Slave Harem In A Labyrinth Of Another World (Fix)

Chapter 38 – House

The old woman shows the house to Roxanne and I; from the outside, it looks like a two-story white house covered in a strange form of mortar.

“The wooden shutters have been restored, in the current condition; you can move in as soon as you bring furniture.” The woman says as she shows us the naked concrete room.

It’s surprisingly large.

“The previous resident made many modifications, so I don’t mind if you remodel either. The previous resident created some kind of flushing toilet--I have never seen that kind before. But, he disappeared; there are rumours that the Dungeon was illuminated in a pillar of light…and the town had a weird earthquake.” The old woman spoke in the tone of someone who loved to gossip.

While she spoke, she moved inside the room and opened a door to an inner room. In that small room, there is a toilet--very much like one that could be found on Earth.

“Drainage was connected to the second floor as well.”

The room next to the bathroom has a sink and counter, it seems to be the kitchen.

“Let’s look at the 2nd floor, for a bit.” Roxanne quickly glances at me, before speaking to the old woman.

The old woman nods at her words, and leads Roxanne upstairs.

I must test Warp.

Once the two women went up the stairs, and remembering to remove Roxanne from the party as a precaution against accidentally Warping her as well. I then visualize the large, empty room nearby--facing the wall I cast Warp.

The wall turns black, and I try walking through it. The Warp worked perfectly well, and I come out in the room; I try Field Walk, but nothing happens.

After looking around the 2nd floor for a few minutes, they come back down to the 1st .

“What do you think?” The old woman looks at me.

“I think it’s a good property.”

The plumbing seems like that which could be found on Earth--I didn’t think I was the only Earthling to come here; how else would who or whatever summoned me know how to use the internet?

So it seems like a good property, and if it isn’t, we could move to another place later.

“Well, the one year contract for this property is 3 gold, 5 silver. If you pay tomorrow, it will end on the 13th day of Summer.”

So, today is the 12th of Spring, the first of the two seasons of this year, and summer is the first of next. I wondered why the weather was so nice, the first year I come to this world is the tamest year of the two-year cycle.

I glance over at Roxanne, she nods slightly.

“Alright, let’s rent this house.”

After she gets our confirmation, the old woman leads us to the Knight’s Order’s building, and my Intelligence Card is checked. Even if she’s the manager of this area, she is a Merchant, and cannot use the Intelligence Card Skill.

“I have some paperwork for the contract, can you write?” She asks me after my Intelligence Card is checked, and we return to her store.

“I can.”

“Good, now, sign here--”

After almost twenty minutes of paperwork, I finally finished the paperwork, and picked up a random pan--to add to the purchase, so that the 10% discount takes effect.

“So, that’s the total?”

“Hmm, about 3 gold and 15 silver, is that okay?”

“Yes, that’s fine.” I reply to the woman, handing her 3 gold coins and 15 silver coins.

In return, she gives me a copy of the paperwork, and the keys to the house.

Since there’s no furniture, we have to return to the Vale Pavilion for the night. I have to inform the receptionist that we no longer needed the room, and I needed to speak to Tirihi; since she said she was interested moving in when I got a house.

leaving the shop and I walk down a nearby alley, and cast Warp on one of the walls. I grab Roxanne’s small, warm, hand--and pulled her into the black wall.

We emerged in the large empty room of our newly rented house, the contract starts tomorrow, but it shouldn’t be a problem.

“Master, so your special Skill worked fine?” Roxanne asked me as she looked around curiously, her beautiful face seemed to light up as she smiled, “I hoped it would.”

“Yep, I tested it. Field Walk can’t be used, but Warp can be.”

“That’s wonderful.” Roxanne’s fingers were interwoven with mine, and she tightened her grip with a pleased expression.

If it was present day Earth, I could commit as many crimes as I wanted, it would be difficult to catch me.

Well, it’s not like I would actually do it.

We Warp from our new house to the Adventurer’s Guild in Vale.

It’s evening in Vale, which means that Quratar is further west than Vale is.

Paying for one last night, and telling the receptionist that we will soon be leaving, we enter our room.

When I sit on the bed, Roxanne walks over and sits down beside me--she looks at me with a tilted head and a question in her eyes; not sure what she wanted, I just nodded anyway.

With a pleased noise, she leaned against me; while humming, she unsheathes her sword and begins cleaning it with the cloth, and bottle of oil that she had taken from her rucksack.

Once the equipment maintenance, we had a quick dinner and returned to the room.

The tubs of hot water arrived soon after.

“Do you mind if I wash you?” I asked Roxanne, though my voice shook a little; even though we had slept together at least twice--I still felt nervous asking that.

“Of course, I don’t, master. But, washing master should come first.” Roxanne looked at me with a sweet smile.

“Okay.”

I move to undress, but Roxanne moves forwards, and carefully undresses me; she carefully, and slowly washes me with the warm, damp cloth--while her cheeks were pink, her breathing was slightly disordered. She seemed to enjoy it more than last night.

After Roxanne was done with cleaning me, she stood up and stripped.

When the buttons on her tight shirt was undone, her large breasts were freed, they popped out with an eye-catching jiggle. Roxanne undid the buttons and belt on her pants, pulling them down.

