The gods of each pantheons create there respective divine realms, it is one of the reasons they are not ready to use huge amount of faith to fight other pantheons or even Merlin all out, since it would weaken them a lot.

Norse pantheon has Nine Realms each arm small pocket relams including Earth. Alfheim, Asgard, Vanaheim, Niflheim, Muspelheim, Helheim, Svartalfheim, and Jotunheim.

Egyptian pantheon has Duat and Aaru, also known as the Field of Reeds, is a paradise in the Egyptian afterlife.

The Greek gods have Underworld and Olympus.

The Hindus pantheons have heaven (Svarga), and hell (Naraka).

Mayan have Upperworld and Underworld
