One piece: Snake Empress

AN: Before starting this chapter I want to inform you that this I have not planned to write the development of Amazon Lily under Hancock. Firstly because she is the same Hancock as before just with some future knowledge. But I decided to give Amazon Lilly a few upgrades which will help when Marines will attack the island in the future. It won't be anything advanced. But some structural enhancement and cultural growth of the island. I will finish this development in the small time skip before the actual canon starts.

The vice captain of the sun pirates, Jinbe was contemplating about the letter in his hands. The letter was from a human. Usually none of the members of the Sun pirates would care about a letter from any human but this one was special.

It was a letter from Rayleigh.

As someone who has met Gol D Roger and his crew, Jinbe understood that they were different from other humans.

Jinbe was not a naive racist who decides a person's nature based on their race. He knew that the world is not black and white. He has dealt with fishmen who didn't hesitate to kidnap there own kind and sell them to the outside world for some money.

Koala, the little human girl has suffered the same fate as many fishman in the hands of the celestial Dragons.

So after sailing in the seas, for a long time and spending time with Fisher Tiger, Jinbe understood that there is no point in hating the entire human race for the action of a few.

The letter Rayleigh has sent, was something that the warlord Hancock was concerned about.

Jinbe has fought Hancock before. And her strength was really formidable.

And now she has sent a warning that the world government was keeping an eye on their movements and they will strike them down, as soon as they got the opportunity.

So Hancock wanted to meet Fisher Tiger in person. She wanted to help them in that matter.

Jinbe didn't know why Hancock should help them. Sure they have been in a good relationship due to her status as the student of Silvers Rayleigh. But she has no reason for helping them. That was the reason why Jinbe was sceptical about showing the letter to Fisher Tiger.

Not to mention Hancock's status of a war lord didn't help but rise suspicions in the mind of Jinbe.

So at the end, Jinbe decided to keep the letter to himself.

Hancock was busy. She was very busy with her responsibilities as the empress of Amazon Lilly. Knowing what is coming in the future, she couldn't just sit still. So she has brought many changes in the Amazon Lily, after becoming the ruler of the island. After discussing her ideas with her crew, they decided that the only way to safeguard Amazon Lilly was to turn it into the sky Island.

Gloriosa has told Hancock and others about the existence of sky Island. And with the devil fruit power of Sandersonia, they have decided to turn the entire island of Amazon Lily into a sky Island. Many Kuja tribe members has been taskd to learn about advanced meteorology from different sources. But it will take them a lot of time to figure out how to make the island a permanent floating Island. For now they were working slowly just to make the island fly with the power of Sandersonia.

For that, they have been digging tunnels In The Island so that they can dismantle it when the time comes.

Apart from that Lami was improving the medical condition of the island. It has been almost 2 years since they have become the members of Kuja tribe. And they have come a long way in their goal. Now Amazon Lilly has a proper hospital with all the necessary medical equipments. Under her command, a part of Kuja pirates, have been focusing on collecting many different medicinal herbs and plants that could substitute the chemical medicines.

She was also teaching better methods to treat wounds and various diseases to many women.

Silver has taken over the training of the warriors in the Kuja tribe. Hancock has encouraged the tribe to participate in the training regardless of their status in the tribe.

But that's not all. Silver has been training them to use modern and mediaeval weapons. Especially mediaeval weapons like crossbows. Previously Kuja pirates where using classic bow and arrows. While their use of armament haki was enough to substitute the raw fire power of the modern weapons, but it won't be enough in the future. That's why, Hancock has decided to modernise there weapons. It wasn't the time to cling to the tradition.

So now there is a new establishment in the Amazon Lily which produces crossbows of different sizes.

By the time when the Marines will come for their Island, they will be ready to recieve them.

These were the three main things that has been changed after Hancock became a ruler. So needless to say that her schedule has been extremely busy. But with Gloriosa's help, she still managed to take a break every once in a while and visit Luffy. Gloriosa would not help Hancock in any other situation. But Hancock's working capabilities were being affected with her regular wet dreams about Luffy. But due to occasional vists to her love, Hancock's condition has been a lot better than before.

Even with all these activities Hancock was still keeping an eye on the outside world. Especially on different powerful devil fruits and the black market.
