One Piece - Life Choice Ask Me to Kiss Marine Goddes Hina

Chapter 153: 153 Hard Slap to the Four Emperors

"What?!" Everyone was shocked when they heard this.

John sneered. "If I hadn't spread the rumors, how else would I have lured greedy fools like you into my trap?"

"In the past few decades, I've guarded my treasure, killing countless who dared to seek it. Now, I'm old and close to death, but before I go, I'll take you all with me!"

"Jaajajajaja!"

John's maniacal laughter echoed through the cave. "Anyone who covets my treasure will die!"

"John has gone crazy, and his mind is not normal." Kaido secretly said that he was unlucky, and he didn't want to deal with a madman.

The treasure map that had been circulating all these years was John's own doing.

The large number of treasure maps that suddenly appeared recently were also traps he set out when he felt that his end was coming.

Perhaps, John had been crazy from decades ago, otherwise no normal person would live half his life alone with a pile of treasures.

It's true that they like treasures, but they like them because they can be used to recruit new crew members.

And John, who has guarded Jinshan alone for decades, is nothing but a lunatic.

"Really, John? You think you can kill us? Stop being so shameless."

"Ahem...that's not necessarily the case."

John coughed twice, with a cautious smile on his face, and took out a button from his waist and pressed it.

There was a loud explosion, and the two giant doors above at the entrance were blown to pieces by tons of explosives. Tens of thousands of tons of sea water poured down from the hole above.

The momentum was so great that it was like the water from the Heavens pouring into the world.

Since ancient times, water and fire have been merciless, and the so-called Four Emperors have no choice but to escape when faced with such natural disasters.

"John, you are indeed a bastardd!" Whitebeard gritted his teeth and clenched his fists.

Tens of thousands of tons of lake water came with the power of God, and most people were washed to the point where their bones were broken or they were crushed into pulp.

What's more, this island rose from the bottom of the sea not long ago. Whitebeard didn't think the water inside was fresh water.

Facing the surging sea water, if they could not escape in time, everyone present except Jack, a guy with fish-man blood, would die here.

Having eaten Devil Fruits, they were helpless against seawater—paralyzed and drowning in its depths.

If Aokiji were here, he might have a chance, but for now, their powers offered only offense, not defense against the sea.

"John!"

Whitebeard roared, heartbroken, watching his sons die one by one. He wanted nothing more than to tear John to pieces.

Unlike the other Emperors, Whitebeard treated everyone in his crew as family.

Now, he could only watch as they struggled to the death.

"John, you actually managed to trick me," Big Mom muttered, holding back her rage.

She jumped onto her thundercloud with Katakuri, ascending fast.

She had no intention of dying here, though it meant abandoning the couple hundred pirates she'd brought along.

With only about thirty seconds left until the seawater fully flooded in, they had to escape immediately—or they'd never get out.

"Oyaji, now's not the time to hesitate! We need to go!"

Marco rushed to Whitebeard's side and said anxiously.

"You're right, let's go." Whitebeard gritted his teeth, grabbed Marco, and disappeared in a leap.

"Jaajajaja, it's not that easy to leave. Come and die me with me!" John pressed the button again. This time the explosion happened inside the cave.

The first bomb exploded from the bottom of John's feet, killing John.

As countless bombs detonated inside the cave, deafening explosions filled the air. One-third of the pirates were killed in the blasts.

The explosions also caused the cave to collapse completely, leaving many either drowned or buried alive.

The impact of the blasts was so severe that the entire island began to sink. In less than five minutes, it would be completely submerged in the sea.

Whitebeard and Big Mom struggled against the torrent of water that poured down like a waterfall, swaying dangerously as they fought to stay on their feet.

If they were overwhelmed by the falling sea, they would be swept away and likely die here.

"Kid, if you want to survive, hand over your stuff, and I might let you go," Kaido said, positioning himself in front of Lynch instead of escaping.

Kaido was likely the only pirate present who wasn't afraid. With the Mythical Beast Fish-Fish Fruit, Model: Blue Dragon, he could breathe and wouldn't drown, even if he became weak from the seawater.

He just had to wait for Quinn and the others to come to his rescue.

"Come and get it!" Lynch shouted as he dodged and climbed higher.

"What a fast kid!" Kaido exclaimed, surprised by Lynch's speed.

He suddenly stomped on the ground and used the recoil to propel himself forward.

While he wouldn't be able to keep up with Lynch over a long distance, he could still catch him over short distances.

"I don't know how you survived last time, but you won't be so lucky this time," Kaido said, raising his mace with a hint of regret.

"I really don't want to kill you if I can."

With Kaido all around him like a swarm of locusts, Lynch found it difficult to maneuver.

Even though Kaido couldn't land a hit, the constant pressure was overwhelming. In this chaotic environment, Kaido's relentless attempts to intercept Lynch became very troublesome.

At the top of the cave, Whitebeard and Big Mom struggled to escape through the gap above the lake.

Half a minute had passed, and the sea water crashed down like a waterfall. In an instant, nine out of ten pirates were killed.

Out of the tens of thousands of pirates, only three hundred managed to survive.

Despite their strength, the pirates were overwhelmed by the rushing lake water.

"Pops! Are you going to abandon us?!"

"Help, Boss Kaido, please help!"

"No, I don't want to die here!"

Despair filled the air as the pirates cried out, waiting for death to come.

Among the remaining three hundred, those with strong physiques and no Devil Fruit powers might have a chance to survive.

Out of tens of thousands of pirates, no more than ten would likely make it.

John used his death to plot against everyone who was greedy for treasure, and gave the Four Emperors a big slap in the face.

At this time, Lynch and Kaido continued to climb upwards, keeping themselves from being submerged by the sea water.

"Kaido, since you want it, go get it yourself."

Lynch was always paying attention to the scene below, and noticed that all the pirates were dead, and then threw the pendant down, along with a scroll

Kaido glared at Lynch, furious. Although he couldn't drown, the seawater left him unable to move. With the pendant now thrown into the sea, he realized he couldn't reach it.

Lynch ignored Kaido's frustration and flew out of the hole.

As the cave continued to flood, Kaido reluctantly followed, knowing he had no choice.

It's better to escape on his own than wait for Quinn to rescue him.

"Damn! I forgot about Jack!"

Kaido realized halfway through his flight that he had left Jack behind.

In this situation, he couldn't go back for him.

"Forget it. Jack has fish-man blood, so he won't drown. I can wait a few days to rescue him."
