The world was in upheaval. News of Kael D. William and the Boa sisters had spread like wildfire, igniting conversations and spreading rumors in every corner of the globe. The marine's failure to contain William, who not only injured Admiral Akainu but also escaped alongside the infamous Boa sisters, was nothing short of a disaster. And to top it off, the bounty numbers were astronomical.

**In the New World, aboard the Moby Dick, Whitebeard's flagship**
The great Whitebeard, Edward Newgate, sat on his throne-like chair on the deck of the Moby Dick, surrounded by his vast crew. His titanic figure loomed, and the air around him crackled with his immense presence. Several of his commanders gathered around, handing him a newspaper.
"Have you seen the latest news, pops?" Marco, the Phoenix, asked, his blue flames softly flickering as he held the paper. He glanced at his captain, knowing this would catch Whitebeard's attention.
Whitebeard took the paper, his brows furrowing as he scanned the headlines. **"Kael D. William, The Tyrant - 3 Billion Berries! Boa Hancock - 800 Million Berries!"** The familiar creak of his mighty laugh reverberated through the air, shaking the crew.
"Gurararara! Three billion berries, eh? For such a young one, that's quite the statement!" Whitebeard grinned, leaning back in his chair. His sharp eyes focused on the details of the battle with Akainu, a rare look of interest gleaming.
"This kid... William... what's this about him being from Ohara?" Whitebeard's voice boomed, causing a ripple of silence to fall across his crew.
Marco nodded. "That's what the papers say. He survived the Buster Call and is targeting the World Government for revenge."
Whitebeard's grip tightened around the paper, crumpling it slightly. Memories of the atrocities committed by the World Government, particularly against Ohara, stirred within him. "Ohara... those bastards destroyed an entire island of innocents. And now this boy wants blood."
"But, pops," Jozu chimed in, "He's going after the Celestial Dragons and the World Government."
Whitebeard's deep laughter echoed again. "Gurarara! If he's challenging the World Government and those damn Celestial Dragons, then let him be. The world needs more people like that. But he better be ready to face the consequences."
With that, Whitebeard raised his massive bottle of sake, taking a deep swig. "I'll be watching, boy. Let's see if you have what it takes to change this cursed world."

**In Totto Land, Big Mom's Palace**
The grand, imposing figure of Charlotte Linlin, also known as Big Mom, sat in her vast throne room, surrounded by her ministers and children. The air was thick with tension, and her booming voice echoed through the chamber.
"Kael D. William? Who does this brat think he is?" Big Mom roared, slamming her fist on the table. "Three billion berries?! He's not even a pirate!"
Perospero, her eldest son, was quick to respond. "Mama, his power is undeniable. The reports say he has a mythical Zoan Demon Fruit, and he injured Admiral Akainu."
Big Mom's massive eyes narrowed. "So what if he's strong? That doesn't mean anything to me! Power alone isn't enough in this world! I want his soul!" She let out a maniacal laugh, her presence overwhelming everyone in the room.
Katakuri, standing at her side, remained silent, deep in thought. His mochi arm shifted as he tapped his chin. "If this William is that dangerous, it's only a matter of time before his path crosses ours."
Big Mom grinned wickedly, licking her lips. "Let him come! His soul will be mine!"

**On Onigashima, Kaido's Lair**
Kaido, the Beast King, sat atop his throne of skulls, a monstrous grin plastered across his face. And his deep, rumbling laugh filled the cavernous room. He held the newspaper in his enormous hand, eyes gleaming as he read the headline.
"Kael D. William, huh? A dragon, just like me!" Kaido let out a roar of laughter, the sound booming like thunder. "Three billion berries... not bad for a runt!"
King, his right-hand man, stood beside him, his arms crossed. "He's dangerous, Kaido. From what the reports say, he's got some serious Haki, and he's targeting the World Government."
Kaido's laughter didn't stop. "Let him be dangerous! The World Government, the Marines, the Celestial Dragons—they're all just obstacles in the path of true power! If this William kid is as strong as they say, maybe he can kill me!"
King deep in thought. "He's got a mythical Zoan Dragon Fruit like yours. That could be interesting."
Kaido's eyes gleamed with excitement. "A dragon against a dragon! I'll crush him! If this William wants to play with the big boys, he'll have to face me one day!"

**Red-Haired Shanks's Ship**
On the open seas, the Red Force sailed calmly through the waves. Shanks stood at the bow of his ship, gazing out at the horizon. His crew was in high spirits, but Benn Beckman approached him with a serious expression.
"Shanks, have you seen the latest news?" Beckman handed him the paper.
Shanks took it, glancing over the headline about William and his new bounty. A small smile tugged at the corner of his mouth. "Kael D. William... seems like the world's getting a new player."
Beckman lit a cigarette, exhaling smoke as he leaned against the rail. "He's after the World Government. From Ohara, apparently. And he's already clashed with two admirals."
Shanks' smile faded slightly. "Ohara, huh? So that's why he's so determined to take them down."
Yasopp, who was nearby, joined the conversation. "Think he's a threat, Captain?"
Shanks shook his head. "He's not a threat, at least not to us. But if his goal is to shake up the World Government, we'll have to keep an eye on him. This world doesn't need more chaos... but sometimes, chaos is exactly what brings change."
His smile returned, and he folded the paper, tucking it under his arm. "Let's see what William does next. If he's got the will to face the World Government, he might be someone worth meeting."

**In the West Blue, Nico Robin's Location**
Far from the seas of the New World, in the quiet corners of the West Blue, Nico Robin sat alone in a small, dimly lit room. She held a copy of the latest newspaper in her hands, her eyes scanning the article about William with a mixture of disbelief and emotion.
Her fingers trembled slightly as she read his name, the memories of her childhood flooding back—those dark days in Ohara, when they were nothing more than children, trying to survive the destruction of their home.
"William..." she whispered, her voice barely audible.
Tears welled up in her eyes as she saw the bounty on his head. Three billion berries. He was no longer the boy she knew, but a man now, a force of nature fighting against the very powers that had destroyed their lives. She blinked, her vision blurred by the tears streaming down her cheeks.
Robin knew what this meant. William had survived, just like her. And now, he was making the world pay for what had been done to them, to their island, to their people. Her hands clenched the paper tightly, the weight of the past hanging heavy in the air.
With a tear rolling down her cheek, Robin looked out the window, her heart heavy with a mix of sorrow and determination. "I should have known you'd come back for revenge. William... what have you become?"
Nico Robin's tearful gaze fixed on the horizon, knowing deep down that their paths were destined to cross once again.
