One Piece : The Blood Emperor

Luke spent a few hours just by strolling the entirety of the village. The vibe of the village is really quiet, perfect destination for those who want some peace and sightseeing.

Along the way, he met some 'you know who' that wanted to strike a conversation with him. Of course, he tactfully rejected every single one of them while proceeding on his way with rapid pace.

"Phew.."

Returning to his small house, Luke closed his eyes before taking a deep breath. His nonchalant aura and demeanor greatly changed.

"I don't like to gamble. Especially if the result is not certain. Well, I'm betting all out on that little guy."

"Time to move."

Luke headed back to Mt. Corvo to find Killer Bee. He will now execute the initial phase of his plan.

"Speed test."

Once Luke entered the forest, he started to run in a slow pace before bursting out.

Boom!

Luke's speed easily broke the speed of sound making the small trees swayed by the blast of wind in the trail.

"Not bad. Far from my limit though but let it be for now."

Luke stopped running a few minutes past while smiling. He didn't even break a sweat after running for more than a dozen kilometers without stopping. He felt excited brought by his newfound power.

He suddenly jump dozens of meters high.

"As I thought.. I can levitate." Luke commented silently.

"My power closely resembled to that protagonist in another story."

"Raizel also known as The Noblesse."

"Power test."

BOOOM!

Meanwhile, not far away from where Luke located, a teenage boy carrying a straw hat on his back was fast approaching his location. His face got the look of curiosity and eagerness.

Here comes the One Piece protagonist, Monkey D. Luffy.

"Gramps must be in there battling some giant wild beasts. Nshishishi! I can finally grab some of those delicious meat!"

Luffy quickly arrived at the scene and saw a suspicious guy in the middle of a huge twenty meter radius crater.

"Amazing....!" He watched silently when he saw the guy raised his fist and slam it back down again with force.

BOOOOM!!

"Waaaaahhh!!!" Luffy exclaimed along the noise.

A thundering noise like a giant bomb exploded right in front of Luffy, making the twenty meter wide crater to double in size after the aftermath.

As for Luffy, he was blown away from the shockwave, tumbling some nearby trees.

Luke clenched his flawless fist in satisfaction. The power to destroy everything over and over is so addicting in his opinion.

"No wonder battle maniacs in animes loves crashing things. So this is how it feels like- Hmm? Oh shit not good.."

Luke who's unaware that his action caused a huge disturbance, fled the scene in an instant.

...

"Oww!! My head hurts!"

Luffy flipped some giant logs that trapped him after the great explosion. Thinking about the mysterious white-cloaked guy, Luffy excitedly turned back up and ran towards the crater without any care for his safety.

"Suuugoooii!!!" (He was amazed again.)

Reaching the crater, his eyes went wide at the aftermath. But the guy in the middle already went missing.

"Luffy! You brat! What's going on here!?"

Luffy glanced sideways and saw Garp was fast approaching.

"Gramps? What are you doing here? I thought you already went back!"

*Pow!! (Yeah.. Fist of Love)

"You rebellious brat! I'm not even gone back yet and you're so eager to send me away?! I'm asking you who caused this mess!" Garp huffed in annoyance as he glared at his grandson.

"Oh! Oh! You misheard me gramps! I thought you were the one causing ruckus here so I immediately checked it out. Turned out it was another guy with amazing strength and he squashed the ground with just a single punch!" Luffy clutched his aching forehead and explained truthfully.

Garp narrowed his eyes as he examined the crater. Earlier, he tried to scan the whole village with individuals having unusual behavior but again, he found nothing.

Also, the mysterious feeling he received by the morning already faded so he was about to end his search.

As he prepared to let go of his search, his advanced senses detected a disturbance in the nearby forest.

As he followed the trail of the disturbance, he was in the current situation.

"You said a man who made this mess? Where did that man go?" Garp probed.

"I don't know. But he's strong! Maybe stronger than you gramps! Hehehe!" Luffy laughed heartily as he made a comeback to his grandpa.

Pow! (Fist of Love activates!)

"Are you mocking your grandpa now?! Cheh! This mess is nothing. Back in the days, my fist can smash a whole island without putting any effort!" Garp snorted while he started to brag.

"Sure sure..." Luffy picked his nose while showing a dumb expression. Then his eyes shined,

"Right! I can recruit him! Together we will venture the sea to become pirates!"

Pow! Pow! Pow! (Wrong answer!)

"Who says you will become a pirate!? You will become a marine and that's final! Besides, you don't even know who that man is. He will kill you before you even reach him!" Garp copied Luffy and picked his nose while losing interest. The man who caused the mess was probably heading to the opposite direction of the village. Judging by the mess, the man was here to train and coincidentally resting in the village.

'Guess I need to postpone my departure for a night. Sengoku must be furious if he knows this but who cares..'

"Nshishishi!" Luffy laughed it off while plans (probably straightforward plans) already forming his mind.

Luke circled around the forest a couple of times just to make sure that he wasn't getting followed by Garp.

At that time while testing his power, he only noticed Garp by his overwhelming presence. As for Luffy, he didn't sensed him. Even if he did, he would still run away to avoid having troubles with Garp.

Luke entered into the depths of the forest where humans rarely traveled into. He could guess that Killer Bee is in the forest and is looking for something, most probably looking for a devil fruit. That is the best explanation he could formulate in the meantime.

He also tried to find some unusual patterned fruit along the way, but he didn't anything. In the story, searching for a devil fruit is said to be impossible. Only fated individuals can earn this kind of trophy for themselves.

"Yow! I didn't expect yo' to find me so soon!" Killer Bee appeared in a tree branch. He was surprised to see Luke so calm and composed.

"Yes. Actually, I want you to help me train myself. A day is enough for me. Just let me know some basics and I'll do the rest." Luke already knew Killer Bee's arrival. So he directly stated his business.

"I thought as much. But I never expected that ya only need ma' guidance for a day. Let's begin now then!"

Killer Bee replied. Since Luke is a peculiar guy, he decided to help him in exchange for a friendship. Maybe the latter may achieve something big someday and he can use this favor if he needed help in the future.

"Good! After this, I want to hire you for a big mission. You mentioned your organization does this kind of dealings right?" Luke smiled mysteriously. He removed his cloak and sunglasses as he stared at Killer Bee.

"How.. big is this mission?" Killer Bee felt uneasy when he saw those crimson eyes of Luke. Somehow, he wanted to reject the offer even though he didn't received the mission yet.

"Heh! You'll know soon. Now, let's start my training."
