Morgan's reporter, Ellie, was holding the equipment that had been seized by Shiki Pirates and was finally able to contact the headquarters of the World Economic Newspaper.

Soon, a specialized receptionist answered Ellie's call.

"No time for chit-chat, connect me to President Morgans."

"I have extremely important news to discuss with President Morgans."

As soon as Ellie finished speaking, she heard Wesk's laughter on the other end.

"Ellie, you know the rules."

"With your current rank there's no way you can directly contact President Morgans."

"Unless, of course, you have some special news..."

Before Wesk could finish his sentence, Ellie interrupted him.

"Idiot, I have huge news!"

"The great pirate Golden Lion Shiki, who once pushed the Pirate King Roger to the brink has reappeared and engaged in battle with a rookie named Arton, the captain of the Blazing Blade Pirates."

"In the end, Arton defeated Shiki with overwhelming strength."

"I was captured by Shiki, and it was thanks to Arton's intervention that I was saved."

Ellie quickly finished speaking in one breath and let out a long sigh.

On the other end of the line, Wesk was stunned. It took him a moment to recover.

"Ellie, you must be joking, right?" Wesk asked, frowning.

"Idiot, would I joke about my career as a reporter? I took photos. Get the equipment set up; I'll transmit them to you right now."

"Damn it, I didn't have enough film, so I missed a lot of shots."

"But I did capture some decisive photos."

"There were so many exciting moments, but this should be enough."

Ellie spoke as she operated the photo transmission equipment beside her.

Wesk, still half-convinced, set up the device on his end.

Soon, photos started printing out.

The moment Wesk saw the photos, he rushed out of his office, heading straight for the office of the World Economic News president, Morgans.

"President Morgans, big news!"

"Shiki has reappeared, and he was taken down by a rookie pirate, Arton..."

Wesk burst into the room, shouting, but he noticed another person in the room and quickly fell silent.

"Shiki really appeared?"

"And that Arton you mentioned, could he be the captain of the Blazing Blade Pirates?"

Morgans turned around, asking suspiciously.

Wesk's eyes widened, and then he looked at Morgans with admiration.

"As expected of our great president, you already knew about this."

Morgans shook his head and looked at the beautiful woman sitting across from him, dressed in a dress, a white coat, and a white hat, and remarked with deep appreciation:

"Your intelligence is very impressive, Stussy."

"When you mentioned that Shiki reappeared and was defeated by a group called the Blazing Blade Pirates, I didn't believe it, but now, my own people have come to report it."

"So, the man who defeated Shiki is really named Arton?"

Sitting across from Morgans was none other than Stussy, the Queen of the Pleasure District and a fellow ruler of the underworld.

Stussy took a sip of her tea, her expression calm as she smiled and said:

"For the details, why don't you ask your reporter?"

"Maybe your reporter even managed to capture some photos of the battle."

"I only received the information; I don't have any photos to prove it."

Morgans nodded in agreement and then, full of excitement, stood up and started walking towards the door as he said:

"I admit I lost the bet."

"I'll agree to do something for you as a result."

"I never thought there would come a day when my intelligence would fall short of yours."

Stussy's lips curled into a smile as she replied:

"In that case, please keep a close watch on the movements of the Blazing Blade Pirates for me."

"I want to know where they are at all times and who they meet."

Hearing this, Morgans stopped in his tracks and looked at Stussy with a puzzled expression:

"You already knew about Arton before I did, so why do you need my help to track his location?"

"And why are you so interested in tracking his whereabouts?"

Stussy shook her head and said:

"When it comes to intelligence, you're still the best."

"I just happened to learn about Shiki situation by chance."

"As for why I want you to keep an eye on Arton, you'll find out in due time."

Morgans raised an eyebrow:

"A mysterious woman, huh? Fine, a bet's a bet."

"I'll keep an eye on Arton for you."

"Heh, this guy took down Shiki, so he's definitely someone worth watching."

"When the time comes, just buy more of my newspapers, and you should be able to get information on Arton."

Stussy took another sip of her tea and responded:

"I need the first-hand information."

Morgans waved his hand as he left his office, his voice drifting back to Stussy:

"Alright, alright, first-hand information it is."

Stussy gently brushed her golden hair behind her ear, a seductive smile playing on her lips.

In front of her was an object that looked just like a diary, one that Morgans would never have been able to see.

On the cover of the diary, the words "Arton's Diary Copy (Stussy's Version)" were clearly written.
