Naruto: I Have Doraemon

"Oops! Why did the Nine Tails show up here?! Hiro, Ken, we have to stop it from destroying Mount Myōboku! Hamaji, get out of here now!"

Toad Bunta, who had been chatting and playing with his two brothers, was instantly alerted by the intimidating chakra of the Nine Tails. Seeing the massive form of the Nine Tails, Toad Bunta narrowed his toad eyes, sweat pouring down his head, as he turned to shout at his brothers and son.

He had no other choice—he had to face the Nine Tails head-on, despite the risk.

Toad Bunta exhaled a puff of smoke, gripped the large knife at his waist, and leapt into the air. The force of his jump created a powerful wind that swept his son, Hamaji, hundreds of meters away.

Hiro and Ken immediately followed him, leaping to keep up.

"Damn Nine Tails… With me, Boss Toad, here, you won't be wreaking havoc freely!"

Just as the Nine Tails was stretching its limbs, it noticed a familiar toad descending from the sky, yelling defiantly.

"That..."

Seeing this familiar move, the Nine Tails was reminded of an unpleasant memory from the time it had been subdued by the Fourth Hokage.

"Hmph, you won't succeed this time!"

The Nine Tails roared, and the nine tails behind it extended upwards, stopping Toad Bunta mid-air and sending him flying.

"Kurama… Take it easy. They're on our side."

Inside the Nine Tails, Naruto reminded the fox loudly, aware through their connection in Kurama Mode that the Nine Tails wasn't actually hostile.

"I know... These toads are just giving me a chance to stretch my legs!"

The Nine Tails glanced dismissively at the three toad brothers standing guard, grinning and humming.

The Nine Tails' voice was so loud that the three toads heard it clearly.

"What? Not an enemy? Wait... that boy in there—he looks just like the Fourth Hokage! Nine Tails, is he…?"

Toad Bunta, confused, looked at the Nine Tails and at Naruto, who was within its form, with a mix of embarrassment and surprise.

"Ha ha ha… Enough talk! Annoying toad, weren't you the one who ticked me off last time? …"

The Nine Tails saw this as a prime opportunity to settle a score with Toad Bunta, charging at him with a strange laugh.

Naruto, listening to the Nine Tails' taunts, was left speechless for a moment. What kind of lines is he even coming up with?

While Naruto was caught in thought, the Nine Tails quickly closed in on Bunta, landing a punch. Despite Bunta's best effort to defend, he was sent flying thousands of meters by the blow.

Seeing this, Hiro and Ken rushed forward to intercept the Nine Tails. But how could they possibly compete with the strength of the Nine Tails? With a swipe of his claws, he easily sent the two brothers sprawling in opposite directions.

"Water Style: Iron Cannonball!"

Toad Bunta got back up and, forming hand seals, spat a huge ball of chakra-infused water straight toward the Nine Tails.

"Pathetic trick..."

Unmoved, the Nine Tails let out a mighty roar, unleashing a gust of chakra wind pressure from its mouth. Bunta's massive water attack was blown back instantly, leaving him drenched and questioning his life choices.

"This guy… he's too powerful!"

Wiping the water from his face, Bunta felt a chill down his back, sighing in frustration.

While Bunta was momentarily dazed, the Nine Tails wasn't about to let up. In a flash, almost as if teleporting, it appeared behind Bunta and delivered a powerful kick.

Caught off guard, Bunta was knocked to the ground. The Nine Tails then leapt up and landed on Bunta, unleashing a ferocious barrage of attacks.

This scene, this scream—it is truly heartbreaking for those who hear it, bringing tears to their eyes...

"Naruto! Naruto... Almost there! It's all just a misunderstanding!"

As the Nine Tails relentlessly attacked Toad Bunta, Jiraiya finally rushed over, shouting at Naruto. After all, Toad Bunta was his trusted ally. Although Bunta had a bit of a temper, he was very reliable in critical moments.

"Toad Bunta, is it? If you agree to be my little brother, I'll tell Kurama to stop. If you refuse, just pretend I never said anything."

Naruto thought it was worth a shot, so he yelled at the battered Bunta who had gone along with the chaos. He didn't want the Nine Tails to unleash its full power without purpose, and if it meant gaining a younger brother along the way, it was worth it.

"What?! How could I possibly recognize a brat as my boss? I refuse to follow you!"

Toad Bunta retorted defiantly, which made Naruto admire him a little. He didn't expect Bunta to have such a backbone.

Seeing this, the Nine Tails raised its fist again, ready to strike.

"Cough, cough... Boss Nine Tails, stop! I'm willing to be your little brother, so please stop fighting!"

As the Nine Tails' fist drew closer, Toad Bunta hurriedly begged for mercy. Well, it wasn't the worst thing to have a tailed beast as a boss. This wasn't a life-and-death battle; what kind of integrity was needed here?

"Naruto... I really misjudged you, Toad Bunta!"

The Nine Tails, surprised, looked at Bunta and noted the unexpected development. Since Naruto wanted to accept this toad, the Nine Tails thought it would do him a favor.

"Well... since you've said that, I can't justify hitting you again. You'll be my little brother now."

The Nine Tails arrogantly withdrew its fist and looked down at Toad Bunta, whose nose was bruised and eyes swollen, making him almost unrecognizable.

"However, your little brother is too weak! Here, let me give you a little chakra."

It was the first time the Nine Tails had acted as an older brother, so it offered some words of encouragement and casually channeled its chakra into Bunta's body.

In an instant, a coat resembling that of a tailed beast appeared around Bunta, and his injuries healed quickly. This was one of the abilities in Kurama Mode—transferring chakra.

"My body is getting stronger so fast!" Bunta exclaimed, his frog eyes wide with excitement. "Brother Nine Tails, this feels amazing! You've given me 263 chakra!"

"Brother Nine Tails, I have two other brothers. They can also recognize you as their big brother..." Bunta quickly thought of his loyal brothers, Hiro and Ken, and eagerly suggested they join.

The Nine Tails was speechless for a moment. Is my chakra just being tossed around? If it weren't for Naruto wanting to take this toad as his brother, the Nine Tails wouldn't have paid any attention to him!

The Nine Tails ignored Bunta, quickly retracted its chakra, and returned to its sealed space.

"Ahem... Bunta, be mindful of your impact," Jiraiya said as he appeared on top of Bunta's head, interrupting the bold toad.

"I never noticed before that Toad Bunta had this side to him!"

"Since you're here, Naruto, let's sign the Summoning contract for Mount Myōboku while we're at it. After signing, I have a terrifying secret technique to teach you."

Jiraiya pulled out the Summoning scroll he had prepared, spreading it out in front of Naruto. Naruto, having dismissed Kurama Mode, didn't refuse this opportunity. He bit his finger and signed the contract.

The toads of Mount Myōboku would still provide a good boost. Although Naruto now had the power of the Nine Tails, there would be Susanoo in the future, allowing him to self-sufficiently harness the Nine Tails' chakra!

However, certain situations still required summoning beasts to fight alongside him.

Well, being cool was part of the appeal too.
