This made Enel's "Mantra" particularly powerful though if his mind was disrupted, its effectiveness would diminish.

Sasuke realized he couldn't perfectly replicate Enel's ability.

Instead, he set a modest goal: detecting the weak electrical signals emitted by living beings in a given area.

By identifying these signals, he could locate all living creatures within a certain range.

This seemed more achievable in the Naruto universe.

However, challenges remained.

Sasuke would need a lot of electricity not for powerful lightning-style attacks but to significantly increase his sensitivity to electrical signals.

To solve this, Sasuke came up with a solution:

"Utilize the Endless Thunder Pool!"

Originally, this technique was intended for developing powerful lightning-style moves like Kirin.

Now, it seemed feasible to use this technique as a foundation for creating sensory-type ninjutsu.

Activating the Endless Thunder Pool itself would take a few minutes.

So, in actual combat, this technique is clearly not suitable for use.
