Back in the elemental Nations

In the middle of a council meeting after the return of Minato namikaze and kushina uzumaki and both of there daughters natsumi and Naruko both of them are little like their parents and both tomboys.

Minato: what do you mean he's been banished!?

Kushina: what the hell happened you know?

Tsunade: you that's what happened! Both of you didn't think to what could happen if they didn't honor your wish no you didn't now that after the festival they had 80% doesn't believe that he's your son and only 20% believes you!!

Minato: we had absolute trust in a village that he will be treated as a hero!!

Jiraiya: well you both trusted wrong heck even I was wrong! If I had known this I would have taken him with me consequences be damned!

The rest of the council were surprised of the revelation that Naruto was the fourth son.

Both of Naruto sisters were upset and appalled at the fact that the brother was treated this way banishment for doing his job.

Tsume Inuzuka: she got up from her chair and went up to kushina then there was a hard slap across her face as she told her former friend.what the hell is wrong with you!? You could have raised them with you instead of him suffering in the village I even try to adopt him but the 3rd hokage blocked me when I tried!

Shikaku Nara: it was all a very troublesome and stupid plan you had and I have a feeling this will come back to hurt us in long run.

Kakashi: only thing he did was just was lowered his head down in shame for showing favoritism.

The rest of the Shinobi council agreed on this.

Naruko:I had no idea this village hated my brother.then she looked down in sadness.

Natsumi: I swear I will find my brother and bring him back to the village she declared in a past Naruto manner. Some of the Shinobi council gave her a strange looks.

Minato: is there a way we can undo his banishment?

Jiraiya: no not that I know of I'm trying to look into it see what we can do.

Tsunade: maybe we can put it to a vote to undo it?

The Shinobi council agreed on this but the civilian council not so much there were so much arguing until killer intent was leaked from the hokage herself that was able to shut them up and force them to agree to lifting the banishment in 3 years. They just hope you could survive for that long on his own for those 3 years and jiraiya would look for him using his spy Network.

Meanwhile back in the USSR.

It has been 3 days since Naruto been adopted by his new older brother he is now in the capital of Moscow. And for his friend Karin. His brother asked for a favor to have her adopted by his neighbor was an old woman that agreed since he lived in the neighborhood together with her since his parents died in an accident. Naruto decided as well as Karin to join the Soviets when she's old enough his brother agreed and also decide to help him train he also told him he knows someone that could be possibly from his world his mentor would also help in his training. And his name was Victor uzumaki.Naruto was surprised by this and asked him what happened and how he get here. He saw Victor wearing an old Soviet uniform and he was a captain and they decided to have a talk together and how their Homeland fell.

Naruto: hello my brother told me that you're a uzumaki?

Victor: yes I am I remember when it fell and when they made this machine called the gateway using Fujitsu I was not the only one to go through it too many of us were distracted with defending the area only one of us went through. 3 years later

Operation The Shrike and the Thorn.

Premier Cherdenko ordered the immediate defense of the city Specifically the Peter and Paul Fortress.

This will be my first mission out of training alongside with my brother who has been promoted to Commander as well as his friend he went through training with will be his co commander in this mission and his name is Oleg Vodnik. We have been given the missions to protect the fortress and Save the Hermitage. With the help of Natasha, the Soviet commando that help in the defense of Leningrad. And I have just landed by bullfrog transport along with a squad of conscripts. Naruto was wearing the same gear as the conscripts but will modified assault rifle with grenade launcher. (A.n) Not good at describing clothes just use your imagination look up Soviet version of Naruto.

Naruto has just landed on the fortress And has heard this over the radio.

At least 2 hours the firefighting between the Soviet Union troops and the empire of the rising Sun imperial warriors and tsunami tanks. Orders came into to send Natasha across the river to help out the museum afterwards she came back by bullfrog the man Cannon.

That's when they're Shogun battleships came in and started to rain artillery down around a fortress. That's when Commander Isaac Romanoff used magnetic satellite to take out four of their battleships and Natasha took out other four at the same time when Oleg conscripts and flak troopers we're still defendin The fortress.

Aftermath.

The successful defense of Leningrad was the first real success that the Soviet Union had against the Empire of the Rising Sun and the people took hope once more, seeing that these invaders from the east can be defeated. True as much of the city lay in ruins, but few of the Union's men lay dead, and the pride of their people had been spared. The Empire, meanwhile, saw this as merely a temporary setback, for a while they had lost many of their troops fighting that day, armies of the Rising Sun were nearly endless and the losses they had taken were minor, all things considered. The Soviet Union still faced a tough fight ahead...
