[About Ranji Trophy

The Ranji Trophy is one of the oldest and most prestigious domestic cricket competitions in India. It is named after the Indian cricketer Ranjitsinhji Vibhaji Jadeja, who played for England in the early 20th century. The tournament was first played in 1934-35 and has been contested every year since then, except for a few years during World War II.

The Ranji Trophy is played among teams representing the various states and regions of India. As of 2021, 38 teams compete in the tournament, divided into five groups based on geographical regions. The top teams from each group advance to the quarter-finals, followed by semi-finals and a final to determine the champion.

Over the years, the Ranji Trophy has been a platform for many of India's greatest cricketers to showcase their talents. Some of the notable names who have played in the tournament include Sunil Gavaskar, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly, VVS Laxman, Anil Kumble, and Virat Kohli, among others.

One of the unique features of the Ranji Trophy is its ability to bring together players from different backgrounds and regions, allowing them to compete against each other and learn from each other. The tournament has also played an important role in the development of cricket infrastructure and talent identification in India.

In recent years, the Ranji Trophy has undergone some changes to its format and schedule, to make it more competitive and relevant in the modern game. However, it continues to remain a significant part of India's cricketing culture and history and is watched and followed by millions of fans across the country. ]

CLICK... Nitish Put off the TV with the remote as he saw his wife and daughter come across the hall and stood in front of Nitish. His wife handed over the Divorce Papers.

"Nittu sorry Nitish I am done with you, you can't win matches for India like you did anymore and You are 40 now and it's high time you retired, And I don't see any future with you, and Yeah I will be taking custody of our daughter, I don't want your reputation to affect our daughter mentally"

After hearing his wife's words Nitish, who was half dead after the comments on television and brutal trolling on social media, Nitish is just a man with no soul. What hurts him the most is not his wife's words, but the despised look that both of the two people that he cherished in his life.

Ayesha, The 26-year-old actress who became famous after marrying him, bagged almost all the biggie roles in the Movie Industry. Nitish fell in love with Ayesha during their first ad shoot meeting. In his prime, he was bought by RCB(a domestic cricket league team in India, More about it would be in the coming chapters) for 17 crores(2,312,000 USD) at age 37 becoming the highest-earning Player at that Particular Point in time.

Every Man's worst dream is that kind of look from his beloved ones, he already knows that Ayesha married him only for his money but she was loyal to him and gave birth to his child. But he didn't expect her to divorce and raise her voice while he was at his lowest times. He did not have any answer to the question. He simply signed the divorce papers and saw her leave with the hope that she would look back, but they didn't.

He was heartbroken, but he was hailed as the Knight of the Indian Team. He always bats at the lower order and bowls some of the crucial overs to compensate if any bowlers go expensive (I mean in runs).

He went out of his house to get some booze to forget what happened, but he got beaten up by some thugs while leaving him half dead. Even though many people could have stopped it, they just saw Nitish getting beaten up and some were swearing and some were enjoying and some people were shouting " You deserve it".

Nitish went to his house limping and saw the people throwing stones and burning his photos.

Many Sports Persons came in favor of Nitish, but the damage has already been done.

Nitish drank 7 bottles of booze and went into a trance and suddenly his memories began to flow.
