[The tasks are divided into 3, 1)The daily tasks which should be done daily and failure of completing results in decrease in 2 points in any of your random stats except your HP. Successful completion of Daily tasks give you random 1 stat per day and exp of 100 and If you maintain a streak for a week a gift box would be given.]

[2) The Sudden tasks or Sudden Quest- If anyone from your past or anyone responsible for your misfortune or change in destiny appears this quest appears. Failure to complete the task might or might not result in a penalty depending on the difficulty you might get a big gift box]
[Gift box is something you get after completing your tasks there are 5 different gift boxes. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.]
[You get skills or stats from these gift boxes and they are random]
[ 3) The third task is to set a long-term goal for yourself, which you should work towards achieving. Failure to complete this goal may not result in any penalty, but it could affect your mental strength. Once you achieve your long-term goal, you will receive a gift: the taste of success. This gift is so addictive that you may want to savor it and use it as motivation to continue achieving your goals.]

Considering my current physical strength doing all these workout might affect the batting and bowling performances.
But one of the things I learnt from my previous life is that Fielding plays the most important role in cricket and is often overshadowed by Batting and Bowling.
So I think Reflexive training is solely dedicated to fielding. Let me ask the system to confirm.

After receiving the system message, I immediately completed my daily workout routine, consisting of push-ups, squats, sit-ups, and a 2.1 km run, leaving me feeling exhausted. To maintain my mental strength, I then spent some time meditating.
Next, I engaged in some cricket practice by shadow-batting for 30 minutes and bowling 60 balls at a plastic paint bucket, as I did not have access to wickets. This allowed me to improve my skills and hone my techniques in the absence of proper equipment.]