Facing me, fully exposed--Roxanne respectfully handed me the washcloth.

I was very careful when I washed her, running the cloth over her soft skin and listening to her pleased noises. I didn’t leave a single millimeter of her body uncleaned, and I paid a lot of attention to some of her most sensitive areas--she was laying face-up on the floor, panting, her muscles spasming slightly--by the time I was done.

I feel satisfaction.

Immediately after this I got even more satisfied--but then we had to clean each other again.

***

The next morning, while it was still dark, we entered the Dungeon in Vale. We spent a few hours, using the time until breakfast was served, to level up; both Roxanne’s Beast Soldier Class, and my Monk Class reached level 20.

After breakfast, we started preparing for the move.

Because we only purchased a single day’s stay at the Vale Pavilion, we had packed everything into my Ring and Roxanne’s rucksack before we went to sleep last night.

It was easy enough to transport the luggage using only Warp twice; I did this while Roxanne was taking the chance to rest in the Dungeon Safe Room before breakfast.

After breakfast, we officially changed residences.

When we got to Quratar, we went to two different furniture stores, arranging the minimum required furniture. Such as a bed, table, some chairs, a cupboard, closet, cookware, some cleaning implements, daily necessities…etc.

It cost close to 20 silver to buy all of these items--and the workers said that they will have our purchases delivered by the afternoon. All of the furniture is second-hand goods, but the bed’s mattress has been replaced with a brand new one. The furniture shop hired Priests to cast Cleanse and Purify on the second-hand items before selling them.

I learned that the plumbing in the house was only for the flush toilet--so normal people would have to get water from a fairly-nearby well if we wanted to cook, or have a bath.

There was a reason that the knowledge didn’t bother me, even though the old lady only told me after I signed the contract.

“Well then, I’ll be going to draw water.” Roxanne said to me, after she returns from buying water jugs.

“Oh, right…I forgot to tell you.” I said, stopping Roxanne by placing a hand on her slim shoulder, “I know Magic, including Water Elemental Magic; so filling up the tank, and any other water needs are easy to take care of.”

Roxanne tilted her head, then nodded, placing the jugs on the ground, “Okay, master.”

The water tank is apparently on the second floor, I cast Water Wall above the entrance to the water tank twice before it is filled; my guess would be that capacity would be several hundred liters--but I am unsure how much that really is.

With my Second-Stage Wizard Class, my Mana is enough that I can do this without getting depression.

Just past noon, the furniture is delivered, and the new residence looks a little more like a real home.

We chose one of the rooms on the second floor as the bedroom, and I took the bed from my Ring. Right in the middle of the spacious room, one extra-large bed is placed.

Roxanne prepares the sheets, and blankets, covering the large mattress.

We had prepared in advance for the extra party members, and Tirihi.

“M-Master…we should test the quality of the bed,” Roxanne looked at me with upturned eyes, “right?”

“That we should.” I embrace her, kissing her deeply--our mouths covering each other.

After she strips us both, I lay her on the bed--and we thoroughly…very thoroughly test the quality.

After recovering, Roxanne makes dinner.

Since there was no time, we didn’t go to Quratar’s Dungeon.

We have a conversation about it while eating.

Apparently the Dungeon in Quratar has been there since ancient times, long before the construction of the city of Quratar. As for how big it is?

Well, nobody has managed to defeat the boss in the top floor, so it’s still unknown.

Generally, once a Dungeon grows 10 floors from ambient Mana, it forms an entrance--after it grows 50 floors, the entrance changes from a 2-meter tall rock, to a proper hill of 20m height.

This is the height of the Dungeon in Quratar, and also the maximum height that an entrance can grow to.

Dungeons also grow by eating people, which Quratar’s Dungeon has been doing for untold centuries.

The highest floor reached in the Dungeon is the 91st floor--which was the legendary Achievement of the first King’s party. If a party makes it to the 80th floor, they would be considered as top-class.

Usually only parties with six members in the mid-stages of their Second-Stage Classes, once someone gets their Third-Stage Class, they tend to lose interest in most worldly matters.

In Quratar’s Dungeon, Kobolds appear on the 1st floor, Naive Olives on the 2nd , and Spyders on the  3rd .

Because Kobolds are fairly weak, especially level 10 Kobolds, they were popular for beginners to hunt.

I asked Roxanne to teach me cooking when she was making dinner--she seemed really pleased to instruct me. I think it may be because I followed her orders…

Her tail was wagging enthusiastically the whole time.

So Cute--

After dinner, I spent a while figuring out the most efficient way to boil water using Fire and Water Magic--since Multi-Casting was possible, as long as I had Chant Omission, but the Mana cost was rather inhibitive. I had to go to the first floor of the Vale Dungeon, to replenish Mana using Excalibur.

There was a much easier way, using firewood which we had purchased--Roxanne alerted me to this after I spent quite a while working on boiling water; she said that I looked like I was having a lot of fun, and she didn’t want to interrupt me.

I also learned how to Multi-Cast…though the Mana cost was bad, it could be useful in some fights.

We had fun bathing.

After which--we tested the bed again a few more times.
