Naruto: The Tale of an Otsutsuki

"Yo! Kakashi, looks like I won this time," Guy said confidently, grinning as he spotted Kakashi's team.

"No way, we ran into a little trouble on the way," Kakashi replied helplessly. "So, what's the situation now?"

"He's one of the Akatsuki members who captured the Kazekage. He and his partner split up. Kirito stayed back to deal with the one in the cave, and we're handling this one," Guy explained quickly while leading Lee and the others to join Team Kakashi.

"What about Gaara? Is he safe?" Naruto asked urgently.

"Kirito said Kazekage is in a near-death state, drained of his tailed beast chakra, and might not survive," Lee replied solemnly. "It's been a while, Naruto!"

"Long time no see, Bushy Brows!" Naruto said with a hint of surprise before snapping back. "Then let's save Gaara now!"

"No, the priority is defeating these Akatsuki members. We can't rescue Kazekage if they're in the way," TenTen interjected firmly.

At that moment, Chiyo, who had been silent, spoke up. "The remaining Akatsuki member in the cave must be Sasori. Leaving your companion alone with him is dangerous—he's a genius puppet master."

Kakashi smiled slightly. "Normally, I'd send reinforcements, but if it's Kirito, there's no need to worry. Honestly, I don't think anyone can defeat him."

Chiyo shook her head. "You don't understand Sasori's strength. I need to go support your comrade. Sakura should come too—only she can counter Sasori's poison."

Kakashi considered her words. Though confident in Kirito, he acknowledged Sasori's reputation and nodded. "Alright, Sakura, go with Lady Chiyo to support Kirito."

"Got it! Let's hurry!" Sakura said eagerly, donning her gloves.

"Don't underestimate Sasori," Chiyo cautioned.

Sakura didn't respond, her confidence in Kirito unwavering. Her only concern was whether the battle would already be over when they arrived.

Meanwhile, in Kirito's cave, the intense flames had nearly dissipated. Where Sasori once stood, only charred remains and a peculiar red wall were visible.

Swish—The wall shifted, revealing two figures.

"How dare you burn my masterpiece, Hiruko, to ashes!" Sasori's youthful face twisted with anger. "I'll make you into a puppet while you're still alive!"

He waved his hand, summoning the puppet of the Third Kazekage. Iron sand, partially melted by Kirito's attack, was recalled into the puppet's control.

The puppet of the Third Kazekage was Sasori's trump card. The magnetic release bloodline limit it retained allowed Sasori to manipulate iron sand in deadly and creative ways.

Kirito, observing with his Byakugan, smirked slightly. Let Chiyo see her grandson... no need to kill him outright, he thought.

Sasori, irritated by Kirito's calm demeanor, controlled the Kazekage puppet to form a massive triangular cone of iron sand.

"Die!" Sasori hurled the weapon toward Kirito, who didn't flinch. Raising his glowing palm, Kirito caught the cone mid-air with ease.

"What?!" Sasori's eyes widened in disbelief.

Kirito casually held the cone as though it were a toy. Sasori sneered, "Even if you can catch it, my iron sand is coated with poison. It'll seep into your body even without a wound!"

Unfazed, Kirito's hand emitted a freezing mist. The iron sand cone crystallized into a massive ice sculpture within seconds.

Sasori gasped as his connection to the chakra threads controlling the iron sand was severed. "It froze my chakra threads? Impossible!"

With a flick of his wrist, Kirito hurled the frozen cone toward Sasori.

Thinking quickly, Sasori condensed his remaining iron sand into a massive cylinder to block the incoming ice sculpture.

Clang! The collision shattered both the ice cone and the cylinder into fragments. However, Sasori realized the frozen iron sand was unusable, rendering it irretrievable.

"Tch, such a troublesome ability," Sasori muttered, hesitating to waste more iron sand against Kirito.

Using his Byakugan, Kirito noticed Chiyo and Sakura approaching cautiously. Meanwhile, Sasori prepared another attack. This time, he formed countless iron sand Senbon and directed the Kazekage puppet to charge at Kirito.

"So many Senbon... let's see how you handle this!" Sasori sneered.

Kirito calmly inhaled deeply and exhaled with force.

A frigid blizzard erupted from his mouth, freezing the Senbon mid-air. The Kazekage puppet, caught in the icy gale, was enveloped in frost, its movements ceasing entirely.

In seconds, the cave was transformed into a frozen wasteland. The Kazekage puppet and its Senbon lay lifeless on the ground, encased in ice.

Efficient and effective, Kirito mused, admiring his controlled ice release technique. Unlike his earlier, reckless methods, this approach conserved chakra while maintaining devastating results.

Crack! Sasori broke free from the ice that had lightly encased him. He crawled out from behind a rock, trembling.

Sasori realized he was utterly outmatched. Kirito's powers were beyond anything he had encountered. Desperately, he began to think of ways to retreat.

At that moment, Chiyo and Sakura arrived at the cave entrance.

"Kirito, you've outdone yourself," Sakura said, shivering from the biting cold that permeated the cave.

Chiyo, equally affected, crossed her arms for warmth. "Such incredible Ice Release... I've never seen anything like it," she remarked, her breath visible in the freezing air.
