Chapter 103: Chapter : 107
"You bastard!" Tsunade roared, her fist crashing down in a mighty *Painful Sky Kick*. The ground beneath her shattered, and the surrounding buildings groaned under the force of her attack.
Kirito leaped back with practiced ease, gracefully avoiding the strike.
"You dodged it?" Tsunade's amber eyes narrowed in surprise. Her gaze darted to Kirito's stance and the boots he wore. Something about his demeanor seemed off—too confident for someone she assumed was an ordinary ninja.
"Of course I dodged," Kirito replied nonchalantly, a faint smile tugging at his lips. "Once I learned who you truly were, I made it my goal to train as hard as possible. After all, to be worthy of one of the legendary Sannin, I couldn't afford to slack off."
"Interesting," Tsunade said, her expression unreadable. She extended three fingers.
"Three seconds?" Kirito teased, playing dumb.
Tsunade's eyebrow twitched in irritation. "Have some ambition, will you? Three *minutes.* If you can last three minutes against me, I'll acknowledge you as Chinatsu's father."
Kirito smirked, sensing the opportunity. "And what if I win?"
"Win?" Tsunade scoffed, unable to suppress a laugh. "You think you can beat me? Fine. If you somehow manage to win, I'll acknowledge you as my man—in the name of the Sannin."
"In that case," Kirito grinned slyly, "as your man, I assume I'll have full rights as a husband?"
Tsunade rolled her eyes but smirked. "If you can beat me, sure. But don't get ahead of yourself, kid."
Kirito's grin widened. "Then let's get started, Tsunade. Tonight, you're destined to be mine."
"Don't get cocky," Tsunade snapped, pushing aside the flicker of warmth at his boldness. Clearing her mind, she focused on the task at hand.
With a sharp cry, Tsunade lunged forward, her right fist shooting toward Kirito's chest. Her movements were swift and precise, honed through years of battle. Despite her role as a medical ninja, her experience on the frontlines had made her a formidable physical combatant.
But to her surprise, Kirito didn't back down. Instead, he met her punch head-on, catching her fist with his right hand.
The ground beneath Kirito cracked and splintered under the impact, sending debris flying. Yet, he remained unmoved, his grip steady and unyielding.
Tsunade's amber eyes widened in disbelief. "You caught it?"
She stepped back, her mind racing. Even if someone avoided my punch, I could understand. But to catch it barehanded? That means his strength surpasses mine in raw power.
"Surprised?" Kirito asked with a faint smile. "It's a bit disconcerting, isn't it? To meet someone stronger than you."
Tsunade scowled, her pride stinging. "Who are you, really?"
"An ordinary father and husband," Kirito replied with a calmness that only irritated her further. "If you want to know more, you'll have to beat me. Or wait until you're officially my wife."
"You're insufferable," Tsunade muttered, shaking her head. With a renewed focus, she launched into another attack.
This time, she executed a powerful *Painful Sky Kick*, her leg cutting through the air like a guillotine. The force of her kick pulverized the street into rubble. Yet, just as before, Kirito caught her strike with one arm, his expression serene.
"You're lucky that didn't land," Kirito quipped. "You'd be a widow by now."
Tsunade's frustration reached its peak. With a roar, she retracted her leg and switched to a relentless barrage of punches. Each strike was imbued with her legendary strength, the air around her fists crackling with power.
But Kirito didn't retaliate. He dodged her blows effortlessly, weaving through her attacks with precision. His movements were fluid, almost lazy, as though he were merely humoring her.
"You keep missing," Kirito said casually. "Your strength is impressive, but your speed is lacking. You rely too much on raw power, Tsunade. Against someone who can match your strength and surpass you in speed, you'll always lose."
"Shut up and fight me!" Tsunade snapped, her breaths coming faster now. She hadn't engaged in a fight this intense in years, and the strain was beginning to show.
Despite her frustration, Tsunade refused to back down. She threw herself into the fight, determined to land at least one blow. But no matter how fast or unpredictable her attacks, Kirito always seemed one step ahead.
Finally, Tsunade jumped back, putting some distance between them. Her fists clenched, and her eyes burned with defiance. "Stop dodging and fight me head-on, you coward!"
Kirito smiled faintly, his arms still crossed behind his back. "I'm only dodging to give you a fair chance. If I fought back, this match would've ended long ago."
"Prove it," Tsunade challenged.
"As you wish," Kirito said, his tone soft but confident.
In an instant, he closed the gap between them, his speed so blinding that even Tsunade couldn't react. Before she could throw another punch, Kirito caught her wrist and spun her around, pinning her arm behind her back.
The move was executed with such precision that Tsunade couldn't break free, no matter how much she struggled.
"Three minutes are up," Kirito whispered near her ear. "I've won."
Tsunade froze, her mind racing. He had bested her—not through brute force, but through a combination of skill, speed, and restraint.
She felt her cheeks heat, a mix of anger and reluctant admiration stirring within her. "Fine," she muttered, her voice low. "You win."
Kirito released her, stepping back with a triumphant smile. "Then, as per our agreement, you acknowledge me as Chinatsu's father—and as your man."
Tsunade glared at him, though her expression was softer than before. "Don't get ahead of yourself, Kirito. This isn't over."
Kirito chuckled. "Oh, Tsunade, it's only just begun."
