Chapter 33: Class and virus.
I was now onto the final stretch of work! All I needed to do was add to the class system and be done with the whole thing!
starting with how to make a new class automatically without it becoming a new Living creature kinda thing; I thought long and hard, but couldn't come up with a good idea that wouldn't make another skill creature thing.
But, as soon as I decided that I would need to make another Living-Rune, the 'skill-runes' just... sort of sent Mana at me once again. It took whatever information it wanted from me and retreated back to its hiding place again. I really needed to find a way to stop it from doing that.
I did a few quick checks and found out that it now also could send out new packets of information to the system and checked on it. The result was as convenient as it was terrifying from its implications.
'Class_Name:<Mana Mage>, Class_description:<A Mana Mage is the simplest form of Mage that exists, they can manipulate Mana in general but cannot put a significant amount of power behind any of their Mana-based skills.>, Class_Attributes:<624056; 663908; 820463; 348315; 587451; 375762; 657423>'
The class that it gave me was a perfectly well-made one, and I could only assume that the 'Class_Attributes' part is to match it to certain skills; But the fact that it was done that well just scares me, what if it took more knowledge from me?
As I didn't know what to do about it all, I decided to put it off as a future me problem; Couldn't do anything about it right now anyway. And so I instead worked on adding more runes to the 'client' side of the system that skills will be able to use; Anything went in there, from simple levitation runes to the more complex mind control ones.
Once that part was done, I went in to work on a few simple leftover parts that I needed to add or clean up. The leveling system, for example, wasn't big nor difficult to add in, just slow.
Now, I could work on the most important part of my plan... the virus. I wanted to make the system spread to anyone within the vicinity, and in doing so make me infect the entire planet with my system in only a few months.
It was... depressingly easy to create. I expected something more difficult as the last bit of the framework of my system. Though, of course, the most difficult part would be the wait; As new classes would be continuously created and skills made in relation to those would appear, I would need to wait a long long time for every possibility to have been made.
Now then... let's wait for the next attack for my first victim receiver of the gift.
