"Can you tell me your identity?"

After the two had made their agreement, Kakashi looked at Genya with curiosity and confusion in his tone.

"My identity?" Genya looked at the sky, lost in thought for a moment. Then, as if inspired by a bold idea, he said, "Atsukara!"

"Huh? Atsukara?" Kakashi was stunned, blurting out a question: "Is that your name?"

Genya's eyelid twitched slightly, clearly speechless. He shook his head but replied, "No, that's the name of my organization. It's normal for you not to know about it now, but in the future, you'll understand the significance of the name 'Atsukara'!"

His eyes were filled with determination as he spoke.

One day, the name Atsukara would echo throughout the ninja world.

"Alright, I should leave now. Remember the promise between us!" Genya said this to Kakashi as he turned to leave, his gaze fixed in the distance.

He had already sensed that Shisui and the others were on their way. It was time for him to go.

This wasn't the right moment to face those people.

With that thought, his figure vanished from the spot, leaving Kakashi behind, who muttered to himself in a low voice.

"Atsukara? What kind of organization is that? And is everyone in it as strong as him?" Kakashi's voice was soft, but his expression was unusually serious.

If everyone in that organization had the same strength as this assassin, then the ninja world was in for a major upheaval.

After about another fifteen minutes, a group of people appeared in front of him, led by none other than Hiruzen Sarutobi.

"Kakashi, are you alright?" Hiruzen glanced at the devastating scene around them, his heart sinking. He eventually turned his attention to Kakashi.

It was as he suspected—the assassin had spared Kakashi.

"Lord Hokage!" Seeing Hiruzen and the other ninjas behind him, Kakashi finally breathed a sigh of relief.

The lightning chakra around his eyes slowly dissipated.

During his conversation with Genya, he had remained on high alert the entire time.

Now, at last, he could relax.

"What happened?" Sarutobi Hiruzen took a deep breath as he looked at the dead bodies before him and started asking questions.

These people...

They were the elites of the Sarutobi clan!

"We were attacked. It was that assassin!" Kakashi explained how he had been ambushed and how the assassin had managed to withstand hundreds of explosive tags. He recounted everything in detail.

Of course,

He didn't mention the deal he had made with Genya.

"Did he say anything else?" Sarutobi Hiruzen frowned but continued his questioning.

"No." Kakashi shook his head but seemed to recall something and added, "I did ask where he was from. He said he came from the 'Atsukara Organization'."

"Atsukara?" Sarutobi Hiruzen murmured the name softly, then turned to a middle-aged man nearby. "Do you know anything about this Atsukara Organization?"

"I don't. It seems like such an organization doesn't exist in the ninja world," the man shook his head. As the head of Konoha's intelligence, he truly knew nothing about this group.

"Let's head back." Sarutobi Hiruzen stopped speaking, shook his head, and led the group back to Konoha.

At the Uchiha Clan Compound

"Genya, you're back?" Uchiha Kinya finally saw Genya return. The light in his eyes flickered as his worries eased.

Earlier, they had been extremely anxious—especially after seeing Sarutobi Hiruzen take action personally.

Their hearts had been in their throats.

Thankfully, Genya had returned safely.

"I'm fine. After today, the Sarutobi clan won't dare step out of Konoha for at least a year," Genya nodded, his eyes filled with confidence.

This time,

He had cut Sarutobi's arrogance in half!

"You weren't hurt, were you?" Uchiha Shin asked with some concern.

"No." Genya shook his head. He had deliberately avoided Shisui this time. If Shisui had activated his Susano'o, he might have been injured. However, he added, "Father, the Merchant Association has rested long enough. Let's reopen it in seven days."

After saying this, Genya went back to his room to sleep.

Earlier, he had used two shadow clones. To enhance their strength, he had divided a significant portion of his mental energy, leaving him quite exhausted now.

In the Hokage's Office

The atmosphere was heavy.

Sarutobi Hiruzen sat in the center, flanked by Danzo Shimura, Koharu Utatane, and Homura Mitokado. Below them were some younger members of their clans.

No one spoke.

There was a heavy silence.

"Hiruzen, how do you plan to handle this?" Shimura Danzo finally couldn't suppress his impatience and asked anxiously.

When had they ever been subjected to such humiliation?

"There's no way!" Sarutobi Hiruzen frowned, smoking his long pipe as if deep in thought. "From today onward, no Sarutobi clan ninja is allowed to leave the village!"

"What? Are we just going to admit defeat and compromise like this?" Mitokado Homura was visibly dissatisfied. How could the great Konoha, the largest village in the shinobi world, be brought to chaos by a single assassin?

He was not willing to accept it!

"Then what else can we do?" Sarutobi Hiruzen looked at Mitokado Homura and spoke each word carefully, "We know nothing about both the assassin's identity and that so-called Atsukara organization. So where can we even find them?"

Konoha wasn't afraid of wars between villages. What they feared were rogue individuals with no allegiance or traceable roots.

These kinds of powerful enemies caused trouble in Konoha, but they had no base to target, and the person himself couldn't be captured!

"Hmph, I'll send people to investigate this so-called Atsukara organization and that assassin!" Shimura Danzo snorted coldly, stood up, and left in anger.

He planned to dispatch his Root operatives to gather information about the assassin and the organization.

Sarutobi Hiruzen watched Danzo leave, remaining silent as he continued to puff on his long pipe.

After a long while,

The Third Hokage finally spoke again, "From today onward, no ninja from the four clans is allowed to leave the village. This is my order!"

After he finished speaking,

The office fell back into silence.

Hiruzen fully understood how dangerous the assassin's shadow clones were. Without elite jonin, the assassin didn't even need to show up in person to eliminate targets. Catching such an opponent would be incredibly difficult.

This was the best way to protect the clans.

In the days that followed,

The village returned to an uneasy peace. To reassure everyone, the Third Hokage announced that the assassin had been driven away.

Inside the Uchiha Merchant Association, in Uchiha Kinya's office:

"President, for the past few days, no Sarutobi clan ninja has taken any missions!" Uchiha Furin entered with an excited expression, looking at Uchiha Kinya's face, which also showed a hint of delight.

If he wasn't mistaken, this must be the handiwork of the association leader!

His admiration for the association leader grew even stronger. When Sarutobi Hiruzen made a move against them, the association leader fought back!

They struck fear into the Sarutobi clan, to the point where they didn't dare set foot outside of Konoha again!

In contrast, look at Clan Leader Fugaku's side. No matter how much Sarutobi Hiruzen oppressed them, he chose to endure it, even if it meant his clan suffered.

Thinking about this, his loyalty to the Merchant Association only deepened. The current Merchant Association was the true foundation of the Uchiha clan.

"I understand. For the next while, don't focus too much on missions—focus on your training instead!" Uchiha Kinya nodded but still gave a reminder.

This Uchiha Furin was a true genius and would undoubtedly become a pillar of the Uchiha clan in the future!

Uchiha Furin nodded solemnly before taking his leave.

Just as Uchiha Furin left, Senju Hikari came running in with a cheerful expression, her face brimming with excitement.
