One Piece: The Pirate Harem System!!

Chapter 5: Zephyr— The Black Arm!

Raizen stood still, staring at the figure before him: Navy Admiral Zephyr. The year was 1498 of the Sea Circle Calendar, and there were only two Admirals in the Navy—Sengoku the Buddha and Zephyr, the Black Arm.

Zephyr's story was a tragic one. In the original world of *One Piece*, he'd trained countless naval elites, including the future Admirals Aokiji, Kizaru, and Akainu. His students also included notable Vice Admirals like Smoker, Hina, and Momonga. Zephyr was a man who embodied justice and never killed his enemies. Yet irony twisted his life. One of his own students turned into a pirate and killed his family, driving him to despair and rebellion under the codename *Z*.

But this was before any of that. Zephyr was still committed to his ideals, still the "non-killing Admiral."

Raizen's cold eyes narrowed. He ignored Zephyr's voice as his hand crushed the skull of the last gang member. Blood splattered, mixing with the scattered brains on his fur-covered palm.

The whispers in his mind faded. "Take care, sister. I leave everything to you."

Raizen felt a weight lift. The original owner of this body had finally let go, leaving Raizen in complete control.

In the distance, Zephyr descended with a *Geppo*, landing before him. The destruction around them made the Admiral's expression twist in fury.

"You brat!" Zephyr roared, his fist wrapped in Armament Haki, before slamming it into Raizen's stomach.

Raizen didn't resist. He knew against Zephyr, he was helpless. The punch hit like a sledgehammer. Pain rippled through his body as his insides churned. He doubled over, coughing bitter bile onto the ground.

"This is an Admiral's strength?" he muttered under his breath, barely holding on.

His Devil Fruit's Zoan form faded, leaving him in his injured human state—his battered body riddled with scars. Despite the agony, Raizen forced a grin. He'd protected what mattered most—his sister. Nothing else mattered.

Zephyr's gaze was cold. "Killing people in front of me? You're going to prison. For life."

Raizen chuckled weakly, blood still trickling from his lips. "Do what you want."

As a time traveler with a mysterious system, Raizen didn't care much. Prison might even be safer for now.

He called out to his system in his mind. Silence. The interface he'd once seen was almost gone. The roulette wheel was locked, requiring ten times the points it used to.

The Admiral snapped handcuffs onto Raizen's wrists. Instantly, Raizen felt drained. "Sea-Prism Stone…" he muttered, realizing why his strength evaporated.

"You've done your homework," Zephyr said. "Then don't even try."

Two Marines arrived, hoisting Raizen's limp form onto their shoulders. "Take him to the holding cell," Zephyr ordered.

After a thorough inspection at the naval base, Raizen stood before an interrogator.

"Name?"

"Raizen."

"Identity?"

"Civilian."

The interrogator scowled. "Civilians don't just get Devil Fruits! Tell the truth!"

Raizen shrugged. "It appeared, I ate it. Simple as that."

The interrogator's glare deepened, but Raizen's story was airtight. He and his sister were just two orphans, wandering the streets. There was nothing in their records to connect them to anything criminal.

"Fine. Lock him up!" the interrogator barked.

Raizen smirked faintly as he was led to his cell. The single-occupant room was small, but it didn't bother him. Hands behind his head, he stared at the ceiling. His bare feet dangled over the edge of the cot.

In his mind, Raizen desperately tried to summon his system again. Nothing. It stayed silent, cold as ever.

"Great," he muttered, "not even a manual."

Meanwhile, Kalifa watched helplessly as her brother was dragged away by Marines. Tears streaked her dirt-stained face as she clenched her fists. She had no power in this world where strength ruled over all. But she wouldn't give up.

Wiping her face, she slipped into clean clothes and headed straight for the black market in Water 7.

The city was bustling with its usual chaos, and the outskirts of the black market were filled with weapon merchants. But Kalifa's goal wasn't there. She passed the intelligence dealers and finally reached the heart of the market—the auction houses.

Here, everything had a price: treasures, exotic animals, and even people. Devil Fruits occasionally appeared, making this the go-to place for pirates and scoundrels alike.

Kalifa's eyes burned with determination. If there was a way to save her brother, she'd find it here—even if it meant diving into the depths of this criminal underworld.
