Slithering through dreams (Snake Isekai ?)

Help me annoy me friend, poll results, thank yous, and emojis?

  •  Over the past few days I started annoying my friend by starting every sentence with "As an INTERNATIONALY FAMOUS author, please pour me some tea". He, in turn, started doubting the "Internationality" of my audience. So, I would like to use the next week to color this map as much as possible. If you could type where you are reading from, it would be swell. If you are from one of those large countries, feel free to also include state/land/principality/dukedom etc.
You don't want my friend to be unannoyed, do you?

  • It's time to look at the polls results.

a) Rewriting part 1 - I've (hopefully) fixed the skills table since publishing the chapter, I will try to fix the skill descriptions over the next few days.

b) Jokes - ovewhelming majority just doesn't care (71.4%), some people want even more humor (28.6%), and 1 vote (7%) each to "less referential humor", "less serious stuff", "less jokes". In retrospect, chapter 2 might have been too early for this type of post. Hmm I should ask more specific questions I guess, any suggestions?

c) Once again joke related survey (I was worried about that, as the guy on the forum I asked to review chapter 1 just desipsed it, and I find that humor is harder to convey through writing). It seems however that I ate one of the jokes I was worried about in the poll and so it made no sense? Great, noticing it after a week. Well, you seemed to like the joke anyways (50% like, 33% whatever 25% nope for training arc)

d) Definitely, no change to current synopsis, unless I get a great new idea (80%)

e) Every loves spaghetti noodles. Overwhelming champions among our readers. Congratulations to Italy, and condolences to our waistliness.

f) Wat? -> Snake. SNAKE. SNAKEEEEEEEE ! -> I knew it, a bunch of weebs, playing Japaneze vidyagamez on their nintendoz. Go get a isekai life! Only 1 vote for the poor cat ;(

  • It's been a week since I've released the first chapter of Slithering through dreams. I have to honestly say, it's been the most fun I've had in a few years, and It's a joy to see my writing being appreciated. As it is my first time writing anything (okay, I answered a few writing prompts on reddit a few years ago :P), not to mention English not being my mother tongue (one of the only 2 subjects I was ever in danger of failing, with nearly straight A-s for other subjects).
