suddenly flipped her body over and grabbed my thigh, locking eyes with me.

“You were so angry earlier, but you kissed me so well.”

Jihee puckered up her lips again, as if asking for another kiss.

“That was then, this is now.”

“I should’ve just ignored my aunt’s call earlier!”

What was I supposed to think to come to this conclusion?

I shook my head and slowly sank down to the bottom of the pool, my nose submerged in the water.

“So, are we going to stay in the hotel?”

When I thought back to our previous conversation, it seemed like we were going to eat at the hotel too.

“Right. Is it okay?”

“It’s not okay, but if Uncle catches it, we have to eat it.”

“The reviews here are really good. Since we’ve already spent money, I asked for a little more.”

Seeing this, I found it hard to understand Uncle’s attitude towards Jihee.

No matter how much money he makes, it’s not just a few bucks.

Since he does almost everything Jihee asks for, it’s hard to believe he doesn’t really love his daughter.

“Jihee.”

“Yes?”

“I have something I’m curious about.”

“What is it?”

“Did Uncle give you a lot of allowance when you were in school?”

Jihee shook her head, looking puzzled.

“Just giving it to you?”

“How much was it?”

“Just like that. Dad just gave me a card, and I really splurged without saying a word.”

Is it just that he has an overwhelming amount of money?

As a high-ranking executive of a large corporation, I thought he would make a lot of money, but still, I thought of him as a company employee with a monthly salary.

“Uncle still takes good care of that one thing, doesn’t he?”

As I blurted out what came to mind, Jihee let out a ridiculous laugh, looking like she couldn’t believe it.

“Is that something he takes care of? Right?”

“Even people who don’t do that sometimes…”

“Would Oppa, if he had a child, just throw a card at them and say, ‘Oh, childcare is over! Take care of it yourself!’?”

“That’s not it.”

“Our dad did that.”

Whenever Jihee talked about Uncle, her eyes would always become fierce.

“Oppa.”

“Yes?”

“I like it when Oppa hugs me.”

Jihee pulled me into a hug, pressing her body against mine.

“Ajumma loves Oppa so much, so I don’t know, but people who didn’t receive love from their parents, like me, can easily become like this.”

“Are you saying you have an emotional deficiency?”

“Don’t you know? I’m always trying to get love from Oppa, but it doesn’t show?”

I twisted my body.

The uncomfortable expression made me frown.

“This is what I think.”

Jihee, still hugging me, rested her chin on my shoulder.

“There’s a fixed amount of love.”

I thought hard about this far-fetched topic.

The fixed amount of love.

The fixed amount of love?

“What’s that supposed to mean?”

“It means that the amount of love one person can give to another is not infinite, okay?”

Jihee explained it like this:

Let’s say a teacher in charge of a class of 10 students has 10 units of affection for them. If a new student joins the class, the teacher doesn’t add 1 unit of affection but rather re-divides the existing 10 units.

Since the pie is already fixed, the number of people it’s divided among determines how it’s split, and that’s how it works.

“……Is that really how it is?”

“As if Jesus himself would do that?”

Jihee gave a sly smile.

“So, for example, if we take Oppa, his heart is like this much when thinking of his aunt!”

Her gathered hands began to scoop up water like a well, overflowing with it.

“It’s this much when thinking of Unnie Minju or other friends! It’s this much when loving me, his dongsaeng! So, when you add it all up…”

Jihee’s hands overflowed with water, pouring it upwards.

“Oppa’s total capacity for love is this much, okay?”

I couldn’t give a definitive answer, but it seemed like a plausible theory.

“Is that so.”

“Yes, and my love is this much.”

Jihee once again gathered water in her hands and offered it to me.

“Take it.”

“Will you give it to me?”

“Yes, I’ll give it all to you.”

Her following words made my pupils tremble like an earthquake.

“It’s a heart that hasn’t been given to Dad, Mom, or any other man, not even a single point.”

A 100-point love, one that hasn’t been divided among anyone.

The water droplets overflowing from her hands seemed to shine like molten lava.

“Take it, Oppa.”

Jihee climbed onto me once again.

* * *

After a luxurious dinner, we took a walk on the beach at night.

Although the room was luxurious, it was a bit too much to stay there all evening.

“I’m full.”

“Me too.”

“If we had eaten this and worn swimsuits, our bellies would have definitely popped out.”

Even though it wouldn’t have made a difference, Jihee stroked her belly with both hands.

“I think I’ll sleep well when I go in.”

“Of course. I’m already completely exhausted.”

The course itself was optimized to make our bodies tired.

I woke up early in the morning.

Took the bus, subway, and train.

Went swimming in the ocean.

Took a bath with warm water.

Ate delicious food until I was full.

I wasn’t joking when I said I would pass out the moment I lay down.

“Which bed do you want to sleep in?”

Honestly, it seemed like a meaningless question, but I still asked.

“Aren’t both beds the same size?”

“Yeah, they are.”

“You choose, oppa. I’ll sleep well wherever it is.”

It was inevitable that we would be sleeping together.

As soon as I returned to the hotel, I buried my face in the bed.

The capitalist bed was soft and squishy, like a marshmallow.

My younger sibling was on top of me, like a sandwich topping.

“…It’s heavy.”

“Are you going to die?”

“Just lie down next to me, don’t get on top.”

As soon as I said “lie down next to me,” Jihee giggled and snuggled into the blankets.

Our eyes met.

“Oppa, come under the blankets too.”

“It’s too hot.”

“We turned on the air conditioner, what’s the problem?”

In the end, we ended up under the same blankets, just like Jihee wanted, and it felt quite strange.

It wasn’t the first time Jihee and I shared a bed.

But it was the first time we lay down together like a couple in such a big bed.

Our home’s master bedroom felt like a sacred place to us siblings.

We didn’t try to do anything in that room.

Do we go in there once a week?

Except for cleaning, there was no reason to enter.

“It really feels like we’re a married couple. Right?”

Jihee poked my thigh with her finger, as if she had read my mind.

“Yeah, it does.”

“But we’re siblings, though.”

“That’s just something you think with your head.”

“No, that’s what makes it better.”

As Jihee turned her body towards me, a unique rustling sound echoed on the bed.

“Oppa.”

“Yeah?”

“Don’t you remember we have summer vacation today?”

“That’s right.”

“Can’t you just hold me for one day and sleep?”

Jihee’s eyes were like a long-haired cat trying to escape the rain, craving affection.

The hesitation was brief.

In reality, I didn’t want to do it either.

“……Anyway, I’ll just sleep alone and you can chase after me again.”

“That’s true, but I prefer it when oppa holds me rather than when I hold myself.”

I silently pulled my younger sibling into a tight hug, pouring all my affection into them.

“It’s always a holiday, so let’s just do something weird…….”

It seemed like we had slept peacefully without doing anything strange.

The next morning.

“Jihee.”

“Uh-huh……?”

“Where are my pants?”

My pants had gone missing in the hotel room.
