When Xingliu and Kushina arrived at the Hokage Building, it had already been ten minutes.

Xingliu began assigning patrol locations, all of which were places he remembered from the anime where Uchiha Itachi and Kisame Hoshigaki would pass by.

After a short while, everyone received their orders and dispersed to the designated spots.

Before they left, Xingliu repeatedly emphasized that they should not act recklessly and, if they encountered someone they couldn't defeat, they must fire a flare.
